They have a huge selection, no matter what type of furniture you're looking for. I especially want to give a shoutout to Heather and Jay. They were incredible to work with and went above and beyond to help me find my dream couch. They made the entire process easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. I was very disappointed with the customer service at Living Spaces. There were numerous employees standing around talking with one another, yet very few seemed interested in assisting customers, or maybe just me? I came alone so maybe the impression was that I was just walking through. The lack of acknowledgment throughout the store was surprising. I came in intending to shop for a new sofa, coffee table, and entryway table, which could have resulted in a significant purchase. Despite spending time in the store, no one approached me to offer assistance. I eventually selected a decorative item and had to seek out an employee just to check out. When I asked for help, I was told that someone else would come assist me. I explained that no one had helped me since I arrived, and the employee simply stared at me without offering any further assistance. Eventually, another associate came over and helped me complete my purchase, but the overall experience left a poor impression. Purchasing something should not be this difficult. Unfortunately, Living Spaces lost out on what could have been a much larger sale because of the lack of customer service and engagement from the staff. read more

Apparently cannot edit the original post, but turns out you can only upload a video less then 90 seconds and mine was 3.5 minutes. For clarification the Living Spaces was the Phoenix location, but all followup calls/complaints were to the mother ship. I purchased a XL split King mattress. Looking forward to opening it up and placing on the frame. I've had the "mattress in a box" before and they expand pretty fast. Long story short, it didn't expand and Living Spaces forced me to keep it for 2 full days/~48 hours and did not expand to the full depth of 12". Best expansion was 8". Called and asked them to pick it up and refund my money. They said no and would deliver a "second" mattress for me to try. At this time I called my credit card company and explained the situation and submitted pictures and discussions with their Living Spaces. My credit card company gave me a credit and I received the second mattress and they forced me to let it expand for 72 hours. That is correct, 3 days. Guess what, never expanded anymore than the first. They wanted to give me a store credit and I said no, I wanted my money refunded to my card. This ended up being a hassle and eventually they credited my account and since I already had the credit from my credit card company as I didn't trust Living Spaces at all. See pictures. My credit card company had my back and took care of me. I found another mattress later at Sam's and delivered quickly. Literally it expanded in about 3.5 minutes. That time was opening up the box, taking the mattress out of the box, putting on the bed and taking the shrink wrap off and opening up the plastic bag to the air. 3.5 minutes from a Sam's mattress vs 2 terrible mattresses from Living Spaces would not load. You figure out who to buy from. Sam's is the winner. read more

I bought a small sectional from here recently and everything from the initial purchase in- store to delivery to my place was flawless. I had the best experience with Cassie (I hope I remembered her name!). She was super friendly and wasn't ever pushy. She helped me figure out financing and sealed the deal for me within minutes. I opted for delivery to my door for a fee of $39. Yes ,I had to assemble it myself but it was easy and didn't take long at all. I got a great value for exactly what I wanted. I saw the sectional online, went to take a look in person, and left having purchased it on the spot. When I do that, you KNOW the employees did me right. The framing is incredibly cheap, lazy, and held together by terrible, knotted wood. This couch is guaranteed to break within a year. Selection 5/5 Great selection. We were looking for two new design element accent chairs for our living room. We visited several different furniture chains but didn't find the build quality or upholstery fabric we were looking for. Living spaces offer many of their furniture offerings with a showroom designer who will assist you with upholstery selection services. I knew I was in trouble because my wife and their showroom designer "Beatriz" are both interior designers (humor). They both did a great job getting two chairs meeting the style requirements for the space they will live. Value 5/5 For us Living Spaces should have been our first choice, we've never been disappointed. The cliche you get what you paid for is absolutely true. I sadly feel that a 2 star might be a little much. We bought a dining room table and 6 chairs in January and we have already had to have 3 chairs replaced because they cracked right down the middle of the seat, and one of the replacement chairs came cracked. The one year warranty took care of all of it but never once did a manager or anyone call us to apologize or to rectify any of it. We will sadly never shop at Living Spaces again. read more

On the lookout for a big comfy swivel cuddler style chair and Living Spaces seemed to have a solid selection! After viewing online we opted to visit and hopefully try out a few contenders. Overall, we love their no-commissions, no-pressure approach, which makes it a much more relaxing and enjoyable visit. That being said, when we did ask a few questions, on options or to be directed, the few we did ask had trouble getting us the info we needed and sort of just directed us to talk around. We did speak with another employee who was a bit more helpful and shared some options! We narrowed it down and though they had a wide range of prices, found some very affordable options as well. We did inquire on any upcoming sales with the holidays or veterans discounts, which they do not do. We ended up ordering online for free delivery and are set to get our chair next week - so will update if anything of note happens during delivery. read more

