I like Kohls, alot actually. Really relaxed atmosphere, decent selection of affordable clothes and home goods. I think though honestly my favorite thing is their Amazon return desk. I order tons of stuff from Amazon and I return lots too. Having that return service here is the best. And you get a coupon for shopping too. Kohl's is kind of a mixed experience for me. Sometimes I go in and find things I like but there are other times when the store is cluttered and in disarray. This location has remodeled several times in recent years. It moved the women's section out of the center, and pushed it to the edges to place a large Sephora display front and center instead. The reason this bothers me is because you have to walk really far now with an armload of clothes if you want to try anything on. Once you find a fitting room area they only have a handful of rooms available. (And they are often full.) I would lower my review rating because of the above mentioned reasons, except for two things. 1) The associates here are always extremely friendly and helpful. 2) If you have the Kohl's card they are constantly running discount promotions and offering Kohl's cash. So I guess if you can overlook some of the annoying aspects of the store it's not the worst place. I do not do well buying clothes online - I really need the old brick and mortar places. Let's hope they all stick around for awhile. read more

This is a great Kohls! It's always organized, the people who work here are friendly and helpful, and it's usually quick if you have a package to drop off for amazon. Also i lost something recently (i think while shopping there or another store same day) and they were so sweet about checking in lost and found and keeping an eye out for me. I came here to buy cookware that was advertised on sale. My wife had coupons and also received a discount by using her Kohl's card. Over all we got the cookware for 50% of the original price. Kohl's offers killer deals on the clearance rack. You can snag up to 80% off on some clothing items. This chain offers great sales, but the overall prices are a bit high. read more

This has got to be the worst Kohls location in Arizona. Kohl's as a company claims to have a "Hassle Free Return Policy" this is not the case at this specific location. The store manager himself even stated he tells his employees not to accept certain returns (which in fact does go against company policy) FYI just because you are a store manager doesn't mean you own that specific store and can do what you please. What it comes down to is customer service. The manager doesn't care if he loses customers. He doesn't care about your Concerns. Clearance items in general are significantly higher at this location than other stores. Overall it's a waste of Time coming here- Your money will be better off spent at any other Kohls location but this one. read more

I am so disappointed by this store. I feel like it's mostly overpriced crap. They put it on mega sale to make you feel like you're getting a good deal. Once in a great moon I get sucked in. And more often than not I need to make a return and then I remember why I don't shop at Kohls. Today I went in to return a black Friday purchase that I no longer needed and even with the receipt they would only give me store credit. And with the receipt they could not pull up my card or any information. She didn't even have a valid reason. Once again I am stuck with Kohl's credit!!!! So angry. I have been to this location quite a bit. Last week I needed a blouse for my daughter's wedding and I usually love Kohl's clothing choices. I ended up just getting a regular blouse, nothing special because the inventory didnt have many choices. I went the register and there was a woman working behind the counter who was in management and was complaining they had no help so she had to help me. For some reason their card machine was not working. She looked at me as I tried other cards knowing they were full of money. She said " they aren't working, now I have to void this sale" . I thought she was acting very rude and condescending. I finally left...went to the bank and came back with cash and let her know it was not my card that it was the machine. She made Kohl's really look bad. Later I returned that blouse to a different Kohl's. read more

I went into kohls to buy a nice pair of shorts and a shirt. I got to the cashier counter. I had asked the cashier NOT to touch the counter with the clothes. And that I had a major phobia about touch store countertops or conveyor belts. So she took the cloths from me and the first thing she did was place them on the counter. Then she said she had to because of some security thing in the shirt. Then proceeded to wipe a part of the shirt on the counter. I wanted to buy these cloths for my son's graduation. Because I was short on time I paid for the clothing and went home I had to find some not new clothes to wear to the graduation and I ended up being late. Now because kohls employee did not listen to what I asked. I now have to return the stuff I bought. I was late to my son's graduation. I guess customers don't matter anymore these day to kohls and there employees. read more

Three employees came by to help the cashier but were unable to but not one of these employees offered to help me. OK, as you can guess I am a fan of online shopping deals. Well, Brads Deals (check them out) had on the web a few days ago a min-cupcake maker from Kohl's for a great price, so I ordered it... In about 4 days we received the brand new cupcake maker. Went to the store with the wife and bought some cake mixes and started the process. The lights came on the machine but no heat (oh no) glad we didn't add milk to the cake mix. So this morning I returned the cupcake maker to the nearest Kohl's... "NO ISSUE" they exchange the non-working unit for a brand new one off the floor. Now looking forward to mini-cupcakes tonight... Glad I bought it from a major retailer... read more
