I stopped in on Thursday prepared to buy two chaise lounge chairs. They had them displayed in the back of their store. When I walked in I knew exactly what I wanted and asked the price. The young guy couldn't tell me the price so we went outside to look at chairs. He then said they are $600 each. I said I will take one now and get another later. So we go in to write up purchase and then he said price is actually $795 each. At that point I asked why it had just nearly $200 from yard to office. He couldn't explain so I said thanks but no thanks. I instead went to Iron Creations in Phoenix and got the same beautiful lounge chairs at a better price...$999 plus tax for two and outstanding service. I'm so glad I left "Premier" Patio and found Iron Creations. I have 3 stars because I don't want to hurt anyone but they lost business based on poor service. read more

I am sadly disappointed. The "powder coating" on their metal furniture has rusted. It happened 2 years after I purchased my furniture which has a 1 year warranty. Now I know why. Powder coating is described as follows "Powder coating creates a barrier to protect against many different types of corrosion, including rust." The product they sell is falsely advertised or my metal pieces would not have rusted. It was sold to me as something that was durable and would last for many years. It started rusting year 2 and continues to rust now. read more

I have ordered a series of cushions from Premier Patio the last few years to replace some uncomfortable ones. They do such a nice job and I believe they are fairly priced. My set is old but made well so I would rather invest in good cushions vs. buying a whole new set. Staff is also very helpful and friendly. read more

After searching the valley for patio furniture and getting frustrated with overpriced cast aluminum junk I found Premier Patio. From the first look it was evident that pride goes into every piece they build. Their furniture is built using steel and not aluminum. All the welds are smoothed and then a commercial quality powder coat finish gets applied. I also like the fact that all the furniture and cushions are made locally here in the valley. The sales team was very helpful in helping me choose the right pieces for my needs. The most difficult part was choosing the fabric because there are 100's to choose from. The prices are more than fair compared to competitors and the quality exceeds the cost. I was given a delivery date and even in our current and uncertain economy, my furniture was delivered on the day promised. The delivery team was courteous and professional. They set up my furniture and wiped down all the frames before adding cushions. They took their time to provide care instructions and asked if I had any questions. Premier Patio is a great local family owned company that builds beautiful custom patio furniture. Their customer service was 5-star from start to finish. We had them build a custom table and chair set that turned out better than we imagined along with a double chaise lounge, love seat and club chairs. Additionally, we had them build us custom trellises to match the powder coating of the furniture that we wall mounted that really tied the furniture in with the landscape design. They were spot on in their build time and their delivery and set-up was very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will continue to use them for our backyard/patio needs. read more

We also found Premier Patio at the Home & Garden Expo at the Fair Grounds earlier this year. The quality looked great and the price was competitive, lower than others we saw at the show. We went to their store and worked with Ryan.. great young man! Super sharp and knows his product.. very polite, courteous and professional. We ordered the Barcelona in a Sofa and 2 swivel rockers and two side tables.. Our yard was being renovated and we knew the furniture would be ready before our yard and that wasn't a problem.. Premier stored our furniture until we were ready to receive it. No extra charge. Before we even received this order we were back in there ordering a double wide lounger.. then again a couple weeks later we're back in there ordering bar stools.. this place is addictive!! We just received the first two orders yesterday and love everything! Excellent quality. Beautiful addition to our new backyard. Can't wait for the bar stools!
