On the market for a new mattress and T&N has been on the list. We checked out their Gilbert location many years ago when we were considering a new mattress, but held off. We have decided to revisit them during our hunt and really like their offering. They sport three mattresses, which I can really appreciate the simplicity of and not have to worry about getting overwhelmed with endless options. The showroom is beautifully designed and has each one setup They have their OG, Mint and Mint Hybrid (Also order of lowest to most expensive) they are all a variety of memory foam with the last have a hybrid spring/memory foam. In addition to their mattresses they have a variety of sheets from cotton to linen, foam and down alternative pillows, duvets, mattress protectors and pads. The service was great, Tristian helped us out and listed some of the options and various promotions they had going on for the fourth. We haven't pulled the trigger yet but are leaning towards the Mint Hybrid, it was the perfect balance of plush and supportive. They currently offer a 100 day trial period, 10 year limited warranty with feee returns. Overall, we loved our experience and straight forward visit at the store, service was great as well were the options. The mattress buying experience can be soooo overwhelming. Our family moved into our first home and we have been needing to find a new mattress for ourselves. I tried for days to scroll Amazon and online but it made me more anxious and confused. I found out the Tuft and Needle store was only 25 minutes away from us so off we drove to visit the store on a late Tuesday Arvo. Giuliana welcomed us into the store and gave us a tour. My husband, daughter and I tried all the beds for awhile until the experience was interrupted when my husband received a work call. That left my daughter and I wandering around the store. We checked out the bathrooms and was pleasantly surprised that it was family friendly- change table and diapers at the ready. Big thumbs up from this mama ! Once my husband got off his work call, we were greeted by Noelani. She was confident, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable. We threw some pretty tough questions her way and she answered everything effortlessly. She knew her product and you could tell she was proud of her role within the company. Guliana was wonderful as well but Noelani sealed the purchase for us! We decided to purchase a king size mint mattress with additional mattress protector. When I was about to pay, I remembered to check the Rakuten app. The Rakuten app was offering 7% off additional and who can really say no to that on a big purchase! I asked Guliana and Noelani if there was a way to order online but pick up in store. Both ladies didn't make me feel bad for transferring the purchase to online. Noelani helped sort out of the backend and had the mattress ready for us to take home. She also thoughtfully offered a print out of my receipt instead of just an email from online (super helpful since we are documenting all new home costs). What a great experience. We left the store happy! My 3 year old daughter loved the girls and that always gives me happy vibes. Can't wait to use our new mattress tonight!!! read more

We stopped in here and loved what we saw (other stores were very overwhelming, and lower quality) he answered all of our questions, and made it an overall great buying experience. As you first step foot in the store you are instantly greeted by a representative. They show you the display room and walk you to your next bed. You can lay on the bed for however long you like. The purchasing process was simple and hassle free. Your bed arrives is less than a week! Mine got to me within 2 days! It will instantly rise and you'll be able to sleep on your new bed that night! Now after a few days, I was a little disappointed. The bed was a bit firm. I was considering returning it. Figured I'd try it out for a few more days. About 2 weeks after having my bed I got an email survey. I gave them an 8 out of 10 thinking that was good and stated the bed was a bit firm. They emailed me back thanking me for my business and asked if I wanted to try this mattress topper to make it a little less firm. They went out of their way to email me back because they new I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. This right here is why I'm giving them 5 stars. Stopped in to check out their new mint mattress before committing. My review is really for their sheets! While I was there I picked up some percale bed sheets. $125 for king sheets and 20% off for Labor Day I was happy to purchase 2 sets. I love the breath ability of the sheets with a thread count of 215. They're made of supima cotton. All in all the sheets help you stay cool. We also ordered a new mattress and the staff in store were so knowledgeable about the product and helped us put together an online order to have it shipped to us. Even if we decide we don't like the sleep we get on it once delivered we have 90 days to make up our mind and they donate it to charity! My husband and I are considering swapping out our furniture for their bean bags too. It's a queen size mattress shredded up inside of it and it's comfortable and easy to get out of compared to other bean bags. It's a great place to catch a nap. Their set up in store is pretty straightforward. Try out their mattresses. Check out their different fabrics for sheets, duvet covers and mattress protector. Once you decide you can hop online and place your order or the staff there can plug in your order for you and get you set up to have your order shipped to you after you pay by card on their online ordering system via iPad. They carry sheets in store and beds are shipped. I really can't wait to try out the mint. Our last mattress is a hybrid $3000 mattress that is still very comfortable but we're looking for another to add to a spare room. read more

