I came here to get some re stock some items I needed and to see what Walmart finds were there for me. Everything I came in for was in stock which was great. I also found a new Prime drink to try which of course caught my eye near the registers. I loved how big this store is, it was my first time at this location and I wish this quality of Walmart was by my house. When I got home, I wanted to see who was the manufacturer of these eggs and what I found out is Walmart is in a class action lawsuit claiming these eggs are cage, free, and these chickens are eating organic food and the whole thing is a lie. How dare you Walmart compromise my Health with false advertising, and I will join that lawsuit and start one myself. So sick of the deceit and dishonesty of these big corporations, taking advantage of the people who actually pay the bills.. I will never shop at Walmart again ever you lost all my business. I will also tell every single person about your deceitful practices. Like marking hams or cheese with a price and the weight didn't match up to the price just to name one of the items but there's many dishonest things happening there. My recent experience at Walmart Auto Center was nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. Their lack of organization, unclear processes, lack of professionalism and insufficient staff training made what should have been a straightforward visit an absolute nightmare. To top it off I discovered something stolen out of my front seat. I came in today for an easy tire rotation and because my car had a low oil level, which is an urgent matter. Despite waiting four hours (from 3 PM to 6:55 PM), the tech handed back my keys and told me they did nothing to my vehicle. Not even the oil issue was addressed. If I have any problems with my vehicle due to this negligence, I'll be calling management directly, as this level of service is completely unacceptable. They claim they couldn't rotate my tires because it was missing the lug nut, which is in the trunk which comes standard with all vehicle. They could've also called me when they allegedly checked in the car at 5:21pm. Rather than wait till 6:55 PM to say they couldn't find the part or didn't have it which again was in my trunk with the spare tire. The chaos started as soon as I arrived. When I first walked inside, I was told to wait outside in the tire line. After waiting 45 minutes without assistance, I went back inside to ask for help. The front desk associate yelled at another employee, who finally came over with a bad attitude to check me in. I was then told to move to another waiting area. It felt like no one knew what they were doing, and I was being passed around aimlessly. By the end of the day, I had wasted 4 hours for absolutely nothing to be done. I blame Walmart for not properly training their staff, not having clear processes in place, and failing to provide basic communication. This was an urgent visit, and their lack of care and attention is unacceptable. To top it all off I later discovered an item missing that I KNOW was in the cup holder and disappeared right after that visit. A bunch of thieves, to top it all off! This will be my last visit to Walmart Auto Center. I'll be taking my business to companies like Discount Tire, where customer service, clear communication and professionalism, actually matter. read more

They stole my money! Yes, that's right, Walmart stole my money! You should avoid this Walmart at all costs. The store manager is a crook! On Sun, 10/5 I shopped at the store and purchased $270.05 of groceries through a human cashier. When it came time to pay, I used the Walmart Pay on the Walmart mobile app by scanning the QR code on the payment terminal and paying through the app. My app then showed paid and provided me with both an electronic receipt. However, the cashier told me that her register was still saying that I hadn't paid. I showed her the electronic receipt on the Walmart mobile app but she said that wasn't sufficient since her register was still saying I hadn't paid. I was on a time schedule so I said okay I'll use a credit card and pay again, then I'll call Walmart customer service later and get a refund for the double payment. When I inserted my credit card into the payment terminal she said her screen showed an error because the amount due was $0.00. I asked her to call the store manager so this can be resolved and I can be on my way. She called on her radio and the store manager said to cancel the order and rescan everything. When she tried to cancel the order it wouldn't let her. At this time I said I've got to go and I was leaving but was told I couldn't do that because I hadn't paid for my groceries. I said okay forget it, I'm just going to leave these groceries with you guys because I need to get going. Later that day I contacted Walmart customer service online and told my story and the rep was very apologetic but as of today I still haven't received a refund nor any apology from the store manager. read more

