I know, you're thinking... a review of Target? Duh, we all know what Target is! Anyways, I come from California, and I have never seen a SuperTarget before. I guess it's like a WalMart Superstore, except I don't feel dirty when I leave SuperTarget. (P.S. I hate WalMart, and try to avoid shopping there as much as I can. ) SuperTarget is like regular Target + Supermarket + Optical store = everything I need. I'm basically pretty effin blind. This has been confirmed by my optometrist, who has said it a bit nicer than that, but we know when we get the super condesnsed lenses and they look coke-bottley that you're pretty effin blind. Anyways, Target optical is THE BEST. Their prices on frames and lenses are so reasonable, and their staff does not care if you spend hours, and literally, I have probably put on and tried over 50% of their frames to see if I'd like it and if it would be good for me (AKA my lenses would fit in it without it being too obvious that I'm Mrs. Magoo.) If you have any problems with it. I think they have a 90 day return policy, so you can go get another pair if you decide that you're not totally in love with the ones you already paid for. I can't say enough good things about Target Optical! I don't know why this place isn't any busier, but I guess cause it's sort of tucked away, but seriously, its worth it to go there if you want/need glasses. read more

This Target is decent. The staff are friendly, the bakery is awesome and, of course, it's always cleaner than Walmart. HOWEVER, every time I go to Target they NEVER ever have enough registers open. Weekday or weekend, it doesn't matter, they never have any more than three registers open (they had ONE open today, a Saturday). Thus, checkout is always super slow. Judging by previous reviews, it looks like this has been the case for a while. Meanwhile, the Walmart across the street almost always has at least five registers open, if not more. I never thought I would say this but, if I need something quick, I'm more likely to go to the Evil Blue Empire. read more

Deserve 0 stars for worst customer service employee! PAM is very rude. She was not helpful and she should not be working in customer service. I made a $400 purchase last week, and needed to return 4 of those items. I had my original receipt and she refused to give me full price for them because they were "seasonal" items (3 bags of plastic Easter eggs and one baby hat- which was technically not seasonal on the categorized receipt, it was a baby item) She kept refusing to give me full credit so I asked for her manager. She kindly gave me full credit just for the hat. The whole time, PAM was very argumentative and disrespectful. I then called corporate. I was livid. And they said "As long as it's within 90 days of purchase, I get a FULL refund!!" Soo to make a long story short; I'm going back, getting my FULL refund for those eggs! Total of $12 for something that could have been quick and easy, it definitely wasn't :( And I shop there at least twice a week, get my prescriptions filled there and even buy some of my groceries. Never once had a problem with the store or employees until tonight. I think it was just Pam! read more

I'm a Target aficionado and shop at multiple stores a minimum 2x a week. I've been to most Target stores in the valley. Out of all stores...THIS Target store has the best trained staff, clean store, items in stock, customer supportive focus....and a humanistic manager, Erica, who truly listens and supports customer friendly resolutions. I WISH there were 0 stars. I visited this Target 2 days ago, where my debit card was declined 5 times. I checked my account, and asked the cashier to run it again. It was accepted. 2 days later, i learn that I was double charged. I contacted Target, and they said this has been happening at a couple of different stores, but there's nothing they can do. All I can do is call my bank, and dispute the charge. Basically, Target 126.22 from me. I will file a claim with the BBB, and continue to do everything I can to warn people of this unethical practice. FOLLOWUP I wish I could write another HORRIBLE review. I filed a claim with the BBB arizona, and was immediately contacted by Target Corporate. She forwarded the case to the audit department. They REFUSED to refund the double charged!!!! I have bank statements printed out to prove that I was double charged 126.22, and was still told after the "escalation team" reviewed the transaction, that the double charge never happened. I will NEVER shop at a Target again. They also informed me that this was happening at quite a few stores. Its unsettling, especially after the stolen CC info debacle a couple of years ago. Found everything I needed, but the Starbucks inside needs work. I asked and payed extra for EXTRA cream in my iced coffee and I basically got a black coffee back with little to no half and half. Disappointed I payed extra, and didn't get what I ordered. read more

