So, for sure, the prices are high. But really, the quality is fabulous, and the customer service is outstanding, so you definitely get what you pay for! We worked with Jon last year to get a chat set with fire table and lounge chairs. Their Bliss cushions make for the MOST COMFORTABLE SEATING I've encountered in patio furniture. I'm always very nervous about buying new seating because my back is really sensitive to needing JUST the right amount of support in JUST the right places, and these cushion deliver! And just as promised, the cushions and table top resist real-world stains and stay looking brand new. We couldn't be happier with our furniture and we will be going back to see Jon for our outdoor dining set and some additional chat seating. Oh! And the 7 day return policy with no questions asked is legit!! We originally ordered a sofa, and it just didn't work in our space. Customer service didn't blink an eye and the sofa was picked up and refunded with no issues. This level of customer service is unheard of! read more

We stopped in after hearing one of their witty commercials. My wife and I wanted 2 chairs for our patio. We were met by the sales person immediately. She helped us search for the chairs that most suited us. After we settled on the ones we wanted she told us about the warrantee and the current sale going on. Even with the sale it was nearly $1300.00 a chair. The furniture here is nice, but out of my price range. read more

It is shocking to me that after spending thousands of dollars on tables, chairs chase lounges I was treated so poorly. Twice now pieces of the coffee table have fell off. You could clearly see that it was not securely glued. The first time the customer service was amazing they immediately replaced the table. 6 months later the same thing happened. I called to talk to them about this issue, sent pictures. The response was we can have someone come out and glue it for $175.00. Are you kidding me? I asked have other people had this problem with this type of table I was told yes. So after paying a lot of money for an item that clearly is defective. I have to pay to have it glued and just live with how it turns out. Very disappointed. read more

Paddy O' Furniture - Patio furniture set from Paddy O Furniture San Tan - Outdoor Furniture Stores Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

Yes they are a bit on the pricey side. We have bought 2 sets. 1 about 4 years ago for our courtyard. The furniture is holding up great. Still looks new. We decided to order more for our backyard remodel. Yes pricey but this stuff will last a really long time including the cushions. This is actually less expensive over time. I never have to buy another set again. The people there are great. The counter stools we ordered are too tall they are going to replace with the shorter ones no problem. I have purchased less expensive sets in the past only to replace them because the sun just destroyed them. These will not fall apart. My suggestion is to pay a little bit more based on my experience. read more

We were out looking for patio furniture and we came across Discount patio. They have a great selection to choose and in all price ranges. We were helped by Ryan, who was exceptional!! My wife had him dragging furniture across the store to match up colors and styles. He was so helpful!! Highly recommend seeing Ryan! read more

The reviews on here are for another furniture store that Paddy O must have bought out. This place is expensive $$$$. A small decorative outdoor pillow was $200! That's insane to me. No one working there noticed us come in and we walked around the whole store. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Troy Henning was there to welcome us into the store and explain the difference in red tags and blue tags. We told him what we were looking for and he helped us find a beautiful set. We wanted less expensive chairs and were trying to decide between 3 colors. We went to shop around and Troy set up different chairs that weren't displayed with the set and set it up with all 3 different color cushions. He sent us pictures so we could really understand what they looked like! We were sold! Troy is the best! read more

We had a great experience today thanks to Keith and Dwayne! Both were friendly, helpful, and efficient. We were a little surprised that some of the cantilever umbrella colors and options we wanted were 20 weeks out, but that isn't their fault! I would definitely shop here again. read more

Great prices, great experience!! We went looking for a new patio table and fell in love with some cushions for our patio chairs. Keith was our salesman and he was very helpful with our purchase. Came back and had Sara while looking for new chairs for our new cushions since the ones we bought were not quite the right size. Sara was very kind and patient while I figured out which chair was just right for me. Again great service!!!! When they came and delivered our table they were very good about keeping me informed on the time frame for the delivery they were very prompt and friendly as well. read more

Ask for Andrea and Duane. They're the best people you can work with when trying to find a solid product, fabulous design and fair price on for furnishing your outdoor patio / dining / pool area. They were very professional and friendly and really extended their patience and knowledge throughout the buying process. Best part was acting as mediators / therapists when my husband I could not agree. Thank you!! Will post pics as we get more settled. read more

Paddy O' Furniture - Chaise lounges, side table and umbrella purchased at Discount Patio. Pillows from Today's Patio. - Outdoor Furniture Stores Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

We recently came in to purchase chaise lounge chairs. We received excellent service and products. EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE in that store is professional, personable and VERY helpful. We really appreciated the variety and quality of products and the prices, but the service was definitely second to none. We will definitely be returning for our patio needs (we'll need some bar chairs in a few months). Managers I want to make sure you know how well the staff at this store performed and they were a big part of the reason we purchased from Discount Patio @ San Tan location. Please feel free to pass this along to your district managers since believe your store deserves some kudos. read more

I purchased a patio set from Discount Patio in Gilbert. I failed to tie down the set to the trailer I rented, and I lost one of the chairs on the 202 during my delivery. I asked the store manager Alfred if I could purchase a new one because of this accident. Alfred went to the GM Tony and told him of my experience. Tony was nice enough and resolved my issue by giving me one free of charge because he felt bad for my experience. They went well beyond expectations in customer service and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks, James C. read more

What a great experience! I had been looking for nice patio furniture on a budget and was getting disappointed until I walked into this store. Shawn greeted me, told me about their products and quickly tuned into me! He led me to the exact set I had in mind and it was exactly in my budget. Between the location, great people and excellent experience I couldn't have asked for more. I just wish I had gone here first, it would have saved me lots of time and frustration. Save yourself all that and get in there! read more

