    Mint and vanilla swirl

Got the new vanilla and mint swirl ice cream. It was delicious and a great change from the chocolate and vanilla swirl! Store was clean and had plenty of great options.

The image shows the interior of a large retail warehouse, likely a wholesale or membership store, with high industrial ceilings and bright overhead lighting. Rows of tables display stacks of folded clothing, including shirts and pants, organized by color and size. Shelving units in the background hold additional stock, with boxes and pallets visible. A few shoppers are walking through the aisles, and the polished concrete floor reflects the lighting. The store appears spacious and well-organized for bulk shopping.

Forgot our card easy process go right in to help desk and they get you a new one. Tons of bulk items, decent clothing, ect, have it all. Great bang for your buck. Youll find great deals all the time. Friendly staff. Food court, pizza is so good, cheese here can't go wrong!

Hey there, my YELPies! You know how passionate I am about customer service, and let me tell you, COSTCO really dropped the ball this time! First, I want to give a big shoutout to Jimmy, Roy, Britt, Dan, Greg, and possibly Alex, along with the three front-end supervisors. On one of my many visits, I experienced some disappointing treatment from one of the front-end employees, which was especially disheartening given my long history with COSTCO and my loyalty as a member. My son and I approached the checkout area, and I noticed that the few open lines were quite long. One of the front-end supervisors overheard me and kindly apologized, explaining that a cashier was on the way and that I could follow her once she was assigned. I appreciated that. When Britt was assigned, I followed her to the bay, but then another employee--let's call her GREEN SHIRT/Brunette--told me they were taking the next person from the adjacent line. When I tried to explain that we had just come from that long line and were instructed to follow Britt, she rolled her eyes and called someone else over. I felt dismissed, and that's where customer service should have stepped in to apologize and clarify their process. Instead, I flagged down someone who I thought was a manager--JIMMY--who did exactly what he was supposed to do: listened, apologized, and offered to help. He explained he couldn't assist directly but would get a supervisor, which he did. Roy then approached me, and his customer service was top-notch! He listened to my concerns and apologized, asking how they could make things right. I told him I didn't need anything except for them to improve their service. He promised to discuss it with the other managers. Being who I am, I wanted to address the situation further. During my checkout, Britt was professional and helpful, but GREEN SHIRT/Brunette tried to engage Alex in a conversation about me, which was inappropriate and refused to box my items. I pointed out that she was indeed talking about me. Thankfully, Roy returned and helped box my items. While GREEN SHIRT/Brunette's initial behavior could have been overlooked, the disrespect of discussing a member in front of them was unacceptable. After my transaction, I spoke with Dan and Greg, the store managers, about my experience and the young lady's behavior. They assured me they would address it with her, and I reiterated my desire for them to improve their customer service. Typically, I'd want to stay and see if the managers followed through, but knowing COSTCO's commitment to customer service, I took their word for it. Quality does affect value. In short, my YELPies, remember to treat everyone with respect in all that you do. Word of mouth is powerful!

Numerous apple pies in plastic containers are arranged on tables in a large retail warehouse, with shelves stocked with various products in the background. Customers are shopping and browsing the aisles, and signs with prices are visible overhead. The store has high ceilings and industrial lighting, typical of a wholesale or bulk retail store like Costco.

What an experience before Thanksgiving. The store was packed yet everyone was friendly and cooperative. Plenty of merchandise and specials. What a great selection of items at a remarkable value.

They are a co-op, so they do not accept credit cards and only take debit cards, cash or checks, because of this, their prices are typically lower which I do find the be the case! They have all the grocery stores needs, but I particularly love their bulk section, where you can "what you need." It features candy, flours, noodles, grains, wheats, trail mix, dog treats, spices and seasonings. TRULY EVERYTHING. You can get just an ounce or you can get 5 lbs. I love that I can refill any containers I already have and be a bit more green and reusable with some of my basics and then some. In addition, their meat is super reasonably priced and they have a great hot food or grab n go food section and bakery. As well as a seasonal or home section! We could easily do all our grocery shopping needs and well worth a trip to check out if you haven't been! The only less than stellar part is their check out. We often use self check out, but do have normal check out lines available. As most grocery stores, there are only a few staff working at a given time, so the lines can get long and you do need to bag yourself, which honestly I prefer. They have a divider between customers, so two can be bagging at any given time and though it is suppose to be more efficient it can cause a back up depending on the situation. Still a great spot for grocery shopping!

Most recently, I paid $600 for prescription Meta glasses and was told they would arrive in two weeks. After waiting the full two weeks, I went in to pick them up--only to be told that LensCrafters made the wrong glasses. There was no apology, no attempt to expedite a correction, and no effort to offer a solution. The response I received was essentially, "It is what it is." That is completely unacceptable for a $600 purchase. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Last April, at a different LensCrafters location, I ordered contact lenses and was told my trial lenses would arrive in two weeks. It took three months just to receive the trial pair. Once again, there was no apology and no attempt to make things right. I understand that customer service in the U.S. has declined over the past decade--but the drop at LensCrafters seems far steeper and faster, to the point where customer service feels almost nonexistent. Repeated failures, long delays, errors, and a complete lack of accountability have made it impossible for me to trust this company. At this point, I am strongly considering canceling my order altogether. I would not recommend LensCrafters to anyone--certainly not to friends, family, or anyone expecting basic professionalism. Maybe management will read this and take corrective action... but I'm not counting on it.
