I signed up for the beautiful strength program in fall of 2017 and have continued on to train three times a week with the same group of folks. The beautiful strength series was a fun opportunity to meet like-minded people, and is well-instructed and structured. I very strongly recommend it, even if you have some lifting experience. The facility itself is nice, the gym members are good people, and I'm happy to be a part of the community. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

As someone who is just trying to learn the basics I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Strength training is new and difficult for me. The trainer Matt, made sure his instructions scaled to my ability which I found incredibly helpful. Gyms around town have such different offerings/cultures so let me highlight some specifics: 1. It's a studio styled - open gym, with lots of strength equipment: strength machines, kettlebells, weight racks, sled, tires etc. 2. Cardio here primarily involves lifting heavy things rapidly. No treadmills, no zumba classes. 3. It's clean, also they can open the bay door at the rear of the gym for fresh air which is a nice feature. 4. Very welcoming to different abilities, ages etc.

The workouts have stayed varied and focused to all around fitter and as a result feel the best I ever have. I have been a member of the Hub for 3 years. We have such a great community that always rally around each other. We push each other, have fun and work hard. Nothing quite like hitting a PR and everyone cheering for you! The variety of workouts and the way they are able to scale to all abilities is second to none. Give this place a shot, you won't regret it!

He raved how good Allan was and how he's used him for over a year with amazing results. Dude used words like body transformation. I've only been going to Allan for a few months now, and I'm extremely pleased too. Every training session with him leaves me a little sore a day or two later in the best possible way. Add to that, I am getting stronger. Clothes are fitting better and my wife likes the "stud factor" in my fitness and muscle mass. Of course, I'm eating better food, less of it and not so late--all coached by Allan! The man is worth listening to and every penny. My wife, my friend, and I recommend Allan and give him SIX STARS!

I'm going to be direct, my experience using the 7-day pass is the reason I did not return…read more I came in to see if the gym felt like a space I'd actually use. I clearly stated multiple times to the general manager that I did not want to discuss membership yet and just wanted to work out. Despite that, I was kept in a prolonged sales conversation for roughly 40 minutes and was told a tour was required to "activate" my pass. At multiple points, I explicitly asked to end the conversation so I could start my workout, and that request was ignored. Being pushed to continue a sales discussion after setting that boundary made me uncomfortable enough that I avoided coming back altogether. A "no commitment" pass shouldn't require someone to push through a high-pressure sales interaction just to access the gym. That approach had the opposite effect of what I assume was intended, it drove away someone who was genuinely considering joining. I did not return because I did not want to have to sit through a sales pitch again as if I was buying a car instead of a $10-$30 membership. If you're open to feedback, I would strongly recommend giving trial members the option to bypass or immediately exit sales conversations when they've clearly declined. The gym was packed, the parking lot being full is a sign of how busy it is inside. I also didn't see almost anyone wiping off equipment after use and that wasn't discussed on my tour.

There's nothing fake about this place. The people who work here, who work out here, they're are all about genuinely trying to make each others lives better. And I love it. And if there's something off, they trainers are willing to make modifications to the workouts.
