Went yesterday to the MinuteClinic for Covid treatment, because I had tested positive that morning and they were the only location with same day availability. The "Health Hub" area was super clean, and the check in was easy. The NP, Robert Tejeda, was attentive, thorough, and not at all rushed. I usually go to the Stapley and McKellips location, but since the pharmacy there closed much earlier than this location, I asked that he send the script to this location instead. I get out of the office, go and check how long it will take, and they tell me 2-3 MINUTES?!? Wow. That never happens at a pharmacy. I went to grab a water, and before I could make it back they were already announcing that it was ready. I was in and out with my antivirals in less than an hour, with great service across the board. I'm half considering transferring all my prescriptions here, even though it's an additional 10 mile drive. They are way better than my usual location. read more

Constantly gives excuses for why they never fill of have anything. Got a script on 10/19. Was told they were out of stock and the order of meds comes in tomorrow at 12. I come in at 2. Told they are out of stock again and to try again tomorrow (10/21) at noon. I call at noon and speak to Ryan. Ryan says it will absolutely be filled by 2pm. I show up at 5:30 and they say... they are out of stock... I tell the young lady to ask the pharmacist bc we called and confirmed. Then magically they have them now but it wasn't filled and it will be another 15 minutes. It's now 6:30 and still nothing. I'm not sure if it's the pharmacist or what. But don't say it will be ready 100% at 2 and then 6:30pm and still nothing. read more

I was in today 10/16/26 picking up an RX & overheard a female staff whom I believe is the pharmacist talking to other staff members. Staff was asking about a patients state Medicaid AHCCCS plan denying a prescription. Pharmacist said how CVS doesn't allow AHCCCS patients to pay out of pocket for medications because by virtue of having AHCCCS the patient is claiming poverty so paying for it is essentially fraud. What I'm sure they don't understand is not just poor people are on AHCCCS. People with disabilities, chronic mental illness, Autistic children who have DDD & every child adopted through AZ foster care has AHCCCS. For the foster/adopted kids in AZ it is a condition of their adoption. Because the state removes children from birth families for medical neglect they have to provide state insurance until 18. Kids with ASD & people with disabilities & chronic illness qualify because their regular medical expenses are so astronomically high. I can understand if she was repeating a policy held by CVS but the lack of empathy & understanding of American health care & those who fall through the cracks and die because they can't access life saving medication was disgusting. The callousness of claiming a patient is being fraudulent because they are willing to spend their grocery or rent money on a life saving medication is outrageous. This type of perspective & attitude has no place in healthcare. It's pretty sad when a cashier at CVS has more professionalism than the pharmacist. Ultimately these policies written by insurance companies and the greed of our legislators is at the root of this problem, but the attitude CVS passes down to its pharmacists exacerbates an already horrible situation. My wife scheduled an appointment to get my toddler a flu vaccine. When we were called to go into the patient room the provider Tiffany Herriage NP did not interact with our daughter at all. She quickly went to give the vaccine to our daughter without giving us instructions like the other times she got vaccines. She acted like our daughter is an adult and knew what to expect. When the provider went so quickly, without the usual instructions to hold her it caught me off guard. My daughter punched the needle away causing the needle to bend and left a significant scratch on my 2 year old's leg. When she did the vaccine again there was a similar awkward action as my daughter squirmed. To the point, this provider doesn't seem to be skilled with young children. She also lacked compassion for the painful scratch my daughter has. We will never use CVS again as a result. read more

Stay far away from this pharmacy. The team is very unprofessional. Every rx I need to have filled, is challenged by the new pharmacy manager. I had the tech tell me today they needed more information because it had to be run through insurance even though I've paid out of pocket every month. This has happened ever since G.S. became the new pharmacist manager. And don't ask him questions as to why because he will be nothing but condescending. Recommend going anywhere but here! read more

Went in, unscheduled, for a dog bite. The facilities are clean. I was seen quickly. There was no wait. In and out in less than 30 minutes, including a prescription fill. I needed antibiotics and of course they filled it and got me on my way. They left me with further instructions to go to an ER if it did not start looking better soon. read more

Convenient location never really had a bad experience here. Good experience getting a vaccine but I caution you about their candy. I think it's outdated / old or heat damaged I got sick. I believe on some candy bad and it was like $12! crazy I should have returned but just in trash I feel I need to warn people if looks off return. read more

