I have never talked to anyone who was nice, or seemed to have time to talk with me about my questions. The prescriptions (rx's): I love that they compound. That's great, but hey, let's not pretend to do something they clearly struggle with. So many of my rx's have been wrong, or have wrong information attached to them. When I pay for them online (with their stupid text - I hate that and have told them, but no, who cares what I think or want. They keep sending them instead of calling with a live person. Again, customers are just something they have to deal with, apparently.), my total will say one thing, then I get a text saying I owe more money. This time it was for shipping when the system didn't charge me shipping online. Here's a hint: if the system doesn't know how to charge for an rx, then you either change your system, or have someone call to get payment. And SWEET JESUS...when Synergis calls it's an automated call, and you get a prompt to "press 1 to speak with a staff member." Press 1. "Hello, thanks for calling Synergis. How can I help?" First, based on my experience, there is no help happening. It quickly turns into irritation. Second, why in the world does Synergist send out a robocall and when we get connected, it's like WE called THEM. Again, the system needs to be fixed. In the end, we usually end up picking up our rx's, and usually it's my husband who goes. He has also come home saying they are rude and irritated - so the trend continues even in person. I'm SICK of the issues with payments, the rx themselves, and the rude people. I've asked my provider to send my rx to a different compounding pharmacy. Bye, Synergis!

I also appreciated the fact that they send you a link to pay in lieu of reading my card information out loud. The delivery arrived in under 3 hours. I did have to call back and correct my address since it went to my last residence, but it was my brothers home so it worked out great. When I called back, I talked to a woman who was just as friendly as the last rep. I will consider this service in the future are well. I called at three because I hadn't received a text saying they were filled and she said he doesn't think he has them in stock. I asked wouldn't that have been something good to let me know since I need them today and it's Friday and I need to contact my doctor. She checked with him again and he said he didn't think he had them. I called my doctor so they could transfer this prescription somewhere else, also not knowing if that Pharmacy would have them. I didn't get a call back from the pharmacist and he says he does have them and that he was going to fill them. Shortly there after he calls me back and says that my doctor canceled the prescriptions. I went to the pharmacy where the prescriptions were transferred and they could not build them because it said too soon. I had to call back Safeway Pharmacy repeatedly and finally got through after about eight times and told them. She check with him and he hadn't yet returned them so that the insurance could be billed. I've been with this Pharmacy for years now and this will be the last time they see my face. They are playing with peoples lives and time here and it's gross and disgusting and unacceptable!

Had appointments at 12:30 and 1:00 on this recent Saturday and they were a bit bogged down but not going to ding their star rating for that. We were actually done and out by 1:15 and they took both of us in at the same time. They also honor the appointments because once they were ready, they asked who had appointments and who were walk-ins. With appointments, we were taken in first. Great job everyone!

Also you should know that having a Rx filled here at Costco does NOT require a membership. You can go online and peruse their list of meds and even determine the cost. You will find that Costco can even fill your pets scrip. Word of advice; avoid some of those flea and tick meds cuz many have proven to be a hazard. "The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a warning that medications in the isoxazoline class such as Bravecto, Credelio, Nexgard and Simparica may do more than just combat flea or tick infestations. These medications have the potential of causing seizures, ataxia, muscle tremors, or other neurological problems in your pets. Ataxia is a condition in which your pets can't control their muscle movements and thus may have trouble walking, balancing, or speaking. Of course, you may not necessarily be able to tell if your pet is having difficulty speaking. But the FDA warning means that you should be on the lookout for any struggles that your pet may be having after taking these medications." I went to get a money order to pay rent, considering that's what they have for services. I get coins and bills as tips. I use my own time and buy paper rolls for easier counting due to the fact that covid shut most banks down in the time being. So I had 7 rolls of $10 in quarters and maybe 5 in Dimes and nickels, and maybe 4 rolls of pennies. They literally denied me service and told me they wouldn't take my money. I tried to politely ask if I could talk to a manager and the gal at the desk didn't want to get a manager involved. One thing I want to mention is that I MYSELF worked as a front end manager of Albertsons, same company and I never denied a single customer of wanting to use change - because we have change counters!!:) takes about 3 mins to run change - if needed!! Most of the time you can tell if change is all there. The store manager proceeded to tell us to leave and as we were walking OUT of the store, and we were' tin the store, the manager proceeded to yell at us to get out of here when the security guard was talking and being civil with us! He was asking what was going on and told him what happen and the security guard agreed why they wouldn't take the change and was making us leave! (At this point we were out side and I was in tears because of how embarrassing this situation was.) The grocery manager at this point still proceeded to follow us outside, staring us down. I called to pay for a prescription using a credit card and to have it delivered for a fee from Uber or one of the delivery services. I've done this before. I was told "no" , you have to come into the store. I'm older and don't get around as easily as I used to so I decided to not use them any more. There are too many options to put up with their arrogance. Walgreens has a drive through and they deliver.
