I definitely would not recommend this pharmacy. Any business who isn't truly open during their listed hours is beyond unprofessional. Especially in terms of medical care it's unacceptable. I came to pick up a prescription 15 minutes before closing time and the pharmacy was already closed. This pharmacy is the worst. I'll admit I was already a little cranky trying to find a med for my daughter that was out of stock everywhere I tried but I always try to not show that for respect out of others. Anyways, right when I got there I stood at the drop off counter and wasn't even acknowledged for like 3 full minutes. They saw me, they were all in the middle at computers. Then when I was finally a spoken to, they just yelled over to see what I wanted, no one came to the counter, it was just me yelling out my daughters full name and birthdate and the meds I was looking for. They needed to get the prescription from another pharmacy because my dr called it in to my usual spot. The lady said the pharmacist would call and get it before lunch (it was about 1215pm at this point) and it would be ready by 2pm. Fine. I'll come back after 2. I came back about 245, there's finally a nice man willing to come help me. He has no record of anything, goes and asks the pharmacist about my script and she fumbles around and says "oh he JUST sent it over." I rolled my eyes and said ok. 20 more minutes and it'll be done. Fine. What am I going to do, not wait? 20 ish minutes later the nice guy calls me up, rings me up and says have a nice day. No pharmacist to ask questions to, no pharmacist to explain anything. Nothing. She wouldn't leaver her computer. I ended up googling if I could give the medicine prescribed, with a cough medicine as well. So unprofessional. I don't understand why this pharmacy has a skeleton crew at all times. It is a 45 min wait to get your prescription here. It is not worth it. Go elsewhere. These pharmacies make profit off of each individual who get prescriptions here and I tell you it is not worth using this one. We will be transferring our prescriptions elsewhere and I suggest you find a pharmacy that can staff correctly. Maybe CVS can pay more to keep staffing too. The prices in CVS are overpriced and again it reminds me why we avoid these poorly run businesses. Seriously CVS only is operating out of luck that more of us don't go elsewhere. We live 0.5 miles from here and unfortunately, our insurance changed to CVS 2 years ago. What a nightmare it has been. It's hard to believe that any of them have any degrees in pharmaceuticals. 03/29/2023 at 1920 we arrived to pick up meds. Should have been 4. But that's more than I want to get into. So, we were expecting 3 of the 4 to be ready. They were called in around 10 am. We called around 1130 to check the status. They had not started filling them. Said we could expect them to be ready by 1400. They said that 1 of the 3 were to early to fill. We asked if they saw that she had doubled the amount, so we'd be running out sooner. They said it wasn't written that way. So we called the Dr office. They went and rechecked their order. Said it clearly stated 2 pills once daily and even doubled the amount from the normal. We check our insurance app/cvs Caremark and it clearly states it correctly on the computer. We show up, "No. it was never submitted correctly". Someone please shut them down. So we will drive an extra mile from now. Thank God we live in a big enough area that we have lots of options. So our Dr decided to write it for 90 day supply and have it delivered. At least they could read the Rx Coro and dispense appropriately. A few months ago our doctor had changed a medication from regular to ER or XR. When we went to pick it up, it was still the regular medication that they gave us. We told them that it was supposed to have changed to the extended release. They said that that was not stated on the prescription. We called the doctors office. The doctors office checked their records and they had wrote it for extended release. I asked the tech if I could see the hard copy prescription that he received. It clearly stated XR. I pointed it out to him. After some hee-hawing between him and his coworkers, they decided that it had to be written out as extended release for them to be able to fill. read more

CVS at Dobson & Warner NEVER picks up the pharmacy phone. While I understand they're busy giving flu and Covid shots, my provider says they don't answer that line either. So, I guess I'll drive over & wait 30+ minutes in their drive-thru just to order a prescription renewal. Good job CVS- you win the prize for customer service! read more

