I ordered 2 pieces of outdoor lounges in 2023 that were supposed to be "Arizona proofed". I spent over $1K on these chairs and not even two years later, they are completely yellow. November 1st at 9:20am, On the highway US60, one of the employees driving their van cut us off and almost caused a 4 car wreck so he could get off on Higley exit. Horrific and I will never be using this company because of this drivers negligence. I'm a new home owner and oddly enough was looking for furniture for my patio recently. We had our backyard done this last year and was looking for some beautiful new patio furniture to go with it so we stopped in on our way home from shopping and they had some really nice stuff what floored was that they had some of the worst customer service ever! We couldn't get anyone to help us or answer any questions yet the sales guys were just standing around talking to each other but they say me taking pictures while waiting so by the time I finished taking my pictures for this review and getting NO help I left and the store lost a sale. read more

I have order thousands of dollars worth of furniture here. Because of a turn time they told me I had to pick it up they asked if I wanted assembled for EZ transport and I said yes today when I called to go pick it up they let me know it was still in boxes when I told them, it was supposed to be built they told me they were busy dealing with customers I asked "aren't I a customer"? He reluctantly said "yes but he could only do what he could do". I told him the whole point of me getting it from the store was for the quick turn time. He had the nerve to say to me "I guess it depends on how bad you want it"! I have never spent so much money in a store and had someone to speak to me so rudely. This was after he offered for my husband to come assemble it for him. Thanks James the manager for making sure I never spend money here again. Beautiful store! Extremely over priced. The first time I went there they wouldn't even talk to me because I didn't look like I had a million dollars to spend. A second time they said the cushions would be 4 to 6 weeks and they were running four weeks. It's now going on seven weeks and they're still not ready! Now I had a birthday party that was outside on the patio no cushions. Now it's Mother's Day and I'm havingguests. And guess what? No cushions again! read more

I cannot speak to the quality of their products but they sure are expensive. I understand that exterior furniture can be pricey but I was not expecting these prices. Sales people were nice and engaging on a level that didn't make me feel pressured. There is a fair amount of inventory with different styles of patio furniture. Today's Patio has a lovely store with a huge selection of outdoor furniture and umbrellas. And the staff is so helpful. We went to get a patio rocking chair that we didn't purchase there. They fixed it quickly, and cost-effectively. And even helped load it in our car. We will be back anytime we need anything. read more

My mom asked me to go look at a round or rectangle patio table with her, when we did, she decided to switch the one she had bought a couple days prior from rectangle to round. The salesman was absolutely awful and disrespectful to my mom, me, and even my children. We went and told the manager and he walked over but didn't take over the transaction and they made her buy the round table separately and wouldn't exchange the first purchase. Now she has two tables and has to try and return the first one. I would never buy anything from this store. They are awful to their high paying customers. read more

We purchased our furniture in August. They delivered parts in September. Then parts in October. Our main table sat in the backyard with no chairs until end of October when we called. They proceeded to tell us they had been delivered. Ummm we said absolutely not!!! They asked we send a picture. Thanks for believing in customer who spent thousands in your store. So now it is November 9 and we are still waiting for our chairs. 4 chairs and a bench. Customer service is horrible. COVID or not. It has been 3 months and you actually believed we had the chairs??? We had bought an umbrella somewhere else (funny story, we went there thinking it was Today's Patio, but they price matched!), but because they didn't have exactly what we were looking for, my wife called Today's Patio. They had it, we cancelled the other order, and were able to quickly order the one we wanted and saved some money as well! We recently decided to revamp our backyard. I found a perfect set online and went into Today's Patio hoping to see it in person before purchasing. Richard Caves greeted us and directed us to the Denmark collection. Richard was very attentive without being pushy. Very refreshing compared to many furniture stores here in the valley. We let him know we would discuss the purchase over lunch and return to buy. Again, there was zero pressure and we soon returned and purchased two sofas, two ottomans and four chairs as well as two lounge chairs for our Baja shelf in our pool. Very smooth transaction and our in-store experience was wonderful!! Delivery was quicker than expected, only a week turnaround. Jake and Doug delivered our furniture in a very careful and precise manner. Set up exactly where I wanted the furniture placed, removed tags, perfectly placed each cushion, and inspected each piece before having me sign the paperwork. They were friendly, on time, very detailed in their work, fun to chat with and a wonderful representation for their company. Today I was chased from your store because I was made to feel pressured or unwanted. I'm not sure which it was. I was walking through with my wife looking at the selection when a 60+ year old worker approached and failed to start small talk. At that point he stood with his arms behind his back staring at me as I tried different chairs for comfort. Not another word, just followed me from chair to chair, stopped and stared. Creating a great sense of awkwardness. At that time I left the store leaving 2/3 of the store unlooked at. I just purchased a new home and needed to outfit my new backyard sitting, eating, bar, and pool area. I will not be buying a single piece of furniture from you. read more

I've always bought cheap patio furniture that very quickly felt cheap and needed replacement after a year or two. This won't be the case this time. This is a place of high quality, great selection for backyard and patio furniture. After building the pool and patio, we were starting from square one with regards to furnishings. Tracy and the staff there were excellent. They were patient and helpful through several initial visits allowing us time to compare and develop our ideas. The staff showed the right amount of guidance and suggestion while avoiding any of the commision-pressure that can be felt at other places. We purchased tables, couches, several chairs, and a chase. The color selection, fabrics, and designs options at Today's Patio are broad and very high quality. While prices are on the high end, the quality is superior and the broad options were excellent. Back in late May we purchased over $2,000 of merchandise including a Lazy Susan ( which had to be special order) and were told it would be 4 to 6 weeks for Lazy Susuan, but they would call us when it came in. It is now mid July and not only is our Lazy Susan not in, they have never returned the many calls we have made to them inquiring where the item is? Poor customer service. read more

Just received my delivery from Today's Patio. It is beautiful! I am so impressed with the quality of the furniture, but even more impressed with the professionalism of the employees. Wayne was our salesman. He was awesome and helped us patiently as we made a decision, and then changed our minds several times, before making our final decision!:) Today, I met Jon and Terry when they made my delivery. They were very punctual, calling 20 minutes before they arrived. Such nice young men! They were kind, very willing to help move my existing furniture to another location, and then left everything so very tidy. The sales person who greeted us was very rude. He asked what kind of cushions we were looking for and, when I said 'chair', he acted exasperated and said he needed the measurements in a way that made me feel like he thought I an idiot. The person with me looked at him with surprise and told me afterward that she almost said 'excuse me' because of how he spoke. I actually had the measurements and he then said the cushions would have to be custom made. We thanked him and left and will never go back to that store. read more

We were in the market for a nice table for our new backyard and had never been in this location, so we made a visit. They have a good selection of tables, loungers, outdoor furniture sets, pits, chairs, you name it. Prices seemed maybe a little steep, but they had a ton of stuff on clearance to make way for newer models. We ended up getting a sweet deal on a table we really liked, for almost a third off the price. The associate who helped us was very knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy whatsoever.
