    What amazing membership they have you can buy in bulk. If you have a big family. The price is here phenomenal it's got cheap hot food. You could buy on your way out. One stop shop for pretty much a little bit of everything. Love my membership

    I want to begin by saying that the store itself is consistently clean and well-maintained, and the employees I have interacted with are always polite and professional. I truly appreciate the effort of the staff. That being said, my reason for giving 3 stars comes down to two areas of concern: 1. Food Court Staffing: The food court is consistently very understaffed. From what I've observed, the workload and stress placed on the employees seem unsustainable, which likely contributes to the high turnover rate in this department. This environment not only makes it difficult for staff to succeed but also creates a frustrating experience for customers who often face long waits. Employees are left to handle demanding tasks while dealing with a wide range of customer personalities, some of which are unfortunately rude or disrespectful. These workers deserve more support, whether through additional staffing, better scheduling, or other resources to help alleviate the pressure. 2. Gas Station Traffic Flow: The current traffic flow at the gas station is very problematic. Allowing cars to enter from every direction creates unnecessary congestion, confusion, and even blocked traffic. A more structured system that directs all vehicles to enter the same way would improve safety, efficiency, and the overall customer experience. I've attached photos to illustrate the traffic issue more clearly. I share this feedback in hopes that corporate management will review these concerns and consider improvements. This location has so much potential, and with a few key changes, the customer and employee experience could be greatly enhanced.

    We ordered cupcakes for our daughter's 4th birthday. Online, the two colors we chose looked like different shades of pink--perfect for her Princess Peach-themed party. But when I picked them up, one of the shades was clearly orange... how could I bring orange cupcakes to a pink princess party?? Casey, who was working in the bakery, asked to see my order and immediately agreed that the colors on the app looked pink. Even though all the cake decorators had already left for the night, he went above and beyond to fix the issue. He personally decorated a new set of cupcakes in light and bright pink to save the day. Casey was a lifesaver! Sam's Club: please review the "coral" color listed in the app. Either update the image to reflect the orange frosting, or adjust the frosting color to match the pink shown online.

    I come here for groceries twice a month but more for the gas. Today 4/29/23 the gas was at $4.45 that's .55 cents less than the competition

We used to have this one pharmacist for years who got to know us pretty well (...by drug store standards. I mean, she knew who we were by the number of ear infections, pink eyes, and colds my kids would get year-round). It was a cool relationship. Anyway, something happened to her but I don't know what it is was. Sad, she's not there anymore (Hold on I need a moment...ok I'm fine now.). The new pharmacists rotate quite a bit so my visits aren't personal anymore. The photo guy with the dreads is way cool! LOVE him! In fact, all the staff there have been friendly every visit. The store is always clean and typically have everything I need in stock. I especially like the discounts I get buying the Walgreen brand. Now, they have a rewards card! Cool! We get points for filling prescriptions too! Nice... I just started the program so don't know the benefits and value just yet. I'll post tips about that in the future. Bottom line: clean, friendly, affordable, and convenient.

And the frustration continues. I will say there is one person who has always been kind and tries to get things resolved and I appreciate that. So, I have started a slow switch to CVS. Back story: I have been looking for high calorie protein drink options for my dad to try out as he's getting older and has lost some muscle mass. I saw that CVS carries these single Boost drinks which is awesome- that way he can try them before I buy in bulk. I looked online and this was the only store that carried them. I walked into the store yesterday and the app told me they were under the "health and wellness" section. I found Glucerna drinks in the medical section and Boost/Ensure with the protein drinks, but I wasn't finding these specific ones. There were two associates talking and I walked up to them and said, "Sorry to interrupt, I'm looking for a specific product" and showed them the product on my phone. One of them said, "Oh yeah, that's in the cancer section" and showed me where they were located and then went back to talking to the other associate. I picked up a handful of flavors and checked out (the cashier Dominic was really sweet). Here's the thing: I'm not someone who is easily offended at all, but really? She could have just as easily referred to it as the "medical needs" section or something to that effect. I didn't realize that CVS has a "cancer section". That comment has still stuck with me and I feel like it came off as insensitive.

    I'm going to do my best to make a long story short so bear with me. My dog requires daily…read moremedication I usually take his prescription to CVS with no issues, I was told they didn't have any in stock there or anywhere else, ok I'll try Walgreens. I drop the prescription off at Walgreens on Monday, here we are Thursday and I have called every day only to get the run around, on minute they are telling me it will be ready in 30 mins, then when I called an hour later they tell me oh no you talked to the call center they don't know anything let me look into this, she proceeds to tell me she doesn't have my dogs prescription on file and has no record of all my calls. Whatever I can get past that, so I just want to move forward, they tell me they only have half the prescription, that's fine I'll take it. I finally get the text I have been waiting for my prescription is ready! Woohoo off to the pharmacy I go. I get there only to be met with a bill for $115 for half a prescription, with CVS I get a full prescription for $37, you do the math, that's a pretty big difference pay more money for half the prescription!!!! What the heck. So I ask what is going on? The lady tells me there is a national shortage of the dose my dogs needs. I can get it in a different dose, but the vet needs to call it in, vet office is closed today. I sure wish someone would've communicated this sooner so this was all resolved a week ago!! I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated with the customer service I received from this Walgreens.

Even when my prescription wasnt ready, sometimes they expedited it just because I'm there. Once I was not having a good day and the lady at the front said some kind words to me of encouragement, even though she not to say anything. I have a heart condition, bone conditions and breathing conditions. Traveling is hard for me so on the days i do feel good ill go pickup my medicine and most of the tine i cant move so ill get them delivered. I also have a assistance Animal and the cashiers supervisor was so grossly rude and assumptions run wild here, accusing instead of kindly asking. Ive worked 35 yrs in customer service and support and this Walgreens's needs to properly train all its employees on discrimination and social prejudice against people with physical or mental disabilities. This location has caused me to go without my heart medication for days. i've explained to them this issue, and they do not care. Even on days that I feel better and can move about, I will never step foot in this Walgreens again.
