I got there first thing in the morning with my mom and aunt to get started. We arrived on a Friday and parking was PACKED. We ended up finding a spot in a nearby lot, so if you have a certain time you want to arrive, make sure you factor in parking. Anyway, we made our way into the building, and a nice lady told us we could sit anywhere we wanted and gave us the rundown. You're able to make an array of items. We ended up making car fresheners, perfumes, lotions, and candles. You start off by picking your favorite scents and combinations. If you're anything like me and my mom, we are very indecisive, luckily they help you pick out scents and combinations they think you'll like. Seriously amazing staff! They were so patient with us to make sure we got the scent we loved. Overall, the process took about an hour, and depending on what you make, you'll have to come back after 3 -4 hours to pick up your items. When we came back around late noon, it was packed, so I definitely don't recommend coming at that time. Definitely go early in the morning or maybe a couple hours before they close. The prices weren't overly expensive at all. I can't remember the exact total, but I think I got around three items and only paid about $70. Either way, if I have more family coming in from out of town or just want a fun place to go with friends, I can definitely see myself coming back

What's amazing is that they have over 50 scents to sniff out. It takes awhile and there are a bunch of really cool and unique scents such as Fruit Loops, gun powder, marijuana, leather, pink sands, clothesline, creme brulee, fruit loops, honey crisp, and rain. The employees are helpful with suggesting combinations once you write down your favorite scents. I decided to get hand soap and the perfume roller. The scents are quite amazing but they are quite ephemeral. After reviewing everything, I realized that they lied about the prices. I got overcharged $11 so I'm pretty upset by being lied to and overcharged by a lot.

She had traditional wick candles, she had wax that you can put in burners. I think my husband and I walked out of there with six or seven candles and a new wax melt burner. I will definitely go back! I'd have to say the only downside is the shop is tucked back in a rather "off the beaten path" location. The property definitely needs a bit of love. The carpets need cleaning, and the whole place could use a refresh to bring back that '80s charm instead of feeling more like the '50s. I did love the artwork throughout, especially the stair rails, doors, and mural. A small on-site café or coffee spot would be amazing--there's so much potential here to elevate the experience, especially if they plan to maintain it as historic grounds. They no longer host weddings here, which is disappointing since I remember driving by years ago and seeing celebrations happening on the property. Overall, the tour is worth the price and definitely something to check out for yourself. Drink your coffee before you go! And remember: don't touch anything on the tour. It was pretty hard to get consistent service as someone would come to me and then leave me in the middle of servicing me. It was very odd behavior. Then there was an employee who was just kind of standing there doing absolutely nothing while the other two ladies did all the work. I got a bunch of perfume and a bottle of car diffuser. I must say that the diffuser didn't work at all.... I had it in my car for so long and no smell came out of it so it was a completely defective product that was a complete waste of money. At least the perfume rollers work. You get 10ml for $18 and the scents aren't very strong if that's what you're looking for but they are indeed nice. I'd definitely suggest better customer service (both in-person and online) and to only sell products that actually work.
