Pretty decent selection of used equipment, price is mediocre. If you're looking for basic fitness and sporting goods you may find it here.

I bought a pair of shoes and the seam ripped within a month. They took them and refunded the price and were very nice.

I visited this store to look for running shoes. I didn't find anything I was especially thrilled about trying on, let alone buying.

They always have some specials running in their paper ads, and I like the mom-and-pop feel of this place.

As someone who is just trying to learn the basics I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Strength training is new and difficult for me. The trainer Matt, made sure his instructions scaled to my ability which I found incredibly helpful. Gyms around town have such different offerings/cultures so let me highlight some specifics: 1. It's a studio styled - open gym, with lots of strength equipment: strength machines, kettlebells, weight racks, sled, tires etc. 2. Cardio here primarily involves lifting heavy things rapidly. No treadmills, no zumba classes. 3. It's clean, also they can open the bay door at the rear of the gym for fresh air which is a nice feature. 4. Very welcoming to different abilities, ages etc.

Revolution Training Sys has been one of the few things that I have stuck with for more than a couple of sessions and I am really enjoying the classes, environment, and the instructions I have received. I've been doing the kettle bell work out and the instructors have gone out of their way to ensure that I am getting the most of my workouts. I won't lie to you by telling you that I have lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks, but I do feel stronger and I do have more energy. Great place to work out, great group of people, and great instructors.

I suspect the monthly price is actually ridiculous, but that's up to you to decide because I'm not paying! Ok let's talk about the bad things first, and they're not bad enough to lower it from 5-stars: 1. The place gets busy. Too busy, in my humble introvert opinion. Not much you can do about that, but avoid peak hours. 2. Every other gym I've gone to uses tape to mark their routes, which means any route can use any climbing hold. At this gym, they color code them BY THE HOLDS, and then the route difficulty is by color also, which means there are lots of cool holds that you'll never get to touch simply because they're a different color from the difficulties you're doing. This does limit the variety somewhat. Ok, everything else is good. The facility itself has like, everything. I don't even want everything - I just want to boulder. But they've got a vast outdoor area to relax or play in, studios, weights, and some wild varieties of climbing gear. The bouldering area is very large, with all kinds of features that I don't even know the official names for, but you can climb over and under and around pretty much any type of scenario you could want. The mats are premium, and they have down-climb holds in a lot of areas which is great for people like me who try to avoid higher-impact falls. While I do appreciate the hole-in-the-wall grungy gyms where things might be a little more personal and less crowded, I honestly think you'll have trouble finding a better climbing gym than this, anywhere.

The yoga room is immaculate and spacious. Everyone is really friendly here too. There are a wide variety of classes, including restorative, pilates, hot power flow, sculpt and more.
