There is a farm with a chicken coop, even seating if you want to eat there. There is a Farm Store with produce grown from this farm. There is Barnone which has a bar, pizzeria, ice cream shop, vegan lunch spot, salon, and more. On 2nd Wednesdays are Farmer's Market Nights called "Agritopia Farm Night", which is a big event here, from 5-8 (Sept to May, no Jan). Parking is everywhere. In front of The Coffee Shop, behind The Coffee Shop, next to The Farm Store, Garage East, and near Joe's Farm Grill. On a Sunday in September, there was parking and we were walk-ins everywhere. It was nice to find both, a seat and a place to park. Only a walk a way in Epicenter is Buck & Rider, UnderTow, Bunky Boutique, and Peixoto. Warm in September, wear a hat and stay hydrated.

The farm grows a wide variety of vegetables, fruit, nuts, herbs, and plants. The Farm at Agritopia operates a self-serve farm store and hosts a Wednesday farmers market during the season. The Agritopia Community Garden is a gathering place for members to garden, grow healthy produce, and build community in the garden. There are 48 individual 20x20 plots and 6 half plots. Each plot is leased yearly. The plot, water, access to the tool shed, and social functions of the gardeners are all included in the lease. Also located in Agritopia is The Epicenter, which is a mixed use commercial and residential project featuring retail stores, health clubs, restaurants, a luxury apartment, and more to come. Agritopia is one of my favorites if not my most favorite place in the Valley. I love the community, what it offers as well as the stores and restaurants. Although there are plenty of free parking all around Agritopia, it can be challenging to find a spot on weekend evenings as well as Farm Nights.

If you know, you know... and BABY I know now…read more Came to Superstition Ranch Farmers Market today with a friend and let me tell you--we were greeted with smiles like we were regulars, not out of towners. Immediate good vibes only! Now let's talk about the real reason we came... the PRODUCE When I say abundance, I mean piles on piles of fresh fruits and veggies looking like they just clocked in from the farm that morning. And the prices? Let's just say my wallet didn't flinch, and that's rare these days! But wait--it's not just fruits and veggies. Oh no, they got the goodies too: Locally made jams, jellies, fresh juices, pickled EVERYTHING, and dehydrated snacks that had me acting real brand new in those aisles. I had to stop myself from grabbing one of everything like I was on a cooking show with no budget The place itself? Clean, organized, easy to navigate--no chaos, no confusion, just grab your basket and go off. Listen... before you run to one of them big name grocery stores and spend your whole paycheck on "non-gmo-ish" and "organic-ish" produce, do yourself a favor and pull up here first. Your fridge, your taste buds, AND your bank account will thank you... and you can thank me later

Some of the berries and strawberries you do need to take a good look at as they're a little over ripened. As far as vegetables, they're very well stocked and everything there was very fresh. The prices were very good and so much cheaper than regular grocery stores. I guarantee this place will be in my regular rotation. The staff were very friendly and courteous. So if you're in the area, make a stop.

She was rude to several guests, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Most of our party parked in the overflow parking lot, which is clearly marked with multiple signs. However, during the event, the employee walked over and padlocked both gates, preventing anyone from accessing their vehicles. We were told to reach out when we were ready to leave so she could unlock the gates. When the party ended, I texted her as instructed, but she refused to open the gates. She claimed no such arrangement had been made and told us we would have to walk all the way to the front entrance and then back to our vehicles, instead of simply unlocking the gates. This situation was frustrating and unnecessary, especially after being given different instructions earlier. While the location itself is nice, the lack of professionalism and poor communication significantly impacted our overall experience.

2/28/26: it was disappointing eating lunch at The Farm. Years ago we had eaten at Quiessence and…read morehad a lovely time. Wanting to try another of their restaurants before the ungodly heat arrived, we decided to stop in for lunch. Parking: can be a bit nerve wracking, especially parking in the dirt lots east of the place. You have to walk across 32nd St & if you know Phoenix drivers, this can be dangerous. There is a pedestrian light now, though, so that helps -- but oddly enough, there's no "walk" signage. It's merely a blinking yellow light for north- sound-bound traffic so you have to pray to the universe drivers are paying attention & actually stop for you. Ordering: a bit odd. The main door we went in was more the middle door that didn't really take you to the beginning. There's a drink station then the food station. We skedaddled to the right of the main doors for the drink order, only to discover there's another door that people walk through to place orders. So we joggled w/ another customer trying to figure out who was there first. It honestly felt like a school cafeteria, a bit chaotic, as well as cramped. The patio was pretty large & well shaded, but it was also full -- and this particular day also the ONLY SHADE. We were left to sit at one of their many tables on the grounds with no shade. Food: not worth the $77 we paid. I get it's a working farm, & though we try to support local as much as possible, the food we ordered was not good enough that we will stop by again. The strawberry fields salad was a typical salad, no wow factor there. The Italian sammy was dry. There was a minuscule amount of some kind of dressing on it, but def not enough. Dessert: red velvet whoopie pie was so overpriced it's not funny. If it tasted great, I wouldn't complain...it did not taste great. The pecan pie was abysmal; not enough filling and very bland. Two "specialty" drinks, a salad, a sandwich, & two small desserts, for $77? No, sorry, not again.
