I have been helped by him about 3 or 4 different times, and every single time he has been extremely patient, respectful, and helpful. He is genuinely one of the best cashiers I have encountered at this Walmart, and I have always appreciated his kindness and the way he treats customers. Today, around 7:55 PM, I was checking out with him. He told me his shift ended at 8:00 PM, but he still had items to scan for me, and there was another customer waiting behind me. He appeared to be managing his time appropriately, so he put up the closing sign at his register so that he could finish helping the customers already in his line. A female manager with blonde hair and glasses then walked over to his register, removed the closing sign he had put up, and walked away. I found the way this was handled extremely disrespectful and uncomfortable to witness, especially when he was clearly trying to finish taking care of the customers already waiting in his line before his shift ended. What upset me the most was seeing an employee who has consistently been patient and professional with customers being treated this way. From a customer's perspective, the interaction felt hostile and unnecessary. It also raised concerns for me about whether Ashraf was being treated differently because of his race or background. I cannot speak to the manager's intentions, but what I witnessed did not sit right with me at all. Walmart should be a respectful environment for both customers and employees. Employees deserve to be treated with dignity, especially when they are doing their job and taking care of customers. I sincerely hope Walmart looks into what happened, reviews the conduct of the manager involved, and makes sure employees like Ashraf are treated fairly and respectfully. He deserves recognition for the excellent customer service he provides, not to be made to feel uncomfortable while doing his job. Walmart, please do better and take concerns like this seriously.

We brought a gently used toy, but was told that they couldn't find it online to accurately price it (strange since it was a toy from last Christmas). When you drop off your items to sell, you will need your Driver's License. A $5 coupon is printed on the receipt, but it is off the purchase of $25 or more (I had to ask since it didn't say). You can wait there or receive a text when they have reviewed what they would like to buy. The average wait times whenever I drop off items to sell has been at least three hours. You can not leave your items overnight. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. If you want more money for your items, I would not sell here. I prefer not to deal with Facebook marketplace and will continue to come here.
