CVS locations are usually the same to me. Some are cleaner and better organized than others and some are just plain blahhh, lol. This location in Chandler is a nice one. I come once in a while to use the digital coupons that save some serious moola. I usually get mouthwash, toothpaste and other toiletries. Some locations have self-service check out but I can't remember if this one does. The service is friendly and there's no shortage of parking outside. UPDATE: After being told by Alex yesterday my prescriptions COULD NOT be filled until 30 days had passed from last time I picked up (which would not be until 9/13), I received the attached notification today 9/9. Alex, the pharmacy staff member, was indeed incorrect. This is not the first, nor second, nor third time this pharmacy staff has been extremely rude and unprofessional. I spoke to a member of the pharmacy today, 9/8/2025 at 4:40PM over the phone regarding two different refills. This individual would go on to tell me they were unable to fill the prescription(s) because 30 days had not elapsed since I picked them up last. I advised this person this has not been the case for at least the last 15 years since I've been taking it, that it was in fact 28 days. She then said in a very condescending manner "I know what I'm doing here and how this works". She then told me if I wanted to pick the prescriptions up prior to 30 days I would have to call back and speak to the pharmacy manager. At the end of the call, I asked for this person's name so I could reference who I spoke with when I talked to the manager. She refused to provide it and hung up. I then made a trip to the pharmacy to see who it was I spoke to. I was met by Rakhi Patel the pharmacist on duty. I was told it was Alex that I had spoken to. It's also not the first time I've interacted with Ms. Rakhi Patel. This pharmacist looks and acts like she's miserable working there. She's never pleasant, extending absolutely no customer service whatsoever. No wonder the staff acts like they do. Feel free to read other reviews left about this pharmacy staff. Went to CVS earlier today for an order and the employees there were such a big help with the items I needed to locate. Monica helped me check the status of a product on her device, and in the backroom. She went above and beyond just to help me with my order, that I was having trouble completing. I usually work 6-7 days a week, so I really appreciate receiving great customer service, whenever I'm working on an order for a customer. Female pharmacist with name starting with R was rude and seemed put out that I had asked for a cash price on a vaccine. As the technician was looking up the price I asked why they were asking for my personal info for a cash price, the pharmacist cut in and said, look we're trying to get you a discount card price if you want to pay full price it's this $ then walked away. Less than one star if possible!! Do NOT order photos here. Order was to be ready yesterday afternoon ... when I came in, they said their machines were down, come back later. 24 hours later ... no phone call from them to say "we can't fulfill your order" - no courtesy transfer to a local CVS (there's another one up the street). Nothing. Awful. The only recourse is to "cancel the order and resubmit it at another store.. A big "we don't care about our customers." read more

I can't believe I've never written a review of this CVS before. I have a lot of prescriptions and have to come often and the pharmacy staff is top notch. They know my birthday and name (some of the staff) and recognize my voice. That's real service. They are always willing to work with me. And earlier on, they would add coupons to my order to help me lower my prescription costs. They have the friendliest staff. And though there are other CVS's I could go to, I don't because the people at this CVS are awesome. They make me feel like a valued customer. I rarely have to go inside the store, but when I do, they are just as friendly and helpful. LOVE this CVS!!! read more

This is solely going off of the pharmacy and it's staff. Never have I ever been to a place that is this consistently rude, unorganized and messing things up. The staff is ALWAYS rude even when it is their mess up. I had told this pharmacy 4 times that they needed to fill my prescription with my new doctor since i no longer use my previous doctor. They told me that since it was the same medication it didnt matter who it was filed through and to "deal with it". I tried to elaborate more why it needed to be the new doctor and they again told me, it's the same thing i don't know why you're upset "deal with it". Come time now I need a refill on this prescription and they tell me that I have no more refills and offer to reach out to my previous doctor... I say no that it needs to be with my current doctor and should've been all along since it would've avoided this refill issue. Now they tell me they don't see anything from this doctor and because it was never filled before it went away. They also had made two accounts of me they said "by accident" and that that could've caused problems as well. The woman on the phone was very rude and continuously yelled at me that "I've told you there's NO refills". I said "I understand that, I need you to ping the correct doctor and ask for it to be represcribed" she then said "oh yeah, whatever i'll do it" and hung up on me. Will no longer be using this pharmacy to say the least. read more

I never thought I'd leave a negative review for a pharmacy but here we are! I had to take my son to the dentist for an emergency on a Sunday (today). So I get here at 9:50. I park in a space to not be "that person" at the window when they open. I pull up to the window at 9:59am. The pharmacist (an older pharmacist woman) opens the window and is acting as if I have wronged her. She asks what she can help me with and I handed the prescription and said I'd like to fill this. She huffed about it but finally got a label and asked what I wanted to do. I said fill it, I'll wait. She says "well it's a 20 minute wait, we JUST opened." ... correct me if I'm wrong here, but aren't you at work? The job you chose? You're a pharmacist, I need a prescription filled. It's an amoxicillin suspension, add water to the stock bottle, shake it and let's go... people forget that their patients just may have medical experience... sorry you had to work today, sorry he needed an antibiotic. I'll take my script elsewhere next time and help out someone else's script count. Also, the techs are great! This reflects solely on the pharmacist! The girls helping were fabulous! read more

I moved to Chandler 3 years ago . I am a 66 year old man that needs to take a few prescriptions. They have always been very nice. I got very sick about 2 months ago and got some questionable health care from a couple of doctors . The pharmacy at 990 East Warner has been a God send. They have been patient , thorough , professional and most importantly compassionate about my health . The human kindness they have treated me with is second to none From the lead pharmacist and everyone that works at this pharmacy during these uncertain times has been unparalleled and I am very grateful . This isn't the first or second but THIRD time I have been to this store between 6-8pm and NO ONE is anywhere around! No employees at all to help you get locked items which is basically everything in the makeup aisle no one to monitor if people are stealing, no one anywhere! I waited 15 mins tonight to get NAIL GLUE! Ridiculous! I pressed the help light twice... waited.. no one, walked completely around the store... no one.. finally saw a shadow in back room and went and knocked on the employee only door... the guy jumped and finally came out.. if you are up to no good this is the store to go too! No one cares so why not? I could've walked out with whatever I wanted to help myself too.. cameras or not.. under $500 no one's gonna care anyway... smdh this is crazy! Absolutely ridiculous to me! I never thought I'd write a review on a drug store, but here we are. I'm not sure I could ever fall madly in retail-love with any drug store, but this store at McQueen and Warner in Gilbert is not too shabby. It's pharmacists are knowledgeable, the staff is usually very friendly, and they have a good selection of off the shelf medicine as well as other assorted goodies and trinkets as well. Add to that their prices are pretty reasonable and the CVS cards lets you get other discounts and coupons...well, it got a positive review out of me anyhow. read more
