This business was a life saver for my boss. He was limping around and told me he couldn't hardly stand the pain in both feet and he had blisters all over his feet. He had a crap pair of old Walmart shoes and was not able to get his feet on the sliding shoe due to pain. His only complaint was the price. Not very happy. I have two fractured metatarsals. I went there because I feel like I'm walking on the bones (the fracture area). I shared an image of my foot x-ray. I was given the standing imaging of my foot and told I have supination and a high arch. Ok... I pay about $500 for custom orthotics. I get the orthotics and try it out in multiple pairs of shoes. Felt heavy pronation. Additional pieces added to make the adjustment, which improved the feeling of exaggerated pronation. I was supposed to have a metatasal bar to compensate for the broken bones. I did not feel any difference between either of the orthotics (left / right). I mention this. None of the shoes fit well. Person tells me I'm picky, but sweet. Person seemed to be getting frustrated with my wanting to get what I pay for. I'm paying $500 for the orthotics, plus whatever else for a shoe, I should be comfortable and have a good fit in exchange. I left without any shoes, bought some larger and wider version of my current shoe. Removed the built in insoles, replaced with the new insoles. Trying it while doing some gardening chores and STILL FEEL LIKE I'M WALKING ON THE BROKEN BONE FRACTURE POINTS. My issue is not solved. I had bought a pair of size 14 Orthofeet Shreveports on line a couple years ago because Orthofeet doesn't allow the store to offer the sales price. I ordered another pair on line recently but when i received them one shoe was at least 1/2 size too large. I returned them and decided to see what they might offer in this store. Tried on a couple different models but nothing seemed to work when the manager suggested i might try the Hunter, size 13, because they run large. She was spot on. The shoes fit perfectly. They also showed me how to properly use the inserts, unlike how i had guessed how they worked before. Yes i could have bought them on line cheaper but it was more than worth it to have expert assistance and a staff that works to put you in the best shoe for you. Highly recommend. read more

This is the best shoe store ever! My podiatrist in Gilbert recommended this store to me because I've had some foot and ankle issues, including plantar fasciitis and recovery from foot surgery. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, especially May. She is delightful and exceptional at fitting customers with the correct shoes for their specific needs. I now live in Colorado and wait until I make my annual trip to Arizona to get high quality sandals. I just got back from seeing May at Foot Solutions and called to order two more pairs for my moms who are in their eighties. Happy Feet! I had been suffering from sore feet for several years. It was difficult to walk more than a block or two without my feet getting tired and sore. I had tried inserts from the drug store and from online, but they didn't help my aching feet. Somepne suggested getting custom orthotics. I went to the local Foot Solutions store to do some due diligence. I was surprised at the cost of the orthotics and a little skeptical if they would be that much different than the ones I had purchased at the drug store. I was desperate, so I went ahead and purchased a pair. It took a week or so for them to come in, as I anxiously waited. When they came in, I quickly went down to Foot Solutions and they customized the orthotics to fit in my shoes. From the moment I put them on I could feel a difference. My feet felt energized. I put them to the test and took my dog for a long walk. My dog and my "dogs" were both feeling great! I was so impressed, I purchased a second pair of orthotics for my dress shoes. I've had them for a couple of years and they have made a dramatic improvement in the quality of my life! Most nights I take my dog for a 3-4 mile walk with no problems! Fast forward to the present. The cushion overlay on one pair of my orthotics had become worn down. I called Foot Solutions to have them re-cushioned. I spoke to May and she told me to drop them off. While I was waiting for her to finish re-cushioning them, she suggested I try a pair of Hubbard shoes. I tried them on and they felt great. I told her I'd be back in month or so to pick them up. I returned a month later, but May wasn't there. I was helped by another salesperson. As it turns out the shoes, I had previously tried on were 9.5 wide, but the salesperson gave me a regular 9.5. I wore them for a couple of days hoping they might stretch out. When they didn't, I went back to the Foot Solutions. May was there this time and right away recognized the problem. She ordered the right width shoes for me at no cost! I was blown away with how helpful she was and what a great asset she is to this store. Simply put, May is awesome! I love this location and all the staff! They are exceptionally helpful and kind. The store is always clean and organized. Even when I was trying on the tennis shoes, she made sure to size up my foot to get the right fit. They had exactly the size I needed! Horrible customer service. They are open until 6:00 but may close earlier without notice. I work in the mall and twice was told that there would no one to help me due to the employee "not being able to go over his hours" for the week. Again today, asked if someone could help me if I get there around six and was rudely and inconsiderately spoken to as if I was an interruption to his closing time. I will not recommend this location to anyone I work with or know. There are other great establishments to choose from other than this. read more

