This Walgreen's is a bit older and it shows from the parking lot to inside. I have gotten a few things here and there from them over the years, but usually just when I am in a pinch. They have all the basics. For the first time, other than ordering standard photos I took advantage of some of their other print options and got some signs made on poster boards, as they had some stellar discounts and they would be available same day. I ended up going to pick up the order a day or so after it was "ready" and upon pick up, half my order was missing. Though it wasn't a horrible wait, I did have to wait another 15 minutes for something that was supposed to be ready to go. The cashier was nice enough, but not super helpful overall and they didn't offer any discounts or for the inconvenience. Just drive by it don't even step a foot inside! The cashiers are ALWAYS rude especially Joy or Jay (older woman with gray hair) whatever her name is, literally huffing & puffing as soon as I went to pay! If you hate your job find another one! If you have a bad day or don't feel good to come to work stay home! There's no reason an customer should have to put up with rude cashiers, vice versa! read more

Who ever the older lady is with the gray roots and crooked teeth is very rude. This was my first time being there and I was there for maybe 5 minutes. I needed help with eyelashes and I asked her for help finding a product and instead of helping me she looked at me and basically just told me they have what they have she doesn't know what they sell. she was huffing and puffing as i picked out what I wanted and she clearly hates her job. Probably one of the worst Walgreens. Pharmacy is always EXTREMELY slow and at times closed when they are supposed to be open (excluding their lunch). Drive an extra mile and a half and go to the one on Brown. read more

Always quick and always polite. Pharmacy staff more than helpful and makes sure I know what to do with new medications.

This location has the most incompetent clerks. Do you have a coupon, electric coupon that you pull up on your phone nobody there knows how to use it. They say oh it's for online only. You say that's incorrect because right here it states in store or online and nobody knows how to scan the coupon. The other thing is when you want to use your debit card without using the pin nobody knows how to bypass the PIN. Why don't they get people here that actually know what it is that they are doing. read more

I'm here a lot for prescriptions. With 3 little kids, the drive-thru is the best and truly, the only easy option for me. It doesn't seem to matter whether I show up within minutes of a prescription being written by a physician or within hours of it, but of the dozen or so times I've been here, it's only been ready once or twice upon arrival. I am regularly sent away for 15 minutes or a day or two to wait for my prescription because "they just got it" (a lie) or because they're out (their own faulty ordering or a true accident, I don't know). It's incredibly frustrating. I write this as I just sit in the parking lot with a baby and 2 hungry kids waiting on lunch because now - one day and two hours after each of my prescriptions were sent over - are STILL not ready. It's incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. I shouldn't have to baby this pharmacy and call them before I come over - they should be checking their orders and filling them promptly. Other than the blatant lying about how recently prescriptions have arrived, the staff is friendly, which is the only reason they get two stars over one. read more

Never answers their phones, is closed during normal business hours, gave me the wrong prescription once, automated phone refill doesn't work, never has my medications when it is time for refills and I have to wait 3 days to order it or go to another store, the list goes on and on.... They gave me a partial refill so as soon as I get that I'm ditching Walgreens altogether. read more

Plastic face shields are not a replacement for a face mask. But the cashier working upfront had only a plastic shield. I went there for my flu shot and the very rude man who was doing them could not keep his nose in his face mask. The area where the shots are given is very small tight area and I did not feel safe with Mr. Nose. Not going back. Moving my business elsewhere read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Luckily on the 2 surveys I could leave all zeros. This location has made me never want to do business with Walgreens again. They are the poster child location for greed, lies, pass the buck service, so we can get on to our own lives - they just want us to shut up while they work at their own pace when they feel like it but take our money. I had 4 scripts called in by my doctor yesterday. Went to the drive through 30 minutes later and was told one had to be mixed so come back inside in 30 minutes. That was at 6p so I needed to get back in by 6:40 which I did. So I thought I was paying for 4 scripts because the total was 68. 00. When I got home I had 3, they conveniently left off the one they obviously didn't want to mix. They charged me $58 for prescription Flonase which apparently is sold OTC at Walgreens for a fraction of the price and neglected to tell me!!!!!?????? How greed, shady, unethical is that! Makes me disgusted in Walgreens name - they are already absurdly overpriced to begin with. You can get q3 of whatever they sell at Walmart for the price of one at Walgreens to begin with but now this just does it for me. BOYCOTT WALGREENS! And it doesn't end there. I left a message for the pharmacy and of course they didn't call back. So when I got the pharmacist on the line this morning he told me that 4th prescription just came in at 9:05 - LIAR! It was aknowledged last night and I was told to come back for it so I don't know what shady deceiving practices you all agree to use on the public there but don't be so insulting by lying after you all ready did armed robbery on me for Flonase. I recommend nothing about Walgreens to anyone anytime ever. This locations general staff is just as rude except one gal at the end checkout last night. Another lady kept barreling towards me as I was trying to shop and made me get out of her way. I had to say excuse me to her not vice versa. It was clear she didn't want customers. No smiles just angry and mean. Worst location ever, but Walgreens in general is the bottom of the list for a trustworthy brand name business. read more

I stopped in here for a flu shot. It took forever for the technician to get me in the system even though I've been getting prescriptions here for a while now. After he was done he said "the pharmacist will be right with you". I sat and watched the pharmacist socialize and drink his soda for 10 min before he even acknowledged me. I don't mind coming back for my prescriptions but I will not be back for anything else. read more

Local Walgreens in my area. Usually come here for household items when they are on sale. Stopped in today and tried to purchase laundry detergent that was labeled $1.99 for a 50 ounce bottle. Clearly labeled with price stickers with the product name , size and price of $1.99 in 2 areas on the shelf. First cashier tells me the price is wrong. He then goes back to check price. Returns and tells me I can't sell it to you at that price. So I ask another worker who goes and verifies price is labeled $1.99. He asks manager if he can sell detergent at the advertised price. Manager denies ever putting price labels on the shelf. The employees then claim that they didn't price the product for $1.99. They claim that a CUSTOMER must've came in with their own printed labels and placed the pricing labels on the shelf!! Lol! Sounds like a Scooby Doo mystery... read more

I love the pharmacy staff at this location. They've been incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating- I have HIV and not just any pharmacy can properly handle dispensing the medication I require. The Pharmacists have been very helpful in regards to changes with my insurance coverage, as well as providing information regarding the drugs I do take. They've never let me down, and I am 100% satisfied with this location in particular. Also, the new Walgreens app for smart phone is extra super awesome, and makes life SOO easy. Woo. read more

Helpful staff, you walk in and they say "can we help you find anything?" I told them what I needed, and the man told me exactly what isle, what side it was on, and how far down the isle it was!
