She is pregnant, yet she still shows up with the biggest smile, endless patience, and so much genuine kindness. She has a way of making every customer feel seen and welcomed. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and her positive energy is something special. Angelique is just as amazing. She always takes the time to help me find pieces that fit my lifestyle and makes shopping feel personal instead of transactional. She's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and never rushes me. I always leave feeling more confident than when I walked in. She was patient with me as I tried multiple sizes so I can feel the most comfortable. People often think retail is just about selling products, but T and Angelique remind me it's really about people. They don't just help me find clothes, they brighten my day. Unfortunately, my experience at this Lululemon location was not the best. Before coming to the store, I called three separate times, spacing each call about two hours apart, simply to verify that my package had been delivered and was ready for pickup. As a parent, I wanted to avoid making an unnecessary trip if the package wasn't available. When I arrived, I mentioned that I had called multiple times, and one employee commented to another worker that I had "called a million times." In reality, I only called three times, and I even showed my call log. I found that comment dismissive and unprofessional. What made the situation more frustrating is that it appeared the store phones were not being answered consistently. As a customer trying to confirm an order pickup, I don't feel it was unreasonable to call. Had my package not been there, it would have been a significant inconvenience for me, especially with children. I generally enjoy shopping at Lululemon, but I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service during this experience. Their kindness, help, and such friendliness and knowledge is always so balanced and on point no matter who I get. I called today looking for a product that I didn't know what it was called and couldn't find it online. I confused Darla for sure! The light bulb went on, and she knew exactly what I was finally trying to describe.. and not so well at first! She even helped me find it online to make sure it was the correct item. I'm a bit skeptical of Lululemon as a brand for the reasons you would guess. But whatever, I was walking by and saw something cute in the window. I went in and couldn't get the attention of a single employee. It was a weekend. I go back on a weekday. Still had trouble locating an employee--they all just have whatever on so it's hard to tell who works there. Someone finally asks if I need help. I try the slides on while the employee "helping" me completely ignores me and coaches another employee who is helping another customer over the ear piece about what pants might fit her. Then a third employee started helping the same customer. Was she an influencer? A frequent customer? Was she worth ignoring all the other customers in the store? I did make a purchase and I do like the slides I got, but it is extremely doubtful I'd return to this location for a future purchase. read more

Every time I've been to this location I've always been helped by a friendly employee. This last time I had an issue with a few items and I ended up getting fantastic help that ended up putting my mind at ease. Although the clothing can be expensive, you will not only get great value for the money because it lasts, but also when the company and its staff support the customer when there's a quality issue that needs to be addressed. Molly was incredibly helpful, she had great insight with all of the different fabrics and their fit. On the other hand, the male manager here with short black hair on Saturday (7/17/21) is unaware of company policies (returns are 30 days of delivery date, not order date like you said), and was completely rude and dismissive multiple times. He is on a power trip and treats everyone who walks in as a threat. He is obviously not a good fit for customer service. Avoid this location if you can and shop elsewhere. read more

I recently bought a pair of Align leggings not even a month ago and worn them only a couple of times. I realized that in the crotch area, there was fabric coming apart and making small holes. Decided to bring them in since Lulu has a quality promise on all of their products. The guy I talked to didn't seem in the mood to fix the issue or pull up my account to look at the purchase date. He told me I had to go out to Scottsdale and have them patch the holes. I've worn these only a couple of times and there should be no reason why they're falling apart like this when I take perfect care of them (wash on cold, air dry, and only worn for the purpose of the pant) Now, I went out to Scottsdale to talk to them and the lady was super friendly, and told me she would replace them and that they don't do patch work here for future reference. The attitude that she gave this young girl right in front of a huge line at the register gave me second hand embarrassment. The cash wrap person didnt take the security tag off of the shirt before putting it in the bag and handing it to me after I asked for him to double check and make sure it was off dude me living far away from any Lululemon stores. I can't get enough of these workout clothes - I could live in the Wunder Unders. What's nice about these clothes is that they are built with the shape of a woman in mind. You won't have to pull and tug at your clothes while in the gym to hide the muffin tops, these clothes do that for you and they stay put. Their sports bras are reason alone for me to shop here - great support without giving me a uniboob look. The staff at this location is friendly. The store is immaculate. The clothing is pricey side but if you find yourself spending a lot of time in workout clothes, they are well worth the dollah. read more

I went to this store to return a pair of pants that were $130 and very gently worn for less than half a day before they stretched out and were no longer wearable. They were not the same pants I had in mind when I bought them and I will not be able to wear them again. I figured that since they were so expensive, I could return them with the tag and the receipt. The sales manager, Cody, was not very nice to me, did not consider what I was trying to ask, and did not let me return them. He also insulted me and told me that I need to "consider a smaller size" which was not even doable if I couldn't return them - also they were the smallest size. This endeavor left me very upset. I told her what i do (gym and light running) asked which ones are good for those activities. Then i tried on an 8 and questioned her on how they fit and she said that i was an 8 cuz they were compression. I gave my husband the info on everything he got me 2 different pairs for Christmas. First time wearing them they were falling off the whole time! I simply cannot bring myself to spend the equivalency of a plane ticket on a yoga outfit, but I hear time and time again that it's worth every penny, so I'll chip in with a gift card here and there to help ease the cost for friends that swear by it instead. I try and spread the Lulu love where I can simply because I love what they do, particularly in terms of offering free yoga. I've attended their outdoor Sunday yoga sessions (10 am) on more than one occasion and have loved it every time. This store has some of the best customer service I have seen in years. I went to purchase a new pair of leggings after my dog chewed them to bits. The employees were so kind and apologetic for my misfortune. I've tried to resist the lure of Lululemon for the past few years ever since my workout nut friend took me to one in England. Back then, I was way too fat to fit into their clothes. Now that I've become a bit of a gym rat myself, I realized my thin Old Navy crops and stained Under Armour shirts weren't cutting it anymore. The staff at the Chandler store were helpful in explaining the sizing and fit of their pants and tops. Items are arranged from loosest to tighest fit. They also let me know the store offers free hemming which I need being 5'2". Dressing room staff are always quick at retreiving different colors and sizes as needed. I am absolutely in love with all the items that I've bought at Lululemon. Of course, you need to LOVE what you buy because it's so expensive. So far I've gotten the cool racerback top, wunder under crops, ta-ta tamer and flow-y sports bras. The wunder unders feel and look amazing. The wide waistband makes them flattering, and it never does that annoying roll-down thing. The material is great at absorbing/wicking sweat and doesn't leave any embarassing marks. The racerback tops are long and stay in place doing yoga, spin, or running. I would recommend this store to anyone who worksout consistently several days a week. The clothes are an investment as a couple outfits could set you back hundreds of dollars. If you are just starting out, stick with Old Navy and Target. read more

Bad customer service :( This was my 2nd time in the Chandler Mall store, and the second time I've walked out without spending my gift card. I would purchase elsewhere if I didn't have the gift card to spend. I was not greeted by the countless employees working.
