Stopped by the pick up an online order but the email instructions versus the store were different. Fortunately, they were very helpful to get my order picked up. Thanks Mike and Team! Store itself is very well organized and everyone is on it! The holiday is in full effect read more

The female at the Amazon return spent a long time with a man that didn't have his returns ready and wanted to talk about his grandkids and other things. She acted with no urgency even though there was a long line. I do not recommend this location for Amazon returns! I've been to this location before and the same thing! She is slow and talks to people even though there is a long line. I recommend driving a little further and go to the one South of here near the US 60. read more

I was just in there today to grab a few items really quick. I was greeted by Julie in the men's department who was incredibly sweet and offered help if I needed anything. Even while I didn't, I appreciated the thought and friendliness. Great customer service! read more

I like Kohls, alot actually. Really relaxed atmosphere, decent selection of affordable clothes and home goods. I think though honestly my favorite thing is their Amazon return desk. I order tons of stuff from Amazon and I return lots too. Having that return service here is the best. And you get a coupon for shopping too. Customer service is great here too Ive never had an issue with anything. Your results may vary :) read more

Kohl's is kind of a mixed experience for me. Sometimes I go in and find things I like but there are other times when the store is cluttered and in disarray. This location has remodeled several times in recent years. It moved the women's section out of the center, and pushed it to the edges to place a large Sephora display front and center instead. The reason this bothers me is because you have to walk really far now with an armload of clothes if you want to try anything on. Once you find a fitting room area they only have a handful of rooms available. (And they are often full.) I would lower my review rating because of the above mentioned reasons, except for two things. 1) The associates here are always extremely friendly and helpful. 2) If you have the Kohl's card they are constantly running discount promotions and offering Kohl's cash. So I guess if you can overlook some of the annoying aspects of the store it's not the worst place. I do not do well buying clothes online - I really need the old brick and mortar places. Let's hope they all stick around for awhile. read more

Thanks Calvin for the best customer service when my mom and I were in this week. you're the king of bow ties and your smile and service is always great. read more

This Kohl's location has always provided excellent customer service to my family. Store selection is what you expect at Kohl's...no complaints. Although, BIG shout out to AMRITA: a very kind, professional, and extremely polite lady to interact with. She always has a smile and is eager to help newer staff and customers alike. Thank you for treating us so well, so often. read more

This is a great Kohls! It's always organized, the people who work here are friendly and helpful, and it's usually quick if you have a package to drop off for amazon. Also i lost something recently (i think while shopping there or another store same day) and they were so sweet about checking in lost and found and keeping an eye out for me. Definitely recommend. read more

What a mess! Packed and crowed isles, with no help onn the floor. Shop at the catalog and return what you do not want.

Very disappointed with Kohls. I ordered a fitbit but due to circumstances, i didn't open it until a month later. 10 days later it broke. Kohls refuses to honor their bad product. Will neverr purchase electronic devices here! Buyers beware!!!!! read more

I came here to buy cookware that was advertised on sale. My wife had coupons and also received a discount by using her Kohl's card. Over all we got the cookware for 50% of the original price. Kohl's offers killer deals on the clearance rack. You can snag up to 80% off on some clothing items. This chain offers great sales, but the overall prices are a bit high. read more

This has got to be the worst Kohls location in Arizona. Kohl's as a company claims to have a "Hassle Free Return Policy" this is not the case at this specific location. The store manager himself even stated he tells his employees not to accept certain returns (which in fact does go against company policy) FYI just because you are a store manager doesn't mean you own that specific store and can do what you please. What it comes down to is customer service. The manager doesn't care if he loses customers. He doesn't care about your Concerns. Clearance items in general are significantly higher at this location than other stores. Overall it's a waste of Time coming here- Your money will be better off spent at any other Kohls location but this one. read more

Worst Kohl's ever. Prices have gone up because inventory switched to name brands and yet selection has gone down. What good is Kohl's cash if they have no basic inventory. All I wanted was a white polo shirt. Nope. Nothing. read more

