Five stars given specifically to Gilbert location staff!…read more We had a poor online ordering experience, order was placed delivery was scheduled for a week and a half later but day of delivery they cancelled due to unknown reasons. The 800 number was only able to tell me I had to wait another 48hrs to reschedule. We went in store to find out if we could get a bed frame asap. We worked closely with Lisa, Nick and David. Lisa walked us through all of our options as far as current order or a new bed frame. They made efforts to resolve our online order and see what the barrier was. Though we ended up buying a new bed frame that was delivered next day! The bed frame is beautifully and fits nicely in our room. I so appreciate the staff that helped us arrange this with all of the requests i had. They were able to comp us for delivery fee due to inconvenience and cancel our original order.
