Felt like that pretty woman attitude from the salesman. He asked what we needed, and I told him we were looking for a suit for my grandson and he just stood There, so we started looking around, and I asked him A Question and then he finally came over to us to help us. So when grandson tried on the first set From the rack, I didn't really care for the jacket too much so.The guy takes the suit and starts hanging it back up. So we went to another rack, my grandson picked out a pair of pants in a jacket, so as he walk into the dressing room, the guy says, Hey, those are not the same color black so I ask to which jacket do the pants work with or pants to jacket so he came over and said not there over here and that set that didn't work. So we went to a third one we had to do our own shopping. This guy just had an attitude from the beginning, I was starting to get a little bit upset, I wanted to say something. But I left it go so we finally ended up taking the first set on a different jacket. Came to $400 and 33 dollars for tax and we get up to the chill and it's like the guy's not even impressed. My first thought was, if you don't like a job, go somewhere else to work, I didn't spend $433 to have an attitude from a salesman.

Service 5/5 Service is high on my criteria for men's clothing stores followed by quality of brands. Dillards never disappoints. I always use the men's clothing departments wardrobe assistant. They are keenly familiar with brand selections including sales items and utilizing their expertise is a big time saver! Selection 5/5 With a great selection of top recognized brands, Dillards remains my choice for dress for casual and business. Value 5/5 Do I shop sales, absolutely. Dillards top brands go on sale for seasonal inventory rotations, holiday customer magnet campaigns. As I was entering the store, the whole entrance and immediate area just inside the door reeked of weed. The inside of the store was average for any other Ross, however the different departments inside the store seemed messy and picked over. Very small holiday decor section that was half empty.
