He was very patient and let me check out several dining tables and coffee tables. He even gave me helpful advice (like not getting leather or cushioned seats if you have a cat). I'll definitely be coming back and asking for Domenic again!

First of all, you can only make claims via a web form, which we did, and included a picture of the issue. They stated they take up to 48 hours to reply, and they pretty much did that to the minute. They basically accused us of physically damaging it, mind you that was off a single picture we sent, and then informed us we would have to pay for the repair. Didn't offer to send anybody to check it out, or even offered to allow us to take her to the store for an assessment, they basically just tried to put the blame on us, when we did nothing to cause the damage. I've used other stores such as Bob's discount furniture, and when we had a warranty issue, they sent someone to our house, to not only verify the issue, but also make the repair. I could've purchased this table elsewhere, and based on this, I will in the future because they refused to stand behind the products they sell.

Norwood Furniture - The base of the bed they built(without our approval) is not strong enough to support the bed & headboard, not to mention two people.

I have never been into Norwood Furniture in person. I have dealt with them 4 times over the years…read moreby phone. The furniture brands I purchase are like Levi Jeans. The manufacturer sets the price for all dealers and it is same across price across the board. The manufacturer also choses when the furniture is on sale and the price. They carry a lot of beautiful furniture that you wouldn't find in furniture stores. You can see this Customer service is always awesome. I have never had any issues with the pieces nor have I needed to return anything so I can't give any feedback on that. I recommend looking everything over in the light before bringing inside to check for any issues. Just like a new vehicle from a car dealership.

A one-star rating honestly feels generous for our experience with Norwood…read more We purchased over $20,000 in bedroom furniture and blinds from this store. Unfortunately, the bed (approximately $3,800) has been a major and ongoing problem, and other items such as the nightstands and dressers also have drawers that do not align properly. At the time of purchase, we were only shown a photo of the bed and were assured that it could be customized at the factory. That never happened. Instead, the store chose to modify the bed themselves at their warehouse, without consulting us about the details and not in the manner we had requested. The result was a bed that was painted a color we did not choose and that does not work with our décor. Even worse, the modification changed the design from a platform bed into something entirely different, which created a structure with sharp corners that jut outward from the frame. This has created a serious safety concern in our home. My husband and I regularly hit our legs on these corners and are constantly dealing with bruises. I also explained to the store that I suffer from seizures, which makes these protruding corners particularly dangerous. A fall or loss of balance during a seizure could result in serious injury because of the way the bed frame now extends outward. When we asked to return the bed due to these issues, we were told we absolutely could not because the store had already spent money customizing it. A second major issue is the bed base itself, which appears to have been built with very little support and started squeaking almost immediately. This raised concerns about the stability and durability of a nearly $4,000 bed. To his credit, the store manager did visit our home and suggested a solution: installing a metal support base to stabilize it. We agreed to this fix. However, the night before the installation we were informed that we would be charged approximately $250 for the support. In other words, we were asked to pay additional money to correct a structural issue with a brand-new bed that was already improperly modified and delivered in a color and design we did not approve. We declined to pay for the fix, and the owner, Brian Brundrett, refused to absorb the charge. We are now left with a bed that: * Was modified without our input * Is painted a color we did not choose * Is no longer the platform design we originally purchased * Has protruding corners that cause frequent bruising and present a major safety risk * Has inadequate base support For a purchase of this size, we expected better craftsmanship, better communication, and a company willing to stand behind its products. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Based on our experience, I would strongly urge others to think carefully before purchasing from Norwood. Given the safety issues and the fact the bed was delivered differently than represented, we are now exploring consumer protection and warranty options.

The RH Outlet in Chandler, AZ is hard to justify. The overall experience feels bleak, the service…read moreis underwhelming, and the pricing often does not reflect any meaningful outlet value. On my visit yesterday, April 15, 2026, I compared several floor pieces against current member sale pricing at the main RH store, and the differences were surprisingly small. For example, a Queen Padua Shelter Bed in Brown Oak was priced at $2,350 in the outlet. The same bed in the mainline RH store was priced at $2,615 for members. That difference is so small that once you factor in the cost of hiring movers to pick it up, transport it, and assemble it in your home, the outlet purchase makes little sense. By contrast, the main store provides delivery and setup, even when purchasing multiple items, for one reasonable flat fee. And that is before considering the much bigger issue: service after the sale. With the mainline RH store, you have time to live with the furniture, and if something is wrong, RH can come out, repair it, replace it, or accept a return. The outlet offers none of that. A few more examples from the floor: A 48" Wide Oslo Cylinder Console Table in Aged Brown Oak was $1,195 at the outlet versus $1,345 at the main store member price. A 36" Wide Enzo Console Table in Blonde Walnut was $645 at the outlet versus $719 at the main store member price. In my view, saving only a small amount in exchange for no delivery, no setup, no meaningful recourse, limited selection, and the added risk of outlet-condition damage offers no real value at all.

Could not find one piece of furniture that appealed to me. One thing that was mind boggling is all the white couches. There are so many of them and they're dirty! Can't imagine anyone purchasing them especially at the exorbitant prices. Today there was a woman with three kids and they were bouncing up and down on all these couches and you could literally see their dirty footprints all over these couches! I'm glad I checked out this store but unfortunately can't see myself returning.
