    Chalk this up to the 'there are other things I would rather be doing' category of shopping for me. I am not a huge fan of shopping, and especially things I have to assemble myself (I am talking to you IKEA) but much like that store they have some unbelievable deals going on here. So I always bring my truck, my wife and a fistful of cash if she wants to "go looking". I swear you could furnish your entire house at this place. Today we went for on sale Christmas decorations. Everything was 50% off and so we came home loaded for bear.

    This is my first visit to this location. I usually go to the at home in Scottsdale. Before Christmas it's always decorated incredibly beautiful. Well, actually before any holiday they always have scores of decorations. They are open seven days a week. And they are one of the few stores that have Halloween decorations left. However, the supplies are almost down to Nothing now, for all the Decor. The shelves are empty and there's very little Christmas ,although they have signs (coming soon ) everywhere . The worst thing is some of the products are so cheaply made . They have the metal signs For Halloween, for instance. They are so flimsily made they would break in the wind. They're almost like soft plastic and they want $20 for one sign. What is a consistent theme throughout the store ,very poorly made products for a high price . On the bright side, check out was easy ,the people that work there are pleasant, and there's lots of parking in the lot.

    I love coming into this store it's a one stop shop that has all your house needs from kitchen stuff to outside decor and it's really inexpensive.

    There is never any employee around to ask for help and the line to check out is ridiculously long and they don't have enough clerks.

    We ordered a coffee table from them that had to be special ordered. We've had it less than two…read moremonths and noticed that the molding on the side of it was peeling away, so we attempted to file a warranty claim. First of all, you can only make claims via a web form, which we did, and included a picture of the issue. They stated they take up to 48 hours to reply, and they pretty much did that to the minute. They basically accused us of physically damaging it, mind you that was off a single picture we sent, and then informed us we would have to pay for the repair. Didn't offer to send anybody to check it out, or even offered to allow us to take her to the store for an assessment, they basically just tried to put the blame on us, when we did nothing to cause the damage. I've used other stores such as Bob's discount furniture, and when we had a warranty issue, they sent someone to our house, to not only verify the issue, but also make the repair. I could've purchased this table elsewhere, and based on this, I will in the future because they refused to stand behind the products they sell.

Dont act like you're some helpful company if you aren't going to help, its outrageous how friendly you guys act to make the customer seem like the bad guy. You sell furniture and once its sold you don't care, and your other reviews reflect that.

Chad had the best one I could find -the FlexSteel ZeCliner with heat and massage. He beat the local Sedona price by $300 and he and Brett (or Bruce) drove the chair 2 hours to get it to us asap How's that for service? At a time when ppl don't even bother to answer the phone when you call a business (since Covid). Chad and Furniture Plus delivered the BEST possible chair on the market at THE BEST price to someone in need as quick as humanly possible. I found them online and never met them until today. He cheerfully answered all my dozens of text questions before I made the purchase. Sent pictures and videos too. I Love them. My back loves them.     I had recently ordered a Svante media stand and it came damaged - with two big cracks in the bottom…read moreboard. To get the media stand exchanged, I have to first work with their 3rd party vendor and based on the vendor's assessment the next steps will be decided. Basically, they are leaving me (the customer) in limbo. Though I had ordered the media stand from their Mesa store, I had to go all the way up to their warehouse in Phoenix (an hour's drive from my home) to pick up the media stand. They surely know how to make things more difficult for their customers! A 'good' store would make things easier and not difficult for the customer. Also, a month ago, I had ordered a Quintin nightstand online, paid for it and everything. A week later, I get a call from them saying that they are out of the nightstands! Overall, I am really disappointed with their customer service. Damaged furniture out-of-the-box is another big concern. No more shopping at Scandinavian Designs for me!! Future customers: Do check your furniture thoroughly for any damage prior to pick up and/or after delivery!!
