BEWARE - STAY AWAY:…read more I received the wrong mattress: a much lower end model: Amargosa instead of Riviera in the wrong size: King instead of CAKing. Seller is not proceeding to an exchange and has stopped communicating. I found a listing on e-bay for a top of the line Aireloom Riviera California King and was asked by the seller Cody to avoid eBay payments to save on the fees. Payments was difficult with Zelle restricting payments limits to his wife Breanne Martin and PayPal flagging the transaction as a potential scam but I went ahead because of the positive reviews and my faith in the common good. The signs were there and I am now paying the price of dealing with an unfortunate situation. Since the mattress was shipping from AZ to CA, I explicitly asked Cody and his wife Breanne Martin to make sure the right mattress was loaded onto the truck to avoid dealing with a return. Guess what.. I received a much lower end mattress in the wrong size! The mattress condition is also not great. At that point it is obvious the intent was never good. I called Cody right away who seemed confused and unclear with what happened and promised to get back to me the next day. He has since stopped corresponding all together. He won't pick up my calls, call or text me back and won't respond to emails either. Save yourself the trouble of having to deal with a credit card dispute and move on to buy your mattress elsewhere.

We have decided to revisit them during our hunt and really like their offering. They sport three mattresses, which I can really appreciate the simplicity of and not have to worry about getting overwhelmed with endless options. The showroom is beautifully designed and has each one setup They have their OG, Mint and Mint Hybrid (Also order of lowest to most expensive) they are all a variety of memory foam with the last have a hybrid spring/memory foam. In addition to their mattresses they have a variety of sheets from cotton to linen, foam and down alternative pillows, duvets, mattress protectors and pads. The service was great, Tristian helped us out and listed some of the options and various promotions they had going on for the fourth. We haven't pulled the trigger yet but are leaning towards the Mint Hybrid, it was the perfect balance of plush and supportive. They currently offer a 100 day trial period, 10 year limited warranty with feee returns. Overall, we loved our experience and straight forward visit at the store, service was great as well were the options. Will update review if we end up going this direction, on how the mattress holds up!

He showed me a bed in the 500s first, and at first I thought that was expensive- until I started trying beds that were cheaper. I did not want anything too springy or soft. He let me try about 10-15 beds. I realized the beds that I had requested, in terms of firmness and material, were around that price range. I ended up leaving with something that was a great fit and not over what I was expecting. He also tied it on my SUV and it did not fall off my car when driving home! The furniture that I'm on the hunt for, particularly a couch, has to catch my eye on first site and although, they have some pieces that appear to be great quality and beautiful furniture, the delivery fee is what, is not appealing. There is a delivery fee due to the furniture is shipped from California. If you're on the hunt for furniture, it's worth stopping in here. Although, I am still hunting. I ended up purchasing online. We arranged for them to pickup the old when they brought new one and set it up. That's where everything became HORRIBLE. Unfortunately the team didn't speak fluent English. They seemed to be asking about what I wanted to do with old mattress - sell, to the dump, put out in heartache. I told them I didn't care what the did with it, that they needed to take it away. They finally took it but pnot the rails. I contacted the firm online. Went through two chat boots before I connected with a real person. After having confirmed myself so many times but I had to do it again with the agent. I explained the situation. They're was no care. What they said; The delivery teams are very trained, they installed it perfectly and they sent a picture. (didn't ask me to take picture and I didn't see it happen). They don't take the rails (news to me since purchasing chat agent said they would). They would send a note to the delivery manager. THEY BASICALLY DID NOTHING. Nothing satisfactorily happening. They thought Goodwill would pick it up. I told them they don't know the location of the buyer, I asked them where they were - Georgia. Maybe Goodwill will pick up but not in AZ.
