Apparently, their manager is only scheduling one person to run the store because she doesn't want to pay anyone, and the manager can't be bothered to show up and run her own store! I feel so bad for these employees who obviously get zero help from their manager and are expected to run the store by themselves. Trying to return a vest that was the incorrect size (my fault)…read more Found customer service needs considerable improvement. They are confrontational and accusatory in their demeanor. Denying that information provided by the in their orders , composed by them. When confronted with the truth it was my fault that I didn't know what their new policies were, etc. I ran a small business for50 years and taught my employees that the customer is always correct. That philosophy does not permeate this company. If you purchase anything from them DO NOT REMOVE ANY ATTACHED TAGS!! That seams to prove that you used the product!. This incident involved the return of a vest for exchange (I ordered one size too small). I removed a tag, attached by the thin monofilament that has the T at each end, for fear of pulling it through the leather there by tearing it. This was "proof that I wore it " (which I didn't, other than try it on). My word was not acceptable ( way to follow the cowboy code). Sorry for the venting but I guess we live in a different world now, sad. They finally agreed to replace the item charging a 10% restocking fee. I feel lucky they gave me this consideration. To me a better solution would have to accepted the return and if they found sines of use then charge me the restocking fee or refuse to exchange the item charging shipping fees if I wanted it back. Apologies again for venting, just want customers to be aware!