I have a problem with my tire the tire is not too old and has good tread but there is bubble in it and it is making my whole car bounce when I drive. This is not good, and I am not willing to drive it like this, even driving to the auto center was nerve racking. I bring it into this Walmart at 11:15am on Saturday. As soon as I get there, I go inside they say I have to go outside and be checked in. So, I do that. I get into the tire lane and pretty quickly someone comes and checks me in. There was a car being worked on but no one else in line in front of me. The first thing the girl says is "It's going to take a long time to get this done. There are only 3 of us here and we are about to take lunch." I say that is ok because my wife followed me here and I can wait at home for it to be done. I told her I needed four tires installed and picked out the tires. I also explained the problem and said that I did feel the car was safe to drive. I asked about how long she thought the wait would be and she said the shop closed at 4pm but I could pick it up until 7pm. Four and a half hours later at 3:45pm I had not gotten a call, so I called the store and they said it was ready to be picked up. I got there and the first thing the lady said to me was "you are going to be mad". I asked why and she said that the work could not be completed because my SUV had running boards. Keep in mind that all the tires on that car now came from Walmart auto center and that they have never had a problem with the running boards in the past. The bad part is that they waited 4 and a half hours and never even called me to tell me there was a problem. Now everywhere else is closed I had to drive the car back to house. It's very clear that people who work in this shop simply don't care. They don't care about their customers; they don't care about their shop. They have the history of the car on their computers they should have known that this car had been there before. I really think they just did not want to do the work. Their manager was not there and they used any excuse not to do the work. This is why when I first got there they were trying to talk me out of going here. I will call this location on Monday and speak to the manager "Eddie". If I get a chance I will update this post on what he says. read more

I am giving 5 stars based only on my early hours of shopping here. I always shop at this location between 7am to 8am to avoid crowds. In my opinion, best time to be here. That doesn't mean I cannot find what's on my list. I get fresh donuts as well. Customer service on the floor is not loaded with stress and ready to help with any questions. No lines. read more

My EBT balance was not applied correctly to my eligible food items, and I was charged incorrectly on my debit card. When I asked about it, I was told "weird" with no explanation or help. Pretty good overall. Clean, employees are usually nice/friendly. My issues have always come during the holiday season. Walmart DOES NOT let you know time and date in which you need to pick up an order by. They don't even tell you how many days or hours you have to pick up, they just cancel on you! My first time here. I get out of my car in the morning, I get approached by some young woman in the parking lot. She says to me: "sir, I need money for food and diapers." Right after I exit the store I see yet another woman, with a stroller, in the parking lot. She says something in Spanish, and she is holding up a big sign written in English. We were able to find everything quick and easy and were in and out faster than we normally would be, as we picked a good time of day to go and it wasn't as busy. I do know this store has different hours due to the COVID, epidemic and that is not unusual, as most stores are operating at different times than they usually would be. read more

i was very disappointed with my last visit to Walmart in the Mesa area. it was bad enough when they only have 2 lanes open with cashiers, but I adjusted to scanning and bagging my own purchases and I'm ok with that. So now they have changed most of their self check out lanes to 15 item or less, what sense does that make so now I have to go wait in line when the 15 and other lanes are open. it's like Walmart now only wants to take care of small orders and could care less about everyone else. went to Walmart since I had my car to get my oil changes. I went to Stapley Walmart the 2nd time and they said I needed an oil drain plug and to bring it back when I come get my next one which I did and I gave it to the mechanic. he never put it on or said he couldn't and never gave it back he said nothing. I had ordered some new tires to be shipped to this location. It took over 2 weeks to show up and I kept getting the run around from 1800walmart. Finally Amanda in the auto care department helped me and found my tire that was delayed. She was extremely helpful and friendly! Also Val in the auto care dept was just as awesome! I would definitely give them a raise and if you need help with your orders or anything in general those are the two ladies I'd recommend. read more

I think thats a little weird cause the previous Walmart I went to had their services department open at 6am when the store opened. I look online, I look on their website, I look around the service area trying to find any notation they do not open until 7am. I found nothing. informed associate it does not say anything anywhere about not opening until 7am. she had no response but that she would be back. seems this is a preference rather than an actual regulation. another customer comes in behind me, also confused as to the 7am opening. It's been three weeks since and just found out it got lost in the mail. They have almost anything you could want. Unfortunately most of the things now are made in China and the quality is not there. Just check the labels if that's something you care about. They still have items made in the USA and I do my best to support our industry whenever I can. Of course it is still convenient to go to one store but I really try to look my stuff over before buying it.This last visit was a very large purchase and the checker was so nice and patient. Even behind our masks I could tell she was making the best of our situation and we joked a little as she fill our second basket. I wish I could say the same for all the staff, it's hit and miss.