After visiting multiple furniture stores, browsing online options, and touring all the Living Spaces locations near Mesa over the course of a few months, we finally decided on the Kennedy Couch in Mocha and a set of warm, camel-colored bar stools. Originally, we purchased a full living room set that included a coffee table set, but since we're in the middle of remodeling and redecorating, we overestimated the size and realized it didn't quite fit our space. Thankfully, the return process was seamless. Every time we walked into a Living Spaces location, we were greeted almost immediately. The staff let us know they're non-commissioned--so there's no pressure--which we really appreciated. You're free to browse at your own pace, but they check in occasionally in case you need help. When we finally narrowed it down, we chose the Kennedy couch for several reasons: * He's 6 feet tall and wanted a taller, more supportive couch. * Our space is small, and we couldn't fit both a couch and a recliner--but this one offers the best of both. * It's comfortable, wide, and spacious enough to stretch out without touching. * It's modular, so we can add more sections later if our space allows. * The bar stools are soft, supportive, and perfectly sized--they don't overwhelm or block our island. Funny enough, after we bought it, we found out the Kennedy is a TikTok favorite and the new Mocha color was on backorder. After waiting three months already, two more weeks was no big deal. Delivery is a bit cheaper during the week, and we chose to have everything delivered and set up at once. Bonus: They offer a fantastic 5-year warranty, which gave us peace of mind for such a big purchase. A week later, I got a call saying everything had arrived early, and they bumped up our delivery--huge win! All in all, we love the couch, love the bar stools, and had a great experience. We had an extremely disappointing experience with Living Spaces and will not be giving them any future business. We purchased a table that arrived with several marks and dings, so we requested a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement table arrived in even worse condition, so we refused delivery. We were told that customer service would contact us within 24 hours, but no one ever reached out. Instead, we had to call them ourselves. Customer service was unhelpful and repeatedly asked whether we had a second table in our house because they could not locate the refused table in their warehouse. We eventually drove to the Gilbert location to speak with someone in person, only to be told that their records showed we had signed for and accepted the replacement table. Upon reviewing the invoice, we discovered that the Living Spaces delivery driver had signed his own name on the customer signature line and marked the table as accepted. We were specifically told that we did not need to sign anything because we were refusing delivery. To make matters worse, the two employees we spoke with at the store both separately asked if we had two tables in our house, despite having already discussed the situation with each other for nearly an hour. It felt as though we were being accused of trying to keep two tables for the price of one, when in reality Living Spaces simply could not locate the table in their own warehouse. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and embarrassing. I love living spaces. I've found several pieces of furniture there and the selection has always been nice. They also have a discount area, or used to, and I got a beautiful $450 chair for like $125. They said it had a mark on it somewhere but we inspected the whole thing and never could find it. I ordered a coffee table online at the end of December. The company sent a confirmation, completed payment, and said it would be ready for pick up the third week of January. The promised week came and went with no communication. I called customer service and got the distinct impression my order was forgotten. We purchased a $4000 couch in which the sales person there that no longer works there shoulders on the fact that it can be washed as it has zippers to the cushions nine months into it we took out the cushions to start wash process and the linens inside of it were all completely torn so we contacted the store as we bought the #Warranty package for them to let us know that that couch cannot be washed. Went in to look for a dining room table and found one that we liked. Paid for the whole thing in the store and was told it will be delivered the next week. We got an email saying that they had to transfer it from the inventory replenishment center to their local warehouse and we had to reschedule. We rescheduled and the day before, we got a call stating that it's no longer in stock. RUN !! In the opposite direction of this place. They are wonderful when they want your money, but when they deliver a shitty product they don't want to deal with it. We ordered 3 pieces of furniture from them and 2 of them were custom. First: all 3 pieces were either wrong, or had giant markings on them. Couch - the couch came in the ugliest way possible with 4-6 inches of spacing in between the seating. Some cushions were about 3 inches taller and the others were short. Dark brown zippers on a white couch??? Really? That should just be common sense. I am sure for $5K, they can afford to put matching zippers on so it doesn't look cheap atleast. What a mess!!! After about 10 phone calls and 4 visits to the store, they agreed to "fix" it when we just wanted our money back at that point. But they wouldn't agree to that since it was "custom" so we were forced to repurchase from them. Now we wait for the next one to come. Bed: take a guess at how many times they tried to deliver and still got it wrong. 4 TIMES delivering at 11 pm at night. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS !! Then they said oh we will give you a $100 off? Really??? You give me $100 for all the nonsense we have been put through. Daybed: you guessed it!!! It arrived with a huge indentation! Still waiting on a new one. Mind you then they picked up all the ugly pieces of furniture, we have been couchless for over 2 weeks now. Go figure. I will sadly say that Living Spaces has been such a disappointment. I've been dealing with a claim for 6 months since my purchase. They have replaced two separate pieces and each time they replace the one next to it is misaligned and super wobbly. The last piece was replaced a week and a half ago and had just been replaced the day before because it was super bad. The delivery driver was the same one and said he felt bad for me because he knew it wasn't going to fix the issue. Now the piece next to it has so much play and if you hold the top you can make it just go back and forth with no tension to it whatsoever. Before they replaced the piece that one was fine. I called Living Spaces back right when they left and they said they would have a manager call me and let me know what they were going to do because they've done everything they could. I have received NO call back and they are just ignoring me now to get out of having to deal with their faulty product. Now need to look into next steps to take. We have spent $13k since September 2025. We went in-store last weekend to make sure we liked the sleeper sofa we saw online. A sales agent assisted us, we talked about the mattress in the sleeper and he recommended the care package to protect the couch and sofa. The agent was having issues with his computer, no biggie but apparently he charged us for the regular sofa vs sleeper version which we realized once the couch was received. Immediately let the delivery guys know but they said we had to call. 1st person was no help. Called again, they said they can do an exchange and they wouldnt charge me another delivery fee but when I explained we are not available until after 12pm they said there is nothing they can do. We will be texted the window at 9pm and if I can't do those times then I'd have to call and reschedule. Basically cancel my plans with no other solution due to the agents mistake. They didn't even offer of waiving the original fee for their mistake. This is the last time I will ever do business with this company. This wasnt the first issue but it will be the last. I get that mistakes happen but at least try to be accommodating to the customer when they occur. All we wanted was for the furniture to be delivered after 12pm since we had plans and wasn't expecting to receive the wrong couch. A terrible scam of a company. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Not only is the quality of their products not nearly as good as they claim, they will deny all or nearly all warranty claims. Read the fine print, look at other reviews, and search online at BBB, Reddit, and the like. Our experience, like many others, was that the sales rep will promise up and down that their extended warranty covers everything from wear and tear to intentional damage (like rowdy kids). But when you file a claim, the fine print will exclude nearly everything up to and including accidents. It therefore functionally covers nothing. We had an obvious tear in our couch, after their warranty team ghosted us, I contacted the location where I purchased our furniture. A couple days later we got a prompt denial because it's "normal wear and tear". I know this review will get one of their automated responses for us to reach out to them, but we all know the reply is only to look like they're doing right by customers when in fact, they will do nothing. There is zero value from this store. You're better off buying lower cost furniture that might break sooner and replacing it than paying a purported premium for something that they won't back up when it breaks. read more