I have been going to this Foot Solutions for a few years. Last fall (2020) I needed new Addiction Walkers and went right to Foot Solutions. John has helped me now twice in getting shoes that make my feet feel like heaven. I had gotten Addiction Walkers about 4 years ago and loved them, Dirk had helped me then. When I came in, John was so helpful, efficient, patient and kind. I walk 5 miles a day for exercise so must have excellent shoes. About a month later came back and John helped me buy a great pair of Finn Comforts - they are truly amazing. On both the last pairs of shoes, I've had to have a build up so it was important that they were just right. John helped me get exactly the right size. last week I took a friend to Foot Solutions and she too got the Finn Comforts. John helped her, as well. Incredibly rude sales staff. We walked in and were not even greeted. We drove 19 miles to this store because the woman who answered my phone call said that they could order my shoe after she sized my feet. Walked in and 2 men were helping 2 other customers. They did not acknowledge our entrance with either a "welcome" or "we'll be with you as soon as possible ". A 3rd couple was waiting for service. We left without our existence being acknowledged. You really need to think about passing on this business. They have a horrible return policy. Even if shoes are new you have only 7 days to return them otherwise store credit only. This is even for shoes they had in stock. I have been sitting on a $400. plus credit because the orthodontics I ordered just did not work for me so I was issued a store credit. As I need closed toed shoes they have an incredibly limited stock to choose from and no half sizes. They mostly carry sandals. I've had this credit for almost 6 months, but they haven't gotten any new styles in to select from so I'm still a hostage continually checking to try and redeem my credit. If you check other similar stores such as the Shoe Thrill (in Chandler) or the Shoe Mill (in Tempe) they have a much easier and flexible return policy, which when your spending this kind of money is very important. Seriously check other stores as well before purchasing here. They can reel you in easy enough as the staff is very personable--they are true sales people. read more

When you're ready to lose the foot pain, Foot Solutions is the place to go. I bought custom arch supports and shoes there two years ago. Both the shoes and arch supports work great. The sandals have been worn daily for two years and still look and feel great! I knew my high arch and instep were problems, but they explained so much more about how my foot worked and why I was in pain. This week I returned and the sales man put a new cushion on top of my arch support, for free--how's that for A++ service! And I bought more shoes. Foot Solutions' shoe selection isn't for a high fashion clientele, it's for men and women with foot pain or problems. And I'm delighted to have sandals, dress shoes, walking shoes, and gym shoes which are all very comfortable. And my husband now has custom arch supports and is walking comfortably as well. Very knowledgeable salesman. I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis for months now using shoe inserts, etc, nothing was helping. He informed me of what the issue was with my arch on the bad foot, and had a sandal that could help correct it. The sandal was what someone could expect to pay.for a pair of Nike shoes, yes on the costly side, but oh my God how much of a difference they've made in just one day! I canceled the inserts I had ordered the night before and the memory foam slippers because I have found the solution. I should have gone into this store sooner! read more

I have gotten several pairs of shoes and sandals from Foot Solutions, their selection is better every time I go there, I always see something more I would like to have. Although they are shoes that are good for your feet, there are many cute styles. I have also bought arch supports that I wear in my shoes, the sales people were thorough in fitting me and worked w me to be sure they were comfortable, they will work w you to get it right. We went to this store hoping to find some good sturdy shoes. We found them and so much more. It can get a little busy and you may have to wait but it is worth the wait. The associates there are great and really spend time helping you find the right product for your feet. We recently had to go back in because my husbands shoes were breaking down inside. This place was a HUGE disappointment. The salesperson that helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. I tried on several pairs of shoes and finally found a pair I liked. However, they weren't in stock and needed to be ordered. I ended up spending $800 for custom orthotics and the shoes. I was promised a two week delivery date for both. Cut to FOUR weeks later and I received a call from the salesman apologizing for the delay. He told me the company they ordered the shoes from failed to send them an e-mail stating they were on back order there as well. He apologized and told me about another two weeks. I wasn't happy but decided to wait it out as I had just recently been diagnosed with plantar fascitis. Another THREE weeks passed when I received another call from the salesman. He apologized once again for the same failure of e-mail excuse from the company they had ordered from. I was extremely upset and told him to just cancel my order. He said he would cancel my shoe order and refund me but he could only issue a store credit for the orthotics. Apparently, they do not refund money for the custom made orthotics. I told him he should refund me because I NEVER received a product in SEVEN weeks. I asked him to speak to the manager to make an exception and they both refused a refund. I then asked for a DISCOUNT for a pair of shoes since they were almost all $200 and above. I did not think it was an unreasonable request due to the horrible service provided and the amount of money I had spent. They denied any sort of discount! I ended up calling my credit card company to file a dispute. Luckily they never responded and I was reimbursed the money. What horrible customer service. Had it worked out I would have highly recommended this place! Save yourselves the hassle and disappointment until they mend their customer service and refund policy! read more

The sales people there are well educated about "feet". The store also works together with some doctors. The service starts with measuring your feet and turning them into a 3 dimensional view so one can examine how the weight of the body is distributed. That is very informative and gives clues to why and where pain is present. Insoles are fabricated according to the measures taken and then put inside the shoes one purchases or already has, although I must say once I saw the 3D images, I bought several new pairs and gave most of what I had to a second-hand store. There are two types of insoles one can purchase.The difference lies within shoes to go out with or everyday slippers, sandals and sportswear. One type is a full size insert, the other is a half cut that easily fits dress shoes. read more

Not cheap but maybe you pay for what you get. Been using Brooks The Beast for years and have problem feet. They had my records from years ago and Robin was most helpful. I had not intended to buy but the fit she gave me felt so good I bought! On line you have no size/width selection for bad feet. Pay the price and fix the problem. Would recommend .
