Every time I needed a refill I had to call multiple times to get them to actually fill it. I would call one day, they'd say sure we will get that going. Then nothing for days, and I call again and they would say I hadnt called and so it was not even put in! It was an average of two weeks each time I needed somthing. The last straw was them sending a refrigerated medication that was out so long it was hot to the touch, given this is AZ I can accept that, and they agreed to replace it. But then they claim my second medication was in the same bag which it very much was not, and they refused to address that one. This medication by the way I had been asking for over two weeks. I did a price check on my items with other local compounding pharmacies and Val vista was the most expensive in the area across the board by at least 20%! I have asked my doctor to send presscriptions elsewhere because it was always a struggle and bad experience.

My prescriptions are always ready within 48 hours of contacting them, which I greatly appreciate. I also like the flexibility of having two payment options, including the ability to have my card verified before any purchases are made. My only complaint is the limited business hours. Since they close at 6 p.m., I often find myself rushing from work to get there before closing. However, this is a small inconvenience compared to the excellent service I consistently receive. The staff makes every experience pleasant, and the quality of service is well worth it. I highly recommend this pharmacy!
