It's perfect for those days when getting out of the car feels like climbing Everest. The wait times can be lenghty, but there is the option to park and jump inside if the last resort is needed. The pharmacists are friendly and still manage to answer all your questions through a window, which feels a bit like talking to a medication guru at a drive-thru confessional. Overall, it's a speedy, safe, and a way to handle your pharmacy needs without ever leaving your car. P.S. Greenfield road is currently under major construction, but they are still open.

If you call at any other time especially during the daytime you are looking at the least an hour wait to get through to talk to anyone. I kid you not. If you go to pick something up at any time other than the middle of the night you are looking at long lines of tired and frustrated people ahead of you and long wait times. I don't know how any place can be so incompetent other than they have a huge workload and only limited staff to take care of it. I have also had the experience of being told via text that my medication was ready to pick up only to go there and find they did not even have it, and had no idea what happened to it. This has happened more than once. Another time they refused to fill a medicati on without speaking to my Dr first. I was told if a call was from a Drs office it would go directly to the pharmacist's personal line so there would be no wait time. Lie. My Dr tried to call them however after waiting for 15 minutes with no one picking up he had to go. The pharmacy refused to take any responsibility or offer any solutions and continued to refused to fill the prescription even though it was a med I had been taking for years and getting from them and had terrible withdrawal symptoms as seizures and up to death if it was suddenly stopped without tapering off. I advised them of this as I had been out of the med for several days and was experiencing withdrawal symptoms however they still refused to fill it before speaking to my Dr.who tried but was unable to reach them. Totally uncaring, nasty, unhelpful attitudes. Some of the staff are like a joke for instance the night pharmacist Nick who refused to fill that prescription without first talking to my Dr and even though I wasn't asking him to do that at that moment I was asking him to explain why since it was one of my regualar meds I'd been taking for years. I was at the drive through window and there he stood at the window wearing a mask and yelling at me so loudly that the speaker was totally distorted and I could not understand a word he was saying, other than that it was something about refusing to fill my script. When I told him I could not understand a word he was saying he put his hands on his hips and said "I'm not taking the mask off!!!" Lol I wasn't even asking him to take the mask off just telling him I could not understand him with the speaker all distorted. I wish I would have taken a video of him he was a total joke. Like a little boy throwing a temper tantrum not a professional pharmacist. Enough said. Don't go there.

Mary was incredibly sassy and disrespectful, making my elderly grandmother feel like a burden just for asking a simple question. She clearly had no patience and made it obvious she didn't want to help. If you don't like dealing with people, maybe don't work at the photo counter in a pharmacy that's supposed to serve the community? This store should be ashamed to have someone like that representing them. We will 100% be taking our business elsewhere and we'll be letting everyone we know do the same. Do better, Walgreens. They have all the basics. For the first time, other than ordering standard photos I took advantage of some of their other print options and got some signs made on poster boards, as they had some stellar discounts and they would be available same day. I ended up going to pick up the order a day or so after it was "ready" and upon pick up, half my order was missing. Though it wasn't a horrible wait, I did have to wait another 15 minutes for something that was supposed to be ready to go. The cashier was nice enough, but not super helpful overall and they didn't offer any discounts or for the inconvenience. I can't speak on all the other services, but I won't be running back here if I do not have to.

I also found a new Prime drink to try which of course caught my eye near the registers. I loved how big this store is, it was my first time at this location and I wish this quality of Walmart was by my house. To top it off I discovered something stolen out of my front seat. I came in today for an easy tire rotation and because my car had a low oil level, which is an urgent matter. Despite waiting four hours (from 3 PM to 6:55 PM), the tech handed back my keys and told me they did nothing to my vehicle. Not even the oil issue was addressed. If I have any problems with my vehicle due to this negligence, I'll be calling management directly, as this level of service is completely unacceptable. They claim they couldn't rotate my tires because it was missing the lug nut, which is in the trunk which comes standard with all vehicle. They could've also called me when they allegedly checked in the car at 5:21pm. Rather than wait till 6:55 PM to say they couldn't find the part or didn't have it which again was in my trunk with the spare tire. The chaos started as soon as I arrived. When I first walked inside, I was told to wait outside in the tire line. After waiting 45 minutes without assistance, I went back inside to ask for help. The front desk associate yelled at another employee, who finally came over with a bad attitude to check me in. I was then told to move to another waiting area. It felt like no one knew what they were doing, and I was being passed around aimlessly. By the end of the day, I had wasted 4 hours for absolutely nothing to be done. I blame Walmart for not properly training their staff, not having clear processes in place, and failing to provide basic communication. This was an urgent visit, and their lack of care and attention is unacceptable. To top it all off I later discovered an item missing that I KNOW was in the cup holder and disappeared right after that visit. A bunch of thieves, to top it all off! This will be my last visit to Walmart Auto Center. I'll be taking my business to companies like Discount Tire, where customer service, clear communication and professionalism, actually matter.
