When we found Chandler Drugs and stopped supporting the BIG box Pharmacy guys with the complex rules that hurt customers more the help them. These guys are back to the basics and easier to deal with. Knowing I am supporting a local company also helps me think my money is going back to the community. We left CVS because of these reasons. -"First come, first served", when pain management medications come in. -"You can not drop these prescriptions off that early. We will not have them till 2 days from now." -After a year using the same doctor suddenly was told, "Your Headache Management Dr can not prescribe these meds to you" The Dr in question have been doing headache management for AZ for over 20 years and still practices today. -Sign posted at all drive through says you can call in and give them a heads up what you need. This has never worked. Go ahead and call a CVS to try it. -"We can not tell you over the phone what we have or what other stores have." In reference to finding pain management medication.

The pharmacist tells me there out of stock until I get my doctor to send a script for the patches. The main pharmacist tells me he will get under scrutiny from the dea unless I get the other things I don't need or don't work for my pain and causes side effects. I can get them and not use them which causes me to pay unnecessary fees the two car accidents that cause my pain made it so I can't work I have no money to pay for medication I don't need just to get my pain medication I was told this is there policy which seems illegal getting forced to pay for meds I don't need so now I have to go 24 hours without meds he wouldn't even give me my muscle relaxers. I'm even afraid to post this I may not get my meds at all

I was so worried about how the compound medications would get made, since it's the weekend and resources are more limited. She called me back and said they got it taken care of Friday night and to come pick it up. I made it there 20 minutes before close. She made sure to explain the medication and answer all my questions. I truly don't remember the last time I felt like a complete stranger cared that much (first visit here). Thank you all.

This pharmacy is fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My vet sent a…read moreprescription there for my cat, Zsa Zsa, who was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I called to confirm they received it, and the woman I spoke with was not only polite but also efficient. She confirmed the prescription had arrived, informed me of the cost, and let me know when it would be ready. True to their word, I received a text notification on the expected date that the prescription was ready. When I went to pick it up, a kind woman at the register assisted me. Since I'd never used the medication in gel form before, I asked for a consultation with the pharmacist. The pharmacist's instructions were clear and thorough, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. This was honestly one of the best pharmacy experiences I've ever had. Plus, it's conveniently located between my home and work, which is a huge bonus!

I walked in and was surprised to see a recognized face of an employee who I knew worked at another establishment I have visited. Glad that he found his happiness! This location is one of the few that sells products that are no longer available at other locations which was why I drove here. If you're looking for a particular product and can't find it. Check here! I love Walgreens although I am not a fan of how they changed their points program. I also noticed that they haven't been having many sales as they used to....sheesh everything is changing drastically! Sad I still recommend shopping for makeup and greeting cards here

The insurance industry sucks and that isn't their fault. But for the love of monkeys! Don't make it worse!! I turned in two refill prescriptions this week. Both were promised in their app for two day fulfillment. Each day, the app reported that they had been delayed. One of the two was insulin. Can't live without it, people! Delay. Delay. I called last night to get the story. One was just being slow. The insulin was out of stock. Of course, nobody ever communicated that little fact. But it will be in tomorrow. You can pick the other one up tonight. I decided to pick both up after work tonight. Guess what. Still no insulin. What about the other one? Instead of filling it, it was CANCELLED!! But we can have it ready for you in twenty minutes. Why was it canceled? Well, after 7 days they are canceled if not picked up. They never filled it for me to pick up! You don't get to cancel MY prescription if YOU never filled it! If I don't pick it up for seven days? That's on me. Cancel it. But YOU don't get to fail and get a reset for free without telling me! It's insulin people. I'll drive to Tucson if I have to. We're on the verge of switching all of our business to CVS. Walgreens, tell me why you deserve to keep my family of four. Clock's tick in'.
