Our first purchases from them were over ten years ago, and each item has withstood the test of time both in quality and endurance. One of the fantastic things about Potato Barn is that what is available today, may not be there in a month - they rotate and include new things on a regular basis. When we bought our middle eastern style wood entertainment center, we put a deposit on it, arranged for delivery, made the purchase - and to this day, that piece has never been back to the showroom. We found two and then were back and forth on which one. We finally decided. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional. Made me give 5 stars because of him on my review. If he had not found us, my rating would have been 2. The store is very nice and good prices with sales. He also informed us of renting a pick up truck right there so we could bring it home ourselves. The spa came back from their shop on 9/18/25 and immediately leaked 8-10 inches/day. The next day they said they're no longer a Marquis dealer, told us to contact the manufacturer, and refused to engage further. Over 2+ years, the spa was in reliable working condition for only about half the time. With inconsistent communication and repairs that didn't hold, we can't recommend this dealer. We're now pursuing a full warranty remedy with the manufacturer.

The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because it seems like a lot of their larger decorations end up with some kind of damage. If you're buying one of the bigger items, it's worth taking a few minutes to dig through the stock and find the one in the best condition. The furniture that I'm on the hunt for, particularly a couch, has to catch my eye on first site and although, they have some pieces that appear to be great quality and beautiful furniture, the delivery fee is what, is not appealing. There is a delivery fee due to the furniture is shipped from California. If you're on the hunt for furniture, it's worth stopping in here. Although, I am still hunting.
