On the market for a new mattress and T&N has been on the list. We checked out their Gilbert…read morelocation many years ago when we were considering a new mattress, but held off. We have decided to revisit them during our hunt and really like their offering. They sport three mattresses, which I can really appreciate the simplicity of and not have to worry about getting overwhelmed with endless options. The showroom is beautifully designed and has each one setup They have their OG, Mint and Mint Hybrid (Also order of lowest to most expensive) they are all a variety of memory foam with the last have a hybrid spring/memory foam. In addition to their mattresses they have a variety of sheets from cotton to linen, foam and down alternative pillows, duvets, mattress protectors and pads. The service was great, Tristian helped us out and listed some of the options and various promotions they had going on for the fourth. We haven't pulled the trigger yet but are leaning towards the Mint Hybrid, it was the perfect balance of plush and supportive. They currently offer a 100 day trial period, 10 year limited warranty with feee returns. Overall, we loved our experience and straight forward visit at the store, service was great as well were the options. Will update review if we end up going this direction, on how the mattress holds up!

Went on the 4th of July weekend, hoping for a deal. We got more than we bargained for! Not only was the process super easy to test mattress types, feels, etc. The store was setup to easily jump to what we wanted. The store may look small on the outside, but they have a lot of options! This was our first, and needed to be our only stop. Jason was great with explaining options, why the beds felt different, why we liked what we did, but also helped us get into something that would meet our budget! Plus he helped us keep our 18 month old entertained so she would not get grumpy! All in all I think we were in and out in less than an hour. Had our bed setup to arrive the next day! Gave us options to help protect and increase our experience with our new bed setup (which is now memory form), and to let us k ow about how the transition from our old bed/night sleep to our new one would go! Sadly I don't think we will be seeing Jason again for awhile, unless we want to pick up we extra pillows, because he got everything taken care of on our first visit. We knew we didn't need to go a there else to shop around! Plus with all the furniture stores and mattress stores going out of business around town, it's great to know we have somewhere to go IF we ever have a problem or question down the road!! Stephen, from the Mattress Clearance Store in Gilbert, was an excellent salesperson. He asked me my budget and did not pressure me or make me feel embarrassed for wanting a great bed for a low price. He showed me a bed in the 500s first, and at first I thought that was expensive- until I started trying beds that were cheaper. I did not want anything too springy or soft. He let me try about 10-15 beds. I realized the beds that I had requested, in terms of firmness and material, were around that price range. I ended up leaving with something that was a great fit and not over what I was expecting. He also tied it on my SUV and it did not fall off my car when driving home! The store was organized and Stephen new how to navigate us from the moment I entered the store until he strapped the bed onto my car. Stephen was super polite, engaging, and helpful. Overall, the experience was great.

When I reached out to the salesperson who handled my order, he was dismissive, made false assumptions about the cause, and refused to escalate the issue to a manager. Before my purchase, he even tried to talk me out of applying for the store's Synchrony financing, telling me I'd "need really good credit." I applied anyway and was approved for $8,000 on the spot -- which says a lot about both my credit and his professionalism. The quality control and customer service here are equally disappointing. I've filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and Synchrony Bank for the defective merchandise and lack of accountability. Future customers: document everything, because you might need it.

Told her we had very small living room. She replied we don't have small sectionals. I did not get her name but was happy we were going to shop on our own without her around us. After about 20-30 min of browsing the living room furniture Eric Mastern asked if he could help us. He immediately showed us where the smaller sectionals are. We found two and then were back and forth on which one. We finally decided. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional. Made me give 5 stars because of him on my review. If he had not found us, my rating would have been 2. The store is very nice and good prices with sales. He also informed us of renting a pick up truck right there so we could bring it home ourselves. That is an excellent feature AFW has. We were packed up and ready in less than 20 min from purchase to their truck and driving it home. Thank you Eric!!!

We ordered a coffee table from them that had to be special ordered. We've had it less than two…read moremonths and noticed that the molding on the side of it was peeling away, so we attempted to file a warranty claim. First of all, you can only make claims via a web form, which we did, and included a picture of the issue. They stated they take up to 48 hours to reply, and they pretty much did that to the minute. They basically accused us of physically damaging it, mind you that was off a single picture we sent, and then informed us we would have to pay for the repair. Didn't offer to send anybody to check it out, or even offered to allow us to take her to the store for an assessment, they basically just tried to put the blame on us, when we did nothing to cause the damage. I've used other stores such as Bob's discount furniture, and when we had a warranty issue, they sent someone to our house, to not only verify the issue, but also make the repair. I could've purchased this table elsewhere, and based on this, I will in the future because they refused to stand behind the products they sell.

This has been a very, very tiring and frustrating experience and not in a good way. Our initial…read moreinteraction was great but from that point on it has gone down hill. We were sold 3 mattress covers and mislead to believe they were required at the time of purchase in order for us to get a warranty on the actual mattresses we purchased with our two bed sets. Come to find out that, that was inaccurate. That evening we spoke with customer service and were informed we can return them and get our full refund. The following morning we returned them and now over a week later we haven't received our refund and all due to the in store manager not completing the return policy as he had promised he did. Finding a resolution to this has taken over a week and multiple calls to customer support. We also could only have one bed sets delivered and installed because one of the beds was delivered broken and required a whole new bed set be delivered and installed several days later. Today the bed set was finally delivered and the white glove installation was not completed as desired and we are being advised that Bob's furniture will lot be coming to remedy the issue they have caused. With all of this in mind, we don't see any reason to be a return customer or refer anyone unless they enjoy using their time to remedy issues caused by Bob's.
