    This review is for the woman with the gold tooth at the exit, who claims to be checking receipts, yet she really is just checking bags. Yep, that's right...bags. She thinks she's the bag monitor for the entire store. Every time I have been to this Walmart location (which is about maybe 3 times per year) I am stopped by this rude woman with a gold tooth at the exit. Every other Walmart I've been to (across the United States) has had someone at the exit who usually just checks that you have a receipt and lets you go on your way. Not this lady! She will stop you and look in your cart or look at what you've purchased and if something doesn't have a bag, she questions you. I've never dealt with this at any other Walmart store! She seems to be picking on certain shoppers. For example, she always stops me, yet she lets other people walk right out of the store with cart loads full without stopping or questioning them! On one of my last visits to this store, she stopped me (of course) and told me to make sure everything has a bag and if it's a larger item, to make sure to put a bag on it and she won't stop you. Well, this was a big fat lie! Just this morning, I had another run in with her! I was leaving town and wanted to pick up a few items before heading out. I had a cart and purchased a hand full of items at the self checkout. One of the items was large (could not physically fit into a bag). So I put a bag over the top of it and everything else in the cart was in a bag. I go to leave the self checkout and the bag began to fly off of the large item, so I put my hand on the bag, to prevent it from blowing off the item and littering with this stupid plastic bag. I try to exit the store and she stops me again! This is just becoming unbelievable at this point. She stopped me because of the large item. I told her that last time she told me just to put a bag on it and she wouldn't stop me. She then had to think of something else to come up with, so she then claimed it was because my hand was on the item with the bag. Seriously????? Did this woman even hear or comprehend what she just said?! So if your hand is on the bag, you will be stopped?! So if I buy 2 bags of items from this Walmart, and I carry out the bags, will my hand not be on the bag in some fashion???? What a lame excuse to come up with. I told her this is why I do not shop here; because of stuff like this. I'm standing there with a cart less than $100 worth while holding a $1,000 luxury brand wallet, and she's stopping me to check if I stole something??? She then claimed the reason she checks the bags is to check the person at the self checkout; to make sure they are doing their job. She then tried to tell me that nobody steals....what planet is this lady living on? There are plenty of thefts from Walmart; I've seen it with my own eyes. I tried to hand her over my receipt for the items I just purchased less than a minute prior and she didn't even check the receipt! She just looked to see if everything had a bag! OMG, ridiculous! So here it is, 12 hours later and I'm now 408 miles away from this Walmart and I'm still annoyed with the whole experience! I even looked up Walmart policies and apparently they aren't even supposed to stop you if you pay in cash, which I clearly did! Go ahead and check the security cameras, Walmart! Better yet, why don't you train this lady on what to be looking out for....when you see a mob of people rush a store wearing hoodies, masks, and running through the store with sledgehammers, those are the people to be looking out for! At the same time, you will see get away drivers pull up to the store doors with their vehicles running, trunks and passenger doors open ready to drive away with the loot. THOSE ARE THE PEOPLE TO BE LOOKING OUT FOR!!!!!!!! THOSE ARE YOUR SHOPLIFTERS!!!!!! Not someone at 6 AM purchasing less than $100 worth of product. Yes, this woman caused all this fuss over a bag on an oversized item at 6 AM! Who has the energy for that at 6 AM? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I was in the Phoenix area looking for the extremely elusive Cherry Vanilla Blue Bell ice cream and discovered Angelo's Italian Ice + Gelato in a Walmart. I love trying unique frozen treats so I picked up an Italian Ice and a gelato container. Creamy, silky smooth, sweet vanilla flavor. Less butterfat than premium ice cream like Hagaan Daz. I like the smoother texture. Angelo's Vanilla Bean Gelato is very tasty. Angelo's Italian Ices Citrus Rainbow flavor has a mix of lemon, lime, and orange flavors. I love the flavor mix. Texture is icy. Feels like eating a popsicle. Normally I buy Blue Bell Ice Cream when I visit Arizona but Angelo's makes some good treats.

    This is one of the supposedly bald tires.  For having the miles it has, it is a lot more worn than it should be, but not bald

    Prices posted on the aisle are lower than the register charges. Buyers beware. Manager refuses to honor posted prices.

    Overall, we like Walmart, but I can do without the woman at the pharmacy refusing to wait on me if I'm talking to my spouse on the phone.

