On Nov 6th, they had their annual holiday night out. The first 100 guests were treated to a free ice cream topped churro and dirty sodas from food trucks outside the back of the store. Advertising, raffles and food samples must have worked due to how many more people I saw this year! I purchased forever candles, glittery winter evergreens and a few other goodies. The 800 number was only able to tell me I had to wait another 48hrs to reschedule. We went in store to find out if we could get a bed frame asap. We worked closely with Lisa, Nick and David. Lisa walked us through all of our options as far as current order or a new bed frame. They made efforts to resolve our online order and see what the barrier was. Though we ended up buying a new bed frame that was delivered next day! The bed frame is beautifully and fits nicely in our room. I so appreciate the staff that helped us arrange this with all of the requests i had. They were able to comp us for delivery fee due to inconvenience and cancel our original order. The customer service went above and beyond!
