I just found out what happened to the keystone cops. CVS hired them to work in the Pharmacy (Pecos and McQueen). Monday 8/3/26 I called to confirm that a prescription for a vaccine was ready. I was told yes. Tuesday 8/4/26 I went to get the vaccine and was told it was given to someone else but they would reorder it. Wednesday 8/5/26 I called to confirm that a prescription for a vaccine was ready and I was told yes. It would be available after 2:30 p.m. Thursday 8/6/26 I went to CVS to get the vaccine and was told it was given out to someone else. I don't have time or patience for such buffoonery. Thank God I have time before my trip to get this done. Didn't realize that stocking and keeping vaccines was such rocket science. On top of that, they have Doogie Howser working as a pharmacist. read more

So like what's the purpose song coming he was the only one that actually helped me out. I swear everyone that is there currently absolutely fucking sucks and they're all Fucking kids that don't know how to do their job or you're really fucking awkward when you have something like hsv and you're taking preventative medicine for it. This is a great pharmacy. I get all my medications here. The pharmacy staff are great, they are kind and will answer any questions I have. I have been going here for over 14 years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I have tried one other pharmacy and was so disappointed. Not only did it take longer to get my medication but it took 45 minutes to pick it up. Never again. I am very happy with cvs and will only use this store. read more

Came here in a rush for passport photos because the ones our family had tried to take in-house got denied by the passport office. The manager helped us and he was great. My kids are huge pains and he was so patient with them. We are very grateful. read more

I hope they know their pharmacy tech is telling pregnant women to wean off medication the doctors said not to because she did. And she knows how it feels. Christina answered the phone with an attitude. Before she even got me pulled up. Accused me of taking more than prescribed and I don't even know if I need the medication or not yet. But I'll tell you this. After she made me feel worthless because "I took it and I stopped." Ok cool. If my unborn baby dies because YOU GAVE ILLEGAL MEDICAL ADVICE. It's on you. I never even wanted this stupid medicine in the first place but somehow it's my fault I was born with a pancreas that doesn't work. If there's any complications With my pregnancy after this it's because she weaned off of it so everyone should be able to. read more

The incompetence of the staff at this location is unreal. When they make a mistake and tell you your prescription will be ready in 3 hours to drive back and be told they can't fill it after confirming they could with no respect of a phone call. All while knowing you are driving 30 minutes back to get it, shows more then a lack in their customer service. You are waisting your time and taking a chance of not getting your prescription when using this pharmacy. read more

Pharmacy review: I went in at 7:40 to get a prescription filled, I knew that they closed at 8. The pharmacist behind the counter was complaining she had to do her job of simply grabbing me some nasal spray and eye drops. The whole staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. read more

I am reviewing this CVS on the basis of their stock. Each week I get their sale ad and stop by this location to pick up the sale items I need for the week. They have never been out of stock on anything I have wanted. My regular CVS that is with 1/2 mile from my house does not carry the stock that this one does. The cashiers here have been helpful and answered questions. I use coupons and they have always been accomadating if I had two or more separate transactions I needed to do. I know these stores don't normally carry a lot of stock but it sure is nice to find the things you need without having to go to ten different stores. read more

I have been to several pharmacies and had several really, really bad experiences (I would never recommend going to Walmart pharmacy on Stapley and Baseline, but that's another review to be written...). This is the only pharmacy that has consistently done a really good job and exhibited the kind of competence that you would hope to find in pharmacy staff. These people are putting pills in a bottle for you, so at least being able to read and communicate are usually a good thing. There hasn't been much if any turnover in the core staff (pharmacists and technicians) that I have come into contact with over the past 2-3 years, which says a lot about the place in my opinion. The staff is always very courteous and helpful, and they will usually check to make sure that they have the medication on hand before I leave. I almost exclusively use the drive through, and rarely have to wait more than a minute or so for someone to help me. If the doctor calls in a prescription or if they are short on some of the pills, they will usually call to let me know. They have shared my frustration and tried to help when the health insurance company (deep breaths) give us a hassle about something. It is nice that they don't just dump it all in my lap as some places will do. They are not the closest pharmacy to me (although they are very close) but I keep going to them because of the great service and the consistency. I have not had a messed up prescription yet, and with all of the prescriptions we get, that is a miracle in itself! read more

Is it just me or is every CVS extremely slow in their business? There are never any people behind the registers so every time I'm here I have to find someone to check me out. Then when I finally do get someone, they are beyond slow. It takes forever to get in and out of there! read more

As far as outpatient pharmacies go, I couldn't be happier with this one. The staff has always been friendly, and prompt to fill my prescriptions. Usually not too busy at this location which makes things much better! read more

Our only regret to moving out of this neighborhood is leaving this pharmacy staff behind. They have truly been our "neighborhood pharmacist," who knew us by sight, remembered our more esoteric medications, and always greeted us with smiles! WONDERFUL staff! read more

This location tries to put used/returned beauty products back on their shelves... be warned.

They started out very nice and helpful when I transferred my prescription to them and after a few months that quickly changed. They stopped carrying the usual prescrition and they gave me something different and lead me to believe that my prescription was no longer made. This turend out to be very untrue and I ultimately had to switch to another pharmacy which they did not make an easy process for me. I will not use them again. read more

My boyfriend and I both fill pain medicine here-mine for a hole in my hip and knee surgery- my boyfriend for his stomach cancer and 3 torn legaments as well as 4 surgeries and EVERYTIME the pharmacist gets an attitude and ask "so um why are you having pain medicine filled and why this amount" um first of all none of your business and second of all very very rude. This happens everytime I come here. The cashiers are very nice but pharmacists..not so much read more

Very attentive pharmacy staff! They couldn't be nicer. They are always there to answer any questions. They're pharmacists are great at giving flu shots! I am extremely bummed that as of September CVS will be out of network for my co-workers and myself. Not a fan of any other retail pharmacies. This location has always been great. I LOVE the pharmacy techs at this location! They are always helpful in finding the best price on my prescriptions - I don't have insurance coverage and most prescriptions are expensive. They are also very friendly and much better than Walmart. read more