I live Kohl's. They have great prices and amazing clearance racks! I can sift through the clearance racks find a pile of great clothes and save more than I spend, and if you have Kohl's cash or coupons it's even better! The store is organized, well stocked and the employees are friendly. read more

I am so disappointed by this store. I feel like it's mostly overpriced crap. They put it on mega sale to make you feel like you're getting a good deal. Once in a great moon I get sucked in. And more often than not I need to make a return and then I remember why I don't shop at Kohls. Today I went in to return a black Friday purchase that I no longer needed and even with the receipt they would only give me store credit. And with the receipt they could not pull up my card or any information. She didn't even have a valid reason. Once again I am stuck with Kohl's credit!!!! So angry. I'm getting rid of this credit and I will never ever shop at the store again read more

I have been to this location quite a bit. Last week I needed a blouse for my daughter's wedding and I usually love Kohl's clothing choices. I ended up just getting a regular blouse, nothing special because the inventory didnt have many choices. I went the register and there was a woman working behind the counter who was in management and was complaining they had no help so she had to help me. For some reason their card machine was not working. She looked at me as I tried other cards knowing they were full of money. She said " they aren't working, now I have to void this sale" . I thought she was acting very rude and condescending. I finally left...went to the bank and came back with cash and let her know it was not my card that it was the machine. She made Kohl's really look bad. Later I returned that blouse to a different Kohl's. read more

I went into kohls to buy a nice pair of shorts and a shirt. I got to the cashier counter. I had asked the cashier NOT to touch the counter with the clothes. And that I had a major phobia about touch store countertops or conveyor belts. So she took the cloths from me and the first thing she did was place them on the counter. Then she said she had to because of some security thing in the shirt. Then proceeded to wipe a part of the shirt on the counter. I wanted to buy these cloths for my son's graduation. Because I was short on time I paid for the clothing and went home I had to find some not new clothes to wear to the graduation and I ended up being late. Now because kohls employee did not listen to what I asked. I now have to return the stuff I bought. I was late to my son's graduation. I guess customers don't matter anymore these day to kohls and there employees. read more

Will never go back to this location in all the years that I have been going to Kohl's I have never been treated so bad as I did today. Liz is a horrible guest service representative she has no people skills at all can't believe you have her as your representative when trying to attack consumers. read more

I went shopping for a mother's day present a while ago, and as soon as I walked in the cashier, Erin, was so sweet and offered help. When I went to go check out, she was the sweetest person and actually seemed interested in how my day was going. read more

Can't beat their clearance prices! $12.80 for a $60 dress?! $10.20 for a $36 shirt?! I love this place! I've always liked Lauren Conrad clothing, and I love even more that I can find her items at amazing clearance prices! Kohl's is always clean and organized. Employees have always been helpful. Get a Kohl's card and they'll send you extra 15-30% off coupons. They also send coupons in the mail or email. read more

OK, as you can guess I am a fan of online shopping deals. Well, Brads Deals (check them out) had on the web a few days ago a min-cupcake maker from Kohl's for a great price, so I ordered it... In about 4 days we received the brand new cupcake maker. Went to the store with the wife and bought some cake mixes and started the process. The lights came on the machine but no heat (oh no) glad we didn't add milk to the cake mix. So this morning I returned the cupcake maker to the nearest Kohl's... "NO ISSUE" they exchange the non-working unit for a brand new one off the floor. Now looking forward to mini-cupcakes tonight... Glad I bought it from a major retailer... read more

Carts are too big, and the isles are too small. I smashed into almost everything. Half of the items didn't have a price tag. The workers weren't friendly. I have to return a speaker because it doesn't play music! 0/10 wouldn't recommend read more

I just walked out of Kohls while waiting in line for maybe 8-10 minutes. I was only behind one woman but the cashier was having some issues. Three employees came by to help the cashier but were unable to but not one of these employees offered to help me. So I just handed my items back to the store and walked out and let them know I could not possibly give them my business after being treated that way. Unfortunately I was a first time customer...so back to Target for the items I was attempting to purchase. read more
