We went to this Tempur-Pedic location over a week ago and I am just getting a chance to write this review. First I appreciate how this location follows all safety guidelines in sanitation. They provide you with throwaway sheets to cover the pillows and bed. Second there were two Sales Associates that greeted you right away, which made you feel welcome. We ended up working with Melanie Cunningham who provided great customer service. Melanie walked us through the Tempur-Pedic products and explain to us what her experience has been with her Tempur-Pedic mattress. It was very helpful. We were able to make a selection on the mattress and it was delivered today. Also, we were able to take advantage of the promotion for the pillows. Melanie definitely pointed us in the right direction for our pillows. She listened to what I needed and what my husband needed and we like our new pillows. I would say if you're in the market for a new mattress and want to try a TempurPedic please visit this location! I definitely enjoyed the experience! read more

The staff at this location was very helpful. What we were looking for was not in their store but they still took the time to show us similar floor models and then showed us online where to go. Super friendly, helpful and the store is extremely clean. If you need to go in and look for a mattress I would go here and see what they have to offer. The product speaks for itself but the customer service is horrible! We were in the store for at least 20 minutes and no one even greeted us. We tried every mattress and will be purchasing a tempur-pedic just not from this store. I get it, some customer service reps were with customers but no even a "hello we will be right with you." I recently went shopping for a new bed. Kaylene at Tempur-Pedic was absolutely wonderful to work with. She took the time to make sure I knew the differences in the products, explained the technology and went above and beyond in providing the best customer service. When the headboard bracket was out of stock, she found one at another store and delivered it to my house after the store closed to make sure I had it for the Saturday morning delivery of my new bed. The store was equipped with masks, gloves, and coverings, beds and pillows were cleaned constantly and social distancing practices were all observed. The staff and service at this Tempur Pedic location is absolutely top notch. We knew we needed a new bed but didn't know what we should be looking for. Both, my wife and I had heard so highly about their mattresses so we went in to explore. Rishi Mohindra was helping us that day. This guy definitely knows what he is doing. Shopping for a bed can be daunting with so many unknowns but we were so thankful for having him walk us through the whole process. The store offered gloves and mask due to the COVID-19 which was great. They even had disposable sheets and pillow covers which shows you that safety and sanitation of customers and employees are a priority for them. When we started to look at the beds, we initially told Rishi our sleeping habits, our needs, what we would like to change, and what we don't want to compromise on. Then he explained us the type of changes we could make to make our sleep better. his knowledge in mattresses and sleep is mind blowing. He wasn't being a sales man at all, he genuinely wanted to help us pick the right mattress. and Thats what I loved! We ended up picking the PRO breeze medium mattress with Ergo extend sleeptracker base. He spent almost 2 hours with us to finish the purchase and we left feeling great. Today, we have had the mattress for 3 days and our sleep has already gotten so much better! I would highly recommend this place, and if you can, ask for Rishi. He is Excellent! Thank you!! read more

Huge props go out to Melanie and Rishe at the Temper-Pedic store in San Tan Center. It was busy when we arrived, but the manager (Melanie) stepped up and helped us find the perfect mattress. These are high end products, and worth every cent, and you are treated with the weight and importance making a mattress desicision deserves. I recently purchased 2 pillows from this store, while the sales staff is wonderful and i wish i could just review them the pillows are terrible i am on day 3 and my neck and shoulders hurt so incredibly bad. Unfortunately for me because these pillows wtw ridiculously expensive temperpedic has a no return policy i find this ridiculous for something so expensive. If youy get the pillow home use it and aren't satisfied for the price you did be able to return it. There is no way to know of youy are going to like something like these pillows unless you take it home and use it. It is a very expensive risk and in my opinion not worth it! read more

Today I picked out the new Tempur-Pedic bed that fits my needs. I now have osteoarthritis in both of my arm muscles as well as my back and legs. I also carry a fibromyalgia diagnosis among other categories such as high blood pressure. When I walked in the front door I was greeted by an excellent representative, Rishi M. He was the perfect match for understanding my needs. He was kind and considerate as he shared his extensive product knowledge. His perceptions of the right sales approach to use with me was exceptional. I did buy as I had intended based on online interactions with him prior to meeting him in person. As he finalized the purchase I experienced complete happiness with my decision to buy this bed. So, from start to finish, this was a magnificent experience. Even the folder of paperwork he helped me load into my car along with my new pillows made sense. Rishi left no information stone unturned or questions in my mind that might have creeped in and caused doubt later. I know what to expect and how to use my new bed plus it's accessories when it arrives at my home. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY STORE. We bought over $11,500 in mattress, foundations, and bedding on 5/24. Julie, the store manager assured us we would be contacted with 2-3 business days to establish a delivery date. We were contacted on June 2 to pick our delivery date of June 11. The delivery company sent us a delivery window of 11-1 on June 11. At 1PM our mattress and foundation had not arrived. We contacted the delivery company to inquire when they would arrive and they said their driver skipped our delivery; they would look into it and call us back immediately. At 2PM, with no call back, we called them again. They were closed. At this point we called the store manager (Julie) to determine what was going on. She stated they never had the mattress and we were never scheduled for a delivery. That is obviously an attempt to cover up their failures with lies as we have notifications from Tempurpedic when our mattress and foundation arrived in their local warehouse and when it departed the warehouse for delivery. They are not only incompetent, they are willing to lie in attempts to mask their incompetence. Julie's response was "I'm sorry, I'll contact the delivery company on Monday." $11,500 purchase; 18 days to receive and deliver; day off work to meet delivery and install; failure to deliver; failure to communicate with the customer; lie to the customer; offer the customer an apology! We cancelled the entire $11,500 order and the $800 in pillows and bedding. DO NOT PUT UP WITH THEIR LIES AND INCOMPETENCE. read more

As soon as we walked in I felt welcomed. Thanks to Rishi I had a great and fantastic experience. I was educated and respected. He always had a big smile on his face and he had the best attitude. He knew exactly what he was talking about and was very professional. I went in there just to buy a pillow and I did, and then after that day, I will soon go back to buy a bed. Rishi was amazing! Went in to get a new Tempur-Pedic bed. He answered every single question we had over three hours, (and if he didn't know the answer, he found it), was very patient, and let us try almost every bed. He knows his product and accessories from top to bottom. He also was very knowledgeable about spinal support, which is critical for me as I have had 3 neck surgeries and have a metal plate in my neck. He knew our needs before we even asked. Besides that, he is a super friendly guy with a great sense of humor. This store came highly recommended, and although we expected some adjustment period from the bed, it was incredible from day one. We will never shop anywhere else (unless he relocates) and never sleep on any other bed except Tempur-Pedic. read more
