We worked with Jon last year to get a chat set with fire table and lounge chairs. Their Bliss cushions make for the MOST COMFORTABLE SEATING I've encountered in patio furniture. I'm always very nervous about buying new seating because my back is really sensitive to needing JUST the right amount of support in JUST the right places, and these cushion deliver! And just as promised, the cushions and table top resist real-world stains and stay looking brand new. We couldn't be happier with our furniture and we will be going back to see Jon for our outdoor dining set and some additional chat seating. Oh! And the 7 day return policy with no questions asked is legit!! We originally ordered a sofa, and it just didn't work in our space. Customer service didn't blink an eye and the sofa was picked up and refunded with no issues. This level of customer service is unheard of!

After searching the valley for patio furniture and getting frustrated with overpriced cast aluminum…read morejunk I found Premier Patio. From the first look it was evident that pride goes into every piece they build. Their furniture is built using steel and not aluminum. All the welds are smoothed and then a commercial quality powder coat finish gets applied. I also like the fact that all the furniture and cushions are made locally here in the valley. The sales team was very helpful in helping me choose the right pieces for my needs. The most difficult part was choosing the fabric because there are 100's to choose from. The prices are more than fair compared to competitors and the quality exceeds the cost. I was given a delivery date and even in our current and uncertain economy, my furniture was delivered on the day promised. The delivery team was courteous and professional. They set up my furniture and wiped down all the frames before adding cushions. They took their time to provide care instructions and asked if I had any questions. And the bottom line after all this is that the furniture is Soooo comfortable. Thanks Premier Patio for outstanding service and quality. J.Scott, Phoenix

I see the wonderful Halloween things right away upon walking in and I was like a kid in a candy store. For me Halloween is my favorite holiday so my eyes light up like I am a kid again. Going down the aisles I could see that they were still stocking things and there would be more to come, but there was enough to keep me interested and scouring the aisles for what I wanted this shopping trip. The aisles were clean and clear, and the employees were nice whether they were in the store on the floor or at the cash register, which made the experience very pleasant. It's always so tempting with all of the ghouls and goblins and skeletons and pumpkins galore. Today I left with some cobwebs for my fireplace mantle for only $2.99 wow! What a deal!! It will look absolutely perfect.

We ended up leaving with a mantle decoration, but they already had everything from the giant skeletons and yard decorations to a few inflatables and plenty of indoor décor. The store was clean, easy to walk through, and the cashier was nice and friendly, which made for a pleasant checkout. Their prices are kind of a mixed bag. About half the time you find something and think, "That's a really good price," and the other half you're thinking it's a little more expensive than you expected. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because it seems like a lot of their larger decorations end up with some kind of damage. If you're buying one of the bigger items, it's worth taking a few minutes to dig through the stock and find the one in the best condition. Other than that, it's a fun place to browse, especially if you're ready to start decorating for Halloween way too early like we are.

We originally only came to their store just to get new cushions for our chaise lounge chairs but....Gloria is a FANTASTIC salesperson & told me that they also do iron furniture refurbishing. Once we got back home & I looked our current iron furniture that was in dire need of being refurbished, I called Gloria & got a quote for refurbishing our chaise lounge chairs & high top table & chairs. And also realized we needed to replace our 10 year old Sunbrella cushions on our couch & club chairs. Gloria was super helpful & patient with helping me to pick out new Sunbrella fabric that coordinated with our current throw pillows. Brandon did a phenomenal job making sure we got the brown powder coating paint for our refurbished furniture job to be completed. There was a bit of a hassle with this job because the original powder coat color we picked out was backordered & Brandon did his best to make sure we got the color we wanted ....which involved him going above & beyond & having to drive across town to get us the color we wanted. On top of everything, we also needed to have all of our new cushions & newly coated furniture delivered by a specific date.....Gloria & Brandon made sure that this happened & we truly appreciate that! And when all of the furniture & cushions were delivered, the 2 delivery people were very careful, courteous & professional during the process of unloading / setting up everything in our backyard. Best of all, their pricing CANNOT be beat! Hands down....Paradise Patio's customer service, product quality, selection, & pricing are the BEST in the Valley!! We know this property inside and out. In this review we will give honest feedback and pro tips on how to get the most out of your Villa # 7 experience. Property Overview Villa #7 hands down has been one of the best places we have every stayed in Puerto Penasco. The house is super luxurious with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths this place is fit for a king or queen and their family! Pro Tip #2: If you want to experience wildlife take kayak out early morning 5-6 AM paddle out a ways. Our family swam with dolphins and sea lions. Owner Overview Shaun Hamman is the owner of the property and ALWAYS wants to make sure that you enjoy your stay. He even offered to have ice set up to be delivered to the villa prior to us arriving. On our first stay for some reason the coffee pot was missing. Shaun ordered one to be purchased immediately so that my father and I could continue to feed our caffeine addictions. Great guy and he really cares about your overall experience. Property Manager Overview Oscar Lopes is the property manager. This guy is absolutely incredible. It doesn't matter where you stay, there will be hiccups along the way. What matters is how it is handled.
