Seller is not proceeding to an exchange and has stopped communicating. I found a listing on e-bay for a top of the line Aireloom Riviera California King and was asked by the seller Cody to avoid eBay payments to save on the fees. Payments was difficult with Zelle restricting payments limits to his wife Breanne Martin and PayPal flagging the transaction as a potential scam but I went ahead because of the positive reviews and my faith in the common good. The signs were there and I am now paying the price of dealing with an unfortunate situation. Since the mattress was shipping from AZ to CA, I explicitly asked Cody and his wife Breanne Martin to make sure the right mattress was loaded onto the truck to avoid dealing with a return. Guess what.. I received a much lower end mattress in the wrong size! The mattress condition is also not great. At that point it is obvious the intent was never good. I called Cody right away who seemed confused and unclear with what happened and promised to get back to me the next day. He has since stopped corresponding all together. He won't pick up my calls, call or text me back and won't respond to emails either. Save yourself the trouble of having to deal with a credit card dispute and move on to buy your mattress elsewhere.

BUY FROM MATTRESS CENTER!…read more So we just moved to AZ from CA and sold everything we owned before coming out. We had a bit of time before moving into our new place, but Presidents day was upon us and we figured it was a good time to look around and try and get a good deal on a mattress. We checked out 4 different mattress stores before heading back to Mattress Center. They had the best selection, the best overall sales process, and the best prices of the places we had checked out. When I got there I was greeted by Nic who had us use their patented bedMATCH diagnostics system to determine our recommended level of support and which mattress would provide it for us! (I never knew buying a mattress could be so complicated!) Anyway Nic made it super easy and showed us which beds would feel best, and let me tell you their scientists know their stuff because the ones he showed us were perfect. Fast forward a bit and hold onto your seats, folks. It's the pandemic, there's a foam shortage, we're moving into our apartment, and our mattress hasn't even been made yet! Fear not, James hooked us up with an upgraded mattress, an upgraded adjustable frame and a set of sheets since we couldn't get the mattress we ordered on the day we needed. He showed up on our move-in day with Eddie, they set everything up for us and they were in and out in 15 minutes flat. The foam shortage wasn't even close to their fault, but they took care of us and bit the bullet anyways. Seriously go to Mattress Center. Not only was the process super easy to test mattress types, feels, etc. The store was setup to easily jump to what we wanted. The store may look small on the outside, but they have a lot of options! Jason was great with explaining options, why the beds felt different, why we liked what we did, but also helped us get into something that would meet our budget! Stephen, from the Mattress Clearance Store in Gilbert, was an excellent salesperson. He asked me my budget and did not pressure me or make me feel embarrassed for wanting a great bed for a low price. He showed me a bed in the 500s first, and at first I thought that was expensive- until I started trying beds that were cheaper. I did not want anything too springy or soft. He let me try about 10-15 beds. I realized the beds that I had requested, in terms of firmness and material, were around that price range. I ended up leaving with something that was a great fit and not over what I was expecting. He also tied it on my SUV and it did not fall off my car when driving home! The store was organized and Stephen new how to navigate us from the moment I entered the store until he strapped the bed onto my car. Stephen was super polite, engaging, and helpful. I stop here to see what's new on the floor in which, JUSTIN is always welcoming and full of new information. Justin explained that the furniture is delivered from California, therefore there are delivery fees associated, and then he proceeds to go over all of the variety of different colors and fabrics,. Huge plus! Justin deserves a big raise for being AWESOME at his job!!! The furniture that I'm on the hunt for, particularly a couch, has to catch my eye on first site and although, they have some pieces that appear to be great quality and beautiful furniture, the delivery fee is what, is not appealing. There is a delivery fee due to the furniture is shipped from California. If you're on the hunt for furniture, it's worth stopping in here. Although, I am still hunting. We walked into the store, and were warmly greeted and provided with a little background on the family owned and operated business. Our sales rep asked what we were looking for, as well as frequency of use (since it's for the guest room) and firmness desired. He directed us toward three mattress sets with varying firmness and construction materials. My wife and I both liked one right off the bat. After.... oh.... about 3-5 minutes of mattress testing..... we knew that it was the right one for us. The price was in line with our expectations and the delivery fee was also reasonable. The entire transaction was easy and painless, and our sales rep was VERY helpful and considerate of our needs. I was thrilled that he "thinned the field" for us right from the start to make our shopping experience much less time consuming and confusing than I had expected.
