The employees are super friendly - literally from the greeter to the custodian to the deli lady, etc. The store is laid out well and always stocked really well. Great selections in every department and often we find stuff at this store that we couldn't at another. My MIL usually calls us and asks to check for something, and we usually find it and pick it up for her. Just this month, they had a ton of Christmas and seasonal items on clearance. It was like 4 or 5 regular aisles and extended out into the garden/outside area. We found several terrific bargains. They have a nice seasonal area - several aisles dedicated to Valentine's Day right now. The groceries are to the left, dog food back of the store and a little to the right, electronics, crafts, auto, and hardware all along the back, paint, toys, clearance, health and beauty, home goods and housewares on the right, then in the center it's mostly clothes and the seasonal. Best endcap items ever all along the front before the registers. Lots of impulse items. Friendly folks to help direct you to an open register or self-help register. They get you in and out quickly and are there to help with any issues. Definitely worth the drive.

I get pricing before the process the prescription so that there are no surprises. They are easy to contact by phone and email. I had get to pricing for either injectable or troche so I emailed the dosage and frequency to the general email listed on their website and in less than 30 minutes I received an email reply from the Owner/Pharmacist with all pricing details and he reaffirmed the dosage/frequency. Once a prescription is ready to ship I receive an email with a link to pay for the prescription and delivery is always included. No extra cost for their delivery. With my most recent prescription, my doctor sent the new prescription to Val Vista and on the same day I received an text to pay online using the texted link and that it was expected to be delivered the next day. Being the skeptical that I can be sometimes I didn't believe that it would be delivered by the next day. Sure enough this morning, at 7:25am, I received another text that my prescription was out for delivery. I have used three other custom pharmacies in the valley and by far this is the best for customer service, pricing and delivery.

When I explained this, while still searching for a solution, I was literally accused of verbal abuse without any basis, then was told "I know you're struggling"" and was then hung up on. No, I am not struggling, but thanks for assuming! After this, I called another local pharmacy and they were out too, BUT a solution was immediately offered to me, actually more than one and now I am all set, no 5+ day wait! They took some extra time checking a few things for a customer in need, the same things that CVS easily could've done! If I treated my customers like this CVS, I would be out of a job in 5 minutes! They did have packing tape but only Sally Hansen nail polish. I seriously only saw one brand of nail polish! Just had the standard electrolyte drinks, not the one I wanted. I would have grabbed some ELF moisturizer too but it was all locked up. ELF!! On the plus side the cashier was so nice. The woman in front of me was using coupons and such and the cashier was just really nice to her and didn't seem annoyed or like she hated people. So that was the nicest part.

Getting jabbed with a needle has never been easier. I enjoy this CVS. It's not the newest or fanciest, although they have recently renovated. It's where I pick up any medication I need for the house and the people at the Pharmacy are nice. Get all your typical CVS items here along with the mile-long receipt. Self-checkout rules the front. I didn't even know that was a thing. There is no excuse. When I got here it was the top of the 3rd inning on the Dbacks game and when I left it was the top of the 6th.