The worst customer service! If there was a score for incompetence they would have 5 stars. Pharmacy is a joke - Pharmless more like it. This is the worst run CVS. AVOID delays, excuses, and "less than"customer service - visit any other CVS. Note CVS- you're suppose to tend to your customers - there are other options. The staff is great however the drive thru pharmacy window is closed and I'm waiting inline with coughing, hacking sick people. Given that we are trying to come out of a pandemic, I don't understand this - it's probably a staffing shortage of some sort. But obviously it doesn't make sense to put so many people at risk to spread illness to their families at Christmas. Only one person around me isn't coughing. Because I am spending the holidays with my elderly parents and 94-year-old grandfather I would've preferred to go through the drive-thru to minimize my risk. read more

This pharmacy is abysmal. Legit the worst possible pharmacy you could choose to go to, be warned. They get 1 star because yelp won't let you choose none. So this was the only location in the valley that had a medication I needed in stock so my pharmacy sent it there. I called to verify it had been received, but after an hour decided that it would be faster to just drive there. I arrived and stood at the counter for 8 minutes before one of the three people working there acknowledged my existence. My prescription was not ready. In fact, the pharmacist was confused by the dosage and said she wouldn't fill it without speaking to my doctor but couldn't get ahold of him as it's one of those App based services. She demanded to know what the prescription was for, causing me to have to reveal personal medical information publicly to her, her staff, and the line that had formed behind me. She should be ashamed of herself. She still wouldn't fill it so I told her to get good at her job and send it back to my pharmacy and left. I reached out to my doctor to resubmit the prescription with a note explaining the dosage so busybody bitches will just do their jobs instead of of grilling a customer publicly about their private health info. There is apparently a shortage of this medication so my pharmacy had to send it back to this location and their worthless, in desperate need of firing, staff. I went to pick it up and was told that they had sent it to another location approximately 20 minutes away. Why? Because they thought that location had the drug, not theirs. I go to the third location to get the medication and am told they never had the drug and sent it back to the location I just came from. I go home as I am deeply inclined to roll in there start cursing at anyone who looks at me sideways and I am a better person than that. I use the automated system to learn that my medication will be ready at 4:11 pm. I am of course not going to roll over there without confirmation as these people are clearly worth less than minimum wage. I call at precisely 4:15 and wait to speak to a person in the pharmacy to confirm they have done their job. I have now been holding for 40 minutes before disconnecting and calling the front desk to complain. The front desk says the pharmacy is really busy and that he can't help me and transfers me back to the pharmacy. I disconnect and drive to this location where I am told that a fourth location has my medication. This pharmacy tech called to verify for me so I feel relatively sure it will be there when I arrive. I get to the fourth pharmacy location and am told they do not have the medication, never did, and that I have to go back to the Dobson & Chandler location. I tell them I'm going to file a corporate complaint due to their incompetence and leave. I'm on the road for 3 minutes when the pharmacist at the Dobson & Southern location I just left calls and tells me she has it. She does not apologize for the confusion or epically terrible experience I have had and is largely rude as if she's doing me a favor by filling my prescription. I turn around, get my pills - 2 pills by the way. The prescription was for a single dose of two pills. Really, CVS corporate, if you read this, fire every single person associated with this location and the Southern & Dobson location and start fresh. A third grader could do a better job than the half-wits with terrible customer service you have staffed here. read more

The pharmacy here is the absolute worst. Not much for customer service and they take FOREVER to fill prescriptions. My doctor sent over two prescriptions and I knew they would not be ready quickly so I went home and waited two hours before calling. When I called they said they would be ready in 30 minutes. So I waited another 30 minutes drove down there for them to tell me it'll be 30 minutes. WHYYYYYYYY CVS??? WHY?? So I still don't have my prescription and now I'm just suffering. read more

They never answer their phone and it takes forever to get a prescription filled. I know I could change to a different CVS, but I have so many Physicians, I hate to think of changing all my information. The people up front are very nice and usually, most of the pharmacy people are also nice, but once and a while you get someone in the pharmacy who is not so nice. This is the first time this has ever happened to me, the Physicians office said they called the prescription into my regular CVS, but CVS said they never got it, so I am stuck in the middle. read more