After doing my homework online, we walked into this location to give the mattresses a whirl. We were met by McKenna who got some background info on us and then explained the showroom and the different set ups. She then quietly left us to do our evaluation on the two mattresses. Having decided we wanted a "Mint" king-size, she got us all setup for a delivery. We both couldn't help but notice how professional and yet personable she was. She made the whole "ugh I don't want to do this" concept of mattress purchasing extremely pleasant. The buying process was quick and easy. Our bed arrived quickly and it was easy to set up. So far it has been comfortable. I'm stuck downstairs on another mattress due to a recent surgery and am missing my new bed. Want to add that I was unable to sleep on my bed for a few weeks and was finally able to sleep on it. I had left hip surgery and am a side sleeper. The bed I was sleeping on was killing my "good" hip and being back on my bed has helped relieve most of that pain! read more

Came to this store last week and the young man that helped me was very informative and helpful. He didn't push anything on me or rush me like other stores tend to do. He gave me a printout with what I was interested in and the price so I could just call in my order and didn't have to drive all the way back. I called today to place the order and it was easy, took less than 5 minutes. They were very helpful and easy to work with. We went to look at beds today and worked with Weston and Lauren. My favorite thing about them was that they introduced us to the beds and then let us look at them without hovering, overwhelming, or badgering us. There was no pressure to buy or listen to any pitch. When we did have questions they answered them easily and in the friendliest ways. Best experience I've ever had doing something on a whim. I decided back during labor day weekend i was finally ready to buy a new mattress and had heard nothing but great things about tuft and needle. Since it's been 10 years since buying a mattress I assumed I could just go buy one because the store is 2 miles away from my house. After getting there we would told because of covid they were doing appointment only. I started to panic because I needed one that day and couldn't wait for online shipping but the employee Grady that was talking to us really came through! I explained how I already knew what I wanted and was ready to buy that day. He let us know that after their 5pm appointment we could swing back and he had a queen mattress by the window that he said could be mine that day. We left to go put the cash into my account (they don't accept cash) and not even 10 minutes later he said we could come back! The whole process didn't even take 10 minutes and we were able to fit the mattress in the backseat of our car! not only was it easier to get up the stairs since it was in a box but getting it set up was super easy. The mattress is like sleeping on a cloud and I don't have back pains anymore. The only thing I would change is spending a little extra money to get the pillow top because that is what I was used to sleeping on. Grady is the MVP at the gilbert location. If you're looking for a mattress, and curious about the T&N mattress, you should just walk in and try it out. While you aren't getting a full night's sleep on it, which you wouldn't get in any mattress store, You'll get a good feel for it. I ended up needing to buy a topper for mine because my back couldn't take it, but the hubs is completely happy. There aren't that many to choose from, only a couple with different thickness of the top layer, but at least you'll be educated before you buy. read more

There are so many mattress stores out there and so much competition but wow we went to this store to just check it out and see and the sales people are so nice and knowledgeable and not at all pushy! Very friendly. Place is clean and relaxing. You have 3 rooms with beds and pillows to try out and you can even relax with an iPad. They are a great price. We shopped around and ended up buying a king mattress with 4 king pillows they were that comfortable. It's a nice trial to. If your not happy with the mattress after the certain amount of days you get a refund only after they find a CHARITY to donate it to. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking. My king mattress and 4 king pillows came and wow I am so happy with the order haven't slept so well in years! I will never go back to a spring mattress. Get experience purchasing my Mint mattress in store. Super quick and simple. I enjoyed that they employees were hands off and not pushy at all. They were there for as little or as much help you needed. My only complaint is that our mattress does slide a lot on the box spring we purchase with them. When I contacted guest service through Facebook the only solution they could give me was that I needed to buy an additional produce on amazon to ensure the bed stays in place. I was upset because for how much I paid I didn't feel like I should have to go out of my way to buy something to better their product. As far as comfort goes though I am soooo happy with our purchase of the Mint mattress, box spring and pillows. read more

Let me applaud the customer service of tuft and needle. We bought the mint mattress in Gilbert and 73 days later, realized that all the money we were spending on chiropractors and massages was due to the mattress being deformed. I called the corporate number and let them know of the issue and was sent an email to take some pictures of the mattress with a tape measure and weights to see if the mattress was truly warped or just my imagination. Sent the email and received an email the next day with a shipping email as well saying they will be shipping us a new mint mattress absolutely free and someone will be contacting me to pick up the old one. It's been almost a week and I am finally back pain free and so is my hubby. Great company and hopefully the mattress will last the 10 years! read more

We bought a T&N Queen mattress last Saturday at the Gilbert AZ location. I like that you can try it at the store before you buy it. FedEx dropped it off at our door on Wednesday. It was fun unboxing it. Cut off the outer plastic and whoosh it fills up. We left it for 24 hours to completely fill. The entire experience was EXCELLENT! The Gilbert store sales staff were great.Made in USA quality. It is extremely comfortable. I think I will go take a nap now. read more

Customer service in the store was superb. Everything they promised came true. The delivery was the same day to my doorstep. I put the frame together myself because the instructions were very clear and to the point. The foam bed itself was a snap to dismantle and place on the frame.
