Disappointed with Quality - Missing Parts on Rotisserie Chicken I purchased a rotisserie chicken from Target for $5.99 plus tax, and I'm seriously disappointed. The chicken was missing both wings, both legs, and patches of skin like someone already had a snack before I bought it. That's unacceptable for a full-priced item. To make things worse, the rest were like that too, and it was packaged that felt like it could melt or burn through. That's not just poor quality it's a safety concern. At Walmart, the chicken is not only cheaper, but it's whole, well-seasoned, and packaged safely. Target can do better. Suggestions: * Ensure every chicken is whole and untouched * Use heat-safe packaging to prevent melting or burns * Do quality checks before putting items on the shelf This felt like I paid full price for half the product and a safety risk. I'd appreciate a refund or a replacement that actually meets basic expectations. read more

This Target is out by Mesa Gateway Airport. We were out there for a soccer tournament at the new Legacy Sports USA giant complex. I believe this Target is one of the few Targets in Phoenix that have a bakery (see photo). We like some of the things from the bakery especially the miniscones. They have great facial skin products. The have and body lotions are not bad either. While they may not smell as pretty as at other hand and body lotion places I could do without the extra perfume. To much perfume makes me sick. I am happy with these milder smelling lotions. At the time of you bought three you could get a five dollar gift card. I have trouble with using gift cards without losing them. Also sometimes the store goes out of business before I use the gift card. There are so many products that I can't really pick. The aisles tend to be crowded with tons of people. I have to work around others often. Sometimes there are babies in baskets or little kids with their parents. The checkout lines have been long too. This is likely due to the recent holiday season. I like that they have good parking although that is crowded at times too. read more

This is the second time in a row where the AT&T people have harassed us for something"real quick" we politely stated we were not interested and they continued to follow us to the next section still trying to pitch us to switch plans. We get to the next section of the store and another agent from AT&T is there lurking. I'm sure if we went to the bathroom they would be there still lurking trying to get us to switch carriers. This is a nice Target. It's typical of what you would expect from a Target. It's a clean store with a good variety of merchandise. It's well stocked and well maintained. The employees that we have encountered have been friendly although admittedly we typically use self checkout so employee interaction is minimal. read more

Love these ginormous Super Targets. Appreciate their pricing and trust the G&G (house brand) quality. Chanced upon this amazing frozen dessert. Eat it FROZEN, texture is fabulous, i wouldn't bother defrosting it. Got it as a last minute quickie birthday cake; now everyone wants this for their birthday !! Not too sweet, or maybe the frozen texture masks it; nice robust coffee flavor. This small box is just right for 4 servings (not too big, not minuscule, just enough sweetness and naughtiness without blowing anyone's diet. It's perfect !!) $7 a box. read more

This is my preferred Target, which doesn't really say much because I'm mostly an online shopper but if I have to go to a physical location this is the one I go to. Today I needed boxes to store my sunglasses we asked an employee because the website said they had some in clear but they weren't on the floor. He very nicely scanned, asked me how many I needed and then went and got them, no fuss but we're generally pretty polite and realize we're speaking to another human being, it makes a difference. Clear on the other side of the store I asked another employee where goat cheese was and they politely told me and I went on my way. My experience was pretty good, I would definitely recommend. read more

The AT&T kiosk inside the Red Mountain store mislead me and gave me false information. Target couldn't do anything and AT&T couldn't do anything because those kiosks are managed by a third party. I am disappointed in Target for allowing companies inside their store that are not vetted and mislead customers. Sadly Target lost me as a customer. read more

I have enjoyed coming and seeing this husband and wife duo for years and even started taking my own daughter. After speaking with Mike or Michael on the phone today I no longer feel comfortable coming back. He became hostile when I asked that he call my insurance to discuss a discrepancy and he lied and said it was illegal. Not wanting to and saying it was illegal are very different thing. I asked for someone else to speak with and he continued to get aggressive with me on the phone. I'll miss the staff and doctors but this person has anger issues that needs dealt with. read more