However, I was in recently to pick up a product in the beauty department. It was a seasonal item I passed when I was in days prior when getting medicine. I popped in while running errands and saw one left on the shelf, however it was clearly tampered. In my experience, you can usually ask for one from the back if they have it. Which is what I did. I also made the assumption there might not be a back stock so I thought maybe they would do a 5 or 10% discount. Upon going to the register I had a cashier I had not met whose name I will not mention. She seemed bothered although it was around 3 pm on a saturday and not too busy. I explained that I wanted this item and it looked tampered (the barcode sticker was peeled mostly off and the top was ripped off... I'll add photos if I can). She called over another associate to check for back stock. I explained I just didn't want a damaged product. They encouraged me to open it, so I did, and they said "ok cool doesn't look damaged. Go ahead and buy it." Well, it didn't look damaged so I went ahead since I wanted it but not really the response I expected. Oh well. At this point cashier could not get it to scan since the sticker was ripped and kept huffing and puffing. I apologized and she said it was ok, but it didn't seem like it. She told me my total was $5. I handed her a $5 bill and she said "$5.40". It probably doesn't sound that bad, but her tone wasn't pleasant and now I really don't want to come back to this location.

    Drive thru pharmacy is a joke. It takes forever. Maybe they need to have one person doing drive…read morethru and one person doing the inside counter. Or someone who can do it faster. It should not take this long to pick up prescriptions. Drive thru should be designed for customers who know their prescriptions are ready. This location has been different. I have been coming here for years Prescriptions taking forever to get refills and told that you will have to wait couple of days to get a refill. You come inside and ask for a partial to get you through but they fill your whole prescription within 5 minutes makes no sense. I have been thinking of switching ton different pharmacy all together.

    I'm really disappointed in my visit a few days ago. I called to inquire about a medication and then…read moretold them I had a manufacture rebate coupon for my other medication. The guy on the phone said to give it to them when I come to pick up. I could tell in his voice he just didn't want to deal with it. I wanted to give it to him then to prevent any kind of delay at pick up. I get to the drive through and after waiting 15 minutes in line, I get up to the window and try to give the guy my code. He asked me to give him all the code numbers. It was very hard to hear him as he wasn't speaking directly into the phone. I let him know this, he moved the phone around and put it right back in the same spot. Still couldn't hear him clearly. He messed with the computer for a few minutes and then walked away from the window. Came back about 5 minutes later and said I'd have to come inside or go back around. Said the pharmacist had to enter it. I told him I'd come back when I saw in the app it was fixed. In the meantime I'm getting emails from Walgreens about my medication. I go to the app and they have my order canceled. The next day it was entered back in and the old price was still there. Now I have to deal with this all over again since they couldn't be bothered the first time to get it added for me. the week before I waited in line for 20 minutes on just one other person in the drive through, I was the second person. They didn't make that Person leave and come back but instead made me wait all that time. Do better Walgreens, I thought I had found the best location until you did this to me.

    I will be a brief and tactful as possible but a review to alert Pharmacy customers…read more This store has a storied history of poor customer service and has actually had a few occasions the entire store was closed for lack of staff which I've never seen anywhere! They don't answer their phone. You're placed on hold with typical music with periodic announcements until you get you are #3 in line. 45 minutes later you reach " your #1 in queue ". Ten minutes later you hear a Walgreens pharmacy person answer but it's actually it's a syllable or two and you're placed back in the loop before being disconnected. I say all of this because my Wife and I were exposed to a hospital patient resulting in Meningitis exposure and we had an urgent script sent by our PCP here for Ciro. Walgreens has our urgent script tied up over an insurance question when the single tablet course is $4 placing us at risk. Four dollars we could pay out of pocket. Never again will I place my trust in this Pharmacy. *** Update *** Went inside the store to the Pharmacy today to find out what happened to our PCP Stat prescription request. The Pharm Tech looked us up and said they were both filled but couldn't find my wife's. Two technicians began going through many bins until it was located in an incorrect bin. Once paid I has a Pharmacist counsel when I took the opportunity to ask what the pharmacy phone BS was about. I pointed out even while waiting for two technicians hunting for my wife's script there phone was ringing off the hook. No one behind the counter was phased by the endless phone ringing and all were clearly desensitized to it. The Pharmacist response was "You see everyone is busy back here it not like we are not working". I said your message should direct callers immediately you are not accepting call and to come into the store. She is absolutely clueless and could care less. Her attitude has ben embraced by all and become institutionalized in there culture. Corporate is my next stop.