I didn't experience the pharmacy, but yesterday, a radiator hose on my car got undone and I got stuck. They didn't have the wrench I needed but an employee went out of his way to get one for me in the back office and got me on my way. So bye bye Walgreens and thank you Mr tall guy with long hair who helped me out ! I will start shopping there. read more

I come here frequently for birthday cards and less frequently for prescriptions. It's close to my house, which is nice and it's also good ingress and egress from Dobson and Chandler. The store itself is like any other CVS; staff greets you when you walk in, they have booze, hygiene and grooming products, snacks, etc. But what I really like is that the pharmacy has a fast turn around. I was in there today and dropped off a script and was told it would be a 15 minutes wait; 7 minutes later they called my name on the intercom saying it was ready. It's nice to not have to drop off and come back and it's even nicer to not have a long wait time. Thanks for the rapid customer service. read more

I would give this CVS -10 stars if I could. I have never encountered a group of more useless, inept human beings that go out of their way to inconvenience you. They purposely don't answer their phone so you have to drive down to their location and wait in line for an hour with 1 other person in line to remind them to refill your prescription. The pharmacy that we're transferring to waited on hold for 50 minutes and never got through to them after the tech at the useless location said he had transferred them and DIDN'T. How this place hasn't been shut down, I will never understand. Worse than the DMV. read more

I wish there were a zero star option. I'm insulin dependent, and every month, it takes them at least two weeks to fill it. I have to call them every time, for a prescription that's on auto fill. They also take a week or more with my other meds. If you need to call them, good luck getting an answer! This is the worst pharmacy! I finally changed to the Walgreens across the street from them. It's amazing how Walgreens can fill prescriptions in a timely fashion! My advice, steer clear of this CVS. read more

The 2 men pharmacists as of recent are ridiculous. One has black curly hair, blue eyes, the other is his manager I suppose. They don't answer the drive through cause "after 3pm, it's too much for one person to handle, we are understaffed", even though it's not only one person. I asked them to please notify my phone when my meds would be ready & I killed 30 mins of time in the store & the rest in the parking lot. The time got closer to closing so I walked in with about 3 mins to spare & they're walking out. I told them I need my antidepressant & that they said they'd notify me which I never got a call or text. The guy with the black hair & blue eyes looked at me with this ridiculous expression & child-like body language & his manager & him just stared at each other & I got told it's too late & that the computers won't log back in since it's past closing anyway. I get really sick without my antidepressant. These guys are absolutely careless & immature. Showed them I never got the text or call & they just went about their day when I had to go back home sick after waiting in the parking lot for an hour & never got a call or text about my meds being ready. read more

Zero stars would be more accurate for this location! I just moved here and have been trying to get my prescriptions transferred and filled for a week! I called and was told none of my prescriptions are ready and they could not fill one of them until the doctor calls in. I first called a while back and listed off the prescriptions that would be transferred and needed to be filled, no mentioning of needing to have the doctor call it in!! Rude Pharmacy Tech and the Pharmacist refused to fill my prescription because this was not my "usual" CVS. Tech was snotty about the fact I was there and their inventory was low. Despite having my medication in stock, they refused to fill it, saying that they would need to order it. I'm not kidding. They had it in stock and REFUSED to fill from stock. But because someone else who may, or may not, regularly filled their Rx there and might show up in the next few days, they wouldn't fill it. Another CVS is "expecting me" they said. Not caring that I was filling because I just got the script on my way out of town and didn't have time to drive 30 minutes back, wait, then leave town. Most unhelpful staff ever encountered. The 180 N Dobson location never picks up the phone and the staff will even ignore you if you go into the store, what stellar customer service! My prescriptions are always filled late when they are always ordered with plenty of time until they are needed. This location is constantly pushing back my order and having my medication out of stock(it's been a week so far this time... still don't have my meds). I have never been more displeased in a service especially one of the healthcare variety. read more