After 7 years of shopping at this location, tonight finally made it our last trip. They only have two lanes open or you can use self checkout, which was 10 people deep. So, Target expects you to pay higher prices and check yourself out, after waiting 20+ minutes to do this. Extremely disappointed in their decisions to push customers to use self checkout, which if you're spending $300-$400 per trip you are buying a lot of items!! This review is for the Store itself. I did not use the Pharmacy. This was my first time ever visiting this location of Target. Large parking lot. With lots of room Even though it was very busy ,right before Christmas. There's a big sign outside that said ,we're hiring starting at $12 an hour. If you're looking for a job there it is ! I have never worked at Target but, it seems like a fun and decent place to work. The store is really large. Even though it was just a few days before Christmas everything was very well organized. The store was nicely decorated and very clean as well. My checkout experience was quick and friendly. I stopped by the mini café in the front of the store. Where they also have a Starbucks next to it . If you use your red card you even get a 5% discount here at the café. I always love that they have a little basket with tangerines and bananas in it for children. Children under 12. All complementary however ,this day they only have tangerines left. How can you complain it's complementary! I'm looking forward to checking out this target again after all the holiday rush is over just to have a good look around . read more

Employees here are nice and the store is really clean. The main problem that I have with this location is that 90% of the time the item(s) you are shopping for is out of stock. This even happens if you check the app first. For example, today I wanted to pick up 2 chairs. The app says there are 6 in stock ,but the aisle is empty when I arrived. Understandable if this occurred maybe once or twice, but this has happened at least 6+ times. read more

I love target! When I came in two days ago to pick up a couple of things for dinner, when I was checking out the clerk gave me a gift bag from the day before that had a whole bunch of samples in it from body wash, to coffee, to cleaning supplies! I just moved near to this location and they keep their store very clean and organized, and also very well stocked! They do have a lot of options in their bakery department and their bread is amazing! The only down fall about this target is that their check out lines are pretty slow. Their clerks are very friendly but they can make the process a little bit quicker. The plus side about their employees is that they are very helpful while walking around the store asking if you need help finding something and they are more than happy to show you where the item is located! read more

As with any trip to Target, I go in for a single item and I leave with a cart full. There is a sign that says mask required but hardly anyone wore them including g staff. After having to get rid of all of our essential items due to us moving from the northwest, my wife and I were looking for our food prepping materials and we needed a mini food processor just to hold us over, all of the shelves in the kitchen appliance department was close to being empty, especially the bargain priced items... pandemic go figure anyways I was thinking maybe the could have had one in the back somewhere (I read bad reviews about this location not wanting to retrieve items from the back)(people don't seem to take the time to write good reviews anymore) so I thought I would give it a try and ask. I searched around and found a worker and asked if he had what I was looking for in the back, he used his scanner and said there had been two that just came in, he left to the back (my fingers crossed that he actually went back there lol) and 10mins or so he actually came back with why I was looking for! Did a pick up order yesterday and initially everything went well. App said my order would be ready in 2 hours (perfect) it was actually ready within an hour. And all my items were in stock. Go pick it up and my items were place in the back of my vehicle. Get home 15min later and un load and half my order is missing about $50 worth. Call and they have no records of my order. ( Which I am shocked) they suggested I come in to resolve the issue. What's the point of drive up if I have to go in store? They wanted me to wait while they re shopped my order!! Worst experience ever. I just had to cancel what was missing and I just won't shops this disorganized target again. read more

I used to enjoy shopping here as it's so close to home and it has a good selection of things I regularly need. It's getting tougher to keep coming here, though, because they are relying so heavily on the self-checkout stations now. Whenever possible I choose to not use those, as I like to see people actually running the cash registers rather than being replaced by automation. When I was just here today, out of 26 potential checkout lanes (not counting self-checkout), only one was staffed with a real person. That just seems a disservice to customers as well as employees. read more

Don't go to this location unless you want to be treated like garbage. The woman at customer service will refuse to answer your questions, and even if you spend half your paycheck - and do most of your grocery shopping - at Target, she will refuse to explain anything if you are trying to return an item and ask for clarification. Have never had an issue at the other Targets in the area. They are always so helpful. Take my advice; don't waste your time, and just go to another location. read more

This store is clean and the employees are helpful. I usually come here to buy electronics, toys, or occasionally food. Never had an issue. The shopping carts even have wheels that work and are not clogged with hair! You get 5 starts for the nice staff, and lack of clogged hair in the shopping cart wheels.