They have great selection, excellent assistance, fabulous sales manager ( Keith) and they keep their promises. Everything arrived on time as scheduled, and when there was a relatively minor flaw in the fabric of one piece, they were here within a few days to replace it effectively. read more

Phenomenal customer service! We bought a dining set last October and a few months later found some cracks on the table top. Called the store who put me contact with Scott from customer service, they sent a replacement top out no questions asked. Fast forward to August, we noticed similar cracks in the top on the new top. When I called Scott again he was more than apologetic and confirmed having an issue with this specific table top manufacturer. Rather than give it another try he suggested we go to the Gilbert store and pick out another top style, again no questions asked. The staff in the store were great too! We picked out the top and it was delivered a few days later. Great service all the way around! read more

I had a problem with picking up two gliders from the Gilbert store. I am happy to report that I got a call from Nancy this morning and the problem is being resolved in a manner that exceeded my expectations. Obviously they take customer service very seriously. Also want to say that Andrea, my sales person, is the best in the business. She is so friendly and professional. I would definitely purchase from Discount Patio in the future. read more

We had incredible service at this patio store selecting our furniture! A year went by and we had a problem with the teak feet on a couple of our chairs crack and break, upon reaching out to the company brand of the furniture, they forwarded my concern to a customer care coordinator by the name of Scott. He quickly replied to my email and supplied the replacement feet free of charge. We will definitely be back to this store next time we need anything at all for our outdoor living space. Great customer service!! read more

After a week of enjoying our new patio furniture we realized that in a certain area, two chairs would work much better than the love seat we originally purchased. Remembering their 21 day return/exchange policy, we contacted Jason at the Gilbert location and told him we wanted to make an exchange... that was at 6:00 PM. The information was noted and passed on for the next day. By 11:00 AM Mitch had not only made the cost adjustment, but had our new chairs ready for pick up that afternoon...NO QUESTIONS OR HASSLE, JUST EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! This quality of service isn't just at the retail level. When we arrived at the warehouse they were aware and waiting for us. They had our chairs selected and ready for loading. These guys are the best. We highly recommend Discount Patio! read more

Quality of product is top-notch and their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident. Highly recommended.

Awesome store! Sarah helped me choose the perfect firetable and chair set. They are stunning! I had a slight issue with one of the cushions and Scott called and is taking care of it right away. You cannot ask for better service. They certainly stand behind what they sell. And their product is first rate. read more

I can highly recommend Discount Patio for quality products, sales staff, and support services. Our salesman, Duane, was a perfect balance of informative and personable. His product knowledge is remarkable and definitely convinced us of the quality workmanship associated with their products. Being new to Arizona, we learned a lot about its unique aspects of outdoor living and the stress of the sun on fabrics and frame materials. When there was a small issue with our order, Scott in customer service was prompt, courteous, and resolved all questions and issues in a timely and professional manner. Have already recommended Discount Patio of Gilbert to several friends. read more

I can't express how amazing my service was this past weekend at Discount Patio! I purchased a set from this location about 2 years ago and totally forgot that my cushions were under warranty.... So, I went in this weekend to purchase new cushions because mine had a defect! I luckily got to meet Mitch the new manager there and he was so personable and told us our current cushions were under warranty! He immediately started working on a exchange for us! Needless to say I have new cushions on the way to my house next week with no out of pocket cost! Thank you Mitch, so glad you are the manager !! You made the experience painless !! read more

Excellent Customer Service!! Scott, the customer service guy, is awesome! We purchased a table which subsequently had problems, but Scott stepped up immediately to offer a replacement table top at no charge, without any questions asked. And he did not try to blame the buyer or make excuses for the issue. Nowadays, it is always "Buyer Beware" as companies want your business but don't want you after the sale if there's a problem. Discount Patio is the rare exception where customer service REALLY DOES matter to them....and customers love it. I cannot thank Scott and the company for having the right values to keep customers coming back for years. read more

Good pricing on very nice furniture. Service was great - thanks Donny, Andrea, Blake, and Mitch. They went out of their way to keep us informed of delivery scheduling and to follow up. We recently purchased two Ultra High Back Swivel Frame Club Chairs with Ottomans from the San Tan Discount Patio store. Our furniture specialist, Ryan, had great suggestions for us regarding style and color. The chairs look great on our patio and are super comfortable, as hoped. This was a big ticket purchase for us, so a lot of apprehension on our part. But Ryan and Discount Patio did not disappoint. They took care of us, every step of the purchase process. Would highly recommend working with them! read more

Buying our furniture at Discount Patio was a great decision. Not only do we love our furniture, but we also really appreciated the excellent service. From the beginning, Mitch was knowledgeable, willing to take the time to answer all of our questions, and always personable. In addition, we appreciated the store policy of being able to return anything we bought within seven days of delivery -- no questions asked. We did return some pieces and made some exchanges, and there was absolutely no issue with any of it. Now, we have want we want and are enjoying all of it. One of our neighbors even said to us, "This furniture is inviting me to sit down." If we are ever in need of any outdoor furniture again, this store will definitely be our first stop. read more

I went there to get some furniture for my patio and was helped by Andrea Lujan. Everything went smoothly and I loved the selections available. I could not be happier with everything and highly recommend this store if you are in the market for patio furniture. They have good quality products at reasonable prices. read more