If I could give them a rating with NEGATIVE five stars, I would do that. Strike 1. When you pick up prescriptions, sometimes when the person helping you is at their computer at the middle island, they speak really loudly and ask you for your personal information to verify your identification. You have to damn near yell out your answers, and everyone can hear you. Do they not realize the concept of identity theft? Strike 2. I dropped off my prescription at 11AM. The pharmacist asked me what time I wanted to pick it up. I told her 3PM. I pulled up at the pick up window a little after 3PM. Guess what? It wasn't ready. She said "We got backed up.." She asked me to come back for it in 15 minutes. I guess I should have just told them that I needed them ASAP and that I would wait in the store for my prescription. Strike 3. I brought back a prescription because it wasn't the "cream" that they usually give me. I explained to the pharmacist that this new one is more of a cream and my original medication was more of an ointment. I also explained to him that the new one doesn't work for me because I tried it before and my skin just doesn't respond to it. This guy was less than sympathetic. On top of that, he seemed a little irritated that he may have to special order the item I needed. He just looked at me with that "Are you done?" look.. ----------------------------------------------------------- The people that work in the store part of CVS are nice and helpful. A couple of them are even sweet. Do you ever look at people while they're doing their job and think, "this person shouldn't be in this line of work"? That's what I think of every single person that has ever "helped" me at this CVS Pharmacy. read more

The associates in this pharmacy lack basic human compassion. There is always some kind of issue when picking up meds. One of the male staff members was very rude, argumentative and loud. They NEVER answer the phone, which makes me have to drive over in pain to simply ask if my medication has been sent over and it wasn't. I tried to explain how that could have been solved over the phone instead of making me come in while in pain. That's when he raised his voice towards me & I let him know that was not right to speak to me like that and at that point he walked away from me and wouldn't help me any further. All while the manager was sitting there on the computer smirking about the whole terrible encounter with her associate. I highly advise they all look for different careers/jobs cause this one is clearly to much for them to handle. To be a pharmacist you need to CARE about ALL customers, wether that is in person, the drive through and/or answering the phones which is PART OF THE JOB DESCRIPTION. He could have been understanding and apologetic about all the problems I've been having. Instead he chose to make the situation more worse by not caring or even trying to understand my frustration. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt before switching pharmacies but after the 4th terrible encounter I will happily be taking my business elsewhere. I advise anyone who has constant issues here to do the same cause it will just continue to get more worse! read more

It's a CVS. Convenient to work to get our prescriptions. Also, sometimes they carry the Pepsi Throwback. And when Pepsi is on sale, so is the Throwback! Other than that, a pretty typical drug store. Usual assortment of over-the-counter remedies, first aid supplies, cosmetics, and a few foods. Nothing extraordinary. read more

Horrible, I will never go there ever again. I went on Saturday to fill a prescription, card for expensive med wouldn't go through, but somehow did before. He told me he would call me the next day but when I didn't hear from him, I called Monday. The girl that answered the phone was nice but the pharmacist was horrid. He told me that he has to fill "all the people going away on vacation" before he can take care of mine. Seriously? How dare you treat me like that. I have health insurance and pay for my medicine but because of vacations I have to wait? I am telling everyone about this pharmacy. I quit going to target when CVS took over. read more

Oops! The worst pharmacy service we have ever experienced. We had to transfer our prescriptions from GA and were told to wait for 30 minutes. Understandable. But when we went back to get the order, we were given someone else's medication! Sean was goofy and did not seem to know what he was doing. We will find another pharmacy to fill our needs while visiting. read more

Awe, I hate that out of all of the people that shop at this cvs the only people that reviewed were negative. I have lived in this neighborhood for 3 years and have frequently shopped at this cvs and have had a wonderful experience every time. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. A really sweet woman on the day shift remembers me from when she developed my wedding photos. The man on the night shift is so awesome! Him and I talk about the weather 'back home' in the Midwest every time I'm in the store. I love that they remember me here. I get the warm and fuzzy a every time I shop here. The employees are just good people. read more

We have just recently transferred from a different CVS to this one. These people are great!!! I called in to refill my son's medication and spoke to Jen. Jen told me the medication is no longer covered by the insurance and there is a substitute for it that is covered. Also she told me she will put in a request to the doctor's office for me.