I do not recommend this location due to horrible staff. Pharmacy needs better communication and customer service skills. The said they'd transfer my prescription but failed to give insight in how "backed up" they are. I called to make sure they received my prescription which they confirmed then said it was ready. I waited 15 minutes in line to get told it wasn't ready but it would be in 30 minutes. Once I gave pushback, they said to come around the line again and it would be done (there was 6 people behind me). They proceeded to argue with me for 10 minutes when they could've done it within that timeframe. They were not empathetic or taking accountability for what they did. Steer clear of this CVS!!!! read more

This really should be one star, but there was at least one helpful person in the pharmacy that ended up acknowledging me after waiting 30+min for the pharmacist at the consultation desk. She graciously helped two people in front of me, told me to hold and then went behind a secondary desk in sight of the consultation desk where she continued to avoid eye contact and ignore me. 30+minutes of waiting with no acknowledgment or reassurance she was going to be coming back. After being ignored for so long, one employee happened to walk by, looked at me shocked, looked at the pharmacist, and then asked me "she still hasn't helped you?". He very kindly stepped on and sent me on my way so I didn't have to wait any longer. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Minus the one helpful guy. read more

It's day 2 of trying to get a prescription filled. They accomplished nothing on day one, and I've now been sitting here for 2 hours waiting for a prescription they said would be filled in 20 minutes. Elizabeth Erb NP in the minute clinic is on a super power trip. Unfortunately you do not get to select who you are seeing or know until you arrive. I frequent this CVS as it is close but I will now never return because CVS does not care about the service she is providing. This woman should not be a nurse. Literally enter her name On yelp- or Google and you'll see the reviews of her behaviors yourself. Lots of reviews of similar experiences with her at nextcare urgent care in Gilbert as well. It's sickening to me that she continues to practice medicine and no one's turned her in. Pretty sure this woman has been fired from every nursing job she's had because of her attitude. Do better CVS. i'm only knocking a star because the prices at CVS have gone crazy. But this location has the most fabulous ladies that are more than happy to help you no matter what you've got going on. Living across the street I'm over there quite often, either bleeding or coughing or in need of toilet paper. Ellen and Sheila especially, always greet me with a smile when I walk in the door. Rarely do I leave a review for anything, but Jonothan in the pharmacy who gave my grade school child his shots today was absolutely atrocious. When we asked if he had a squeeze ball for my son to hold he was over the top nasty, telling my son to "deal with it" no less than 5 times and telling him that his whole life was going to be uncomfortable and to get used to it. He also had terrible technique for administering the shots, he made it far more painful than necessary. Take your kids to a doctor's office with a nurse who knows what they are doing and won't treat your child like human trash. I award you no points, and may god have mercy on your soul. Side note: the online system to sign up for vaccines is also pretty terrible. They had the wrong vaccines for the wrong member of the family, but I'm certain I did things right on my end. Not a big deal, just an observation, but the bedside manner over there isn't fit for a pet pig, much less your child. read more

I was the only customer at the register up front waiting for 2 minutes (For photos) as Deon was with another customer. There were no other employees in the store. When she finished with that customer, instead of asking who was next, she decided to check out who she wanted to check out. At this point, there were 3 customers checking out before me. Mind you, I was up front first, waiting for photos. The customers in line acknowledged my presence, even apologized. Not Deon. When I mentioned to the customer that I wanted to look at my photos while I shopped, Deon all of the sudden became aware of what was going on in her store, because she very nastily responded that I had to pay first. She never apologized about not acknowledging my presence when she came to the register. This is unacceptable. Lastly, I was supposed to be given 15 free prints in my order, and she did not honor that. read more

Great location! The staff here is super friendly! They keep this place well stocked and ready to go. I like how they great you when you walk in! This is a relatively newer store. The photo area is very informative and show their willingness to take care of every guest with any issue without hesitation! I really enjoy coming to this CVS! read more

I have been fighting with walmart and my scripts for years because they cost is less ....however the last 5 weeks I went without my blood pressure meds because they could not get their act together ....I transferred everything to CVS and it was ready withing hours ....thank you GREAT JOB !!!!!!!!! read more

Every single time I come in to pick prescriptions (which is 2-4 x a month) the computers aren't working and I have to stand in line for 15 minutes or more. Time to switch pharmacy!! read more

The worst pharmacy ever! People will lie on the time frame medicine will be ready. Then when you question them about it they claim they are short handed. It shouldn't take days to transfer a new prescription. This should be treated just like any other prescription. You're giving them more business, they should be happy to help. I won't EVER go back!! read more