Very rude and I believe one of them gave me COVID-19... the older man who helped us was wearing a mask which I found odd and was hacking (mask not properly on). If you're sick, just don't come to work. Another staff member, an older African American woman, yelled at us because we didn't know that a table wasn't waterproof. Nothing but problems and customer service had the chance to make it right but chose not to. My chair was delivered damaged so I called to exchange. On the planned date they came and took the damaged chair away but did not bring the replacement. A friend had come over to help me with setup since I live alone, and now his time was wasted. Now the replacement chair is to be delivered a week later, and Living Spaces will not help me with setup (which took 5 minutes the first time). The delivery came early and we were out of town, putting us out of your 7 day policy. When I put the chairs together they were short and cheap. Extremely disappointed that you all don't stand behind your product. I never received a return call, email, or answer from you all after our initial call for resolving the issue. The delivery company never kept the scheduled delivery dates,very disappointing. On top of everything one of the boxes were pretty damaged and the FRONT corner of one dresser is damaged. Pretty disappointed in a recent experience with Living Spaces. I've shopped at Living Spaces several times in the past without issue. This recent experience I purchased three couches that I was assured were in stock without any issues. We setup a delivery window and we got rid of our old couches in advance to make space. I get a call the morning of my delivery window that there is a "quality problem" with the couches and all three are now cancelled for delivery. I now have an empty living room and several events coming up with no seating. Living Spaces would not offer me any temporary couches or any other option that was reasonable to rectify my situation. Even worse, they can't give me any information or ETA on when we will get our original delivery. To get this information day of delivery with no warning and now be left in the lurch is despicable.