Let me tell you the ladies up at customer service were very busy but they took the time with each of us in line to make sure everyone was leaving happy. Stacy helped me she was great. I always come back to this store because the staff is friendly and always helpful. One supervisor named Becky who always seems to be there when I shop is always great to run into. She is always helpful and friendly a true asset to the company. My only gripe is that they need more registers open but other than that I will continue to shop here. read more

Love this Target. Always stocked, organized and clean. Some great selections in the bakery area(their pudding parfaits...so good!). Meat selection is pretty poor and there are always long lines with not enough registers open. Other than that, I always find what I need (and more, of course). Who doesn't need a glitter flyswatter from the $1 bin? :-) service is friendly and helpful. Today, a worker on his break in line behind me to purchase hopped on a register to help. I think I come here once a week. I will choose it over Walmart across the street unless they're closed, like late at night. I like that it has a Starbucks also. I am a avid Target shopper and this one is one of my favorite stops. Not only can I get in and out easy from Power Road and the 202, but they have a SB that is always friendly. They also just fully remodeled the Starbucks so it even has a clean and updated feel to it. read more

This review is for today's visit. We came here to spend my daughter's birthday gift cards. She had $20. She found 2 monster high dolls which were advertised for 9.99 each. At the price scanner they scanned at regular price 19.99. We flagged someone down and without question the associate said he would honor the sale price which had ended the day before. The sign was supposed to be taken down. Thank you Target for doing the right thing! Many stores (like hobby lobby) would say.... Sorry! This is why I love target! read more

Will never come here again!! Came here with my bf, we went to the Starbucks in the store to get coffee. I was trying to put my straw in my frap and my drink knocked over on the counter. Maybe an eighth of my drink spilled. IF THAT. My bf said "excuse me miss, we made a mess could I have a rag over here please" the barista rudely said "I'll clean it" with attitude. He said "are you sure?" She snaps back and says "I got it". We continued shopping like we were there to do and this woman comes up to us in the cosmetic section and say "hey guys! Do you need something?" She said it so loud I jumped. My bf told her "no we're fine" she then says "well a lot of us are going to be in this area". Her tone was inappropriate and immediately pissed us off. She gets on her walkie talkie and says something like "where's Vickie?" My bf sarcastically said "well I'm sure she's in the area right?" Then Norma (the associate) says "excuse me are you being sarcastic?" My bf said "yes" she said "well why are you being a smart ass" My bf said "because I didn't appreciate your tone when you were being a smart ass" she said "do I need to escort you guys out of here?" He said "where's your manager?" She said "I'm the manager" he said "no where's your manager" she started walking away and we followed her to her manager. He asked us what was going on we told him what happened and he tells us "Well, she said that because you guys were spilling drinks on purpose earlier." WHAT?!? Wtf?!? My bf said "what are you talking about? That was an accident and I even offered to clean it up" her manager then tells us "well I guess she thought you did it on purpose." ‍ At this point we knew it didn't matter what we said, his mind was made up that it was okay for his associate to retaliate against us for what happened at Starbucks. So my bf told them both to have a good night and we left. There was no reason for her to follow us around the store and then threaten us by saying a lot of associates are going to be in the area. And then for her boss to justify it because I accidentally spilled a drink??! Was it because we're an interracial couple? Was anyone else in the store harassed?? Totally ludicrous. So blatantly discriminated against. This places customer service is a joke and it says a lot about this company. read more

I absolutely LOVE Target, but this review is regarding their CUSTOMER SERVICE at GUEST SERVICES! I went to Guest Services to get a price adjustment on some unopened, Christmas candy that my son purchased the night before (not even 24 hours had passed). The lady BECKY from customer service was giving me huge attitude saying they cannot price match their own website and that she wouldn't do the return on candy because then she would have to throw it out and it would be a "waste" for a measly price adjustment. I then told her that they've price matched their own website for me before and she kept saying, "I'm right, we can't do that." Seeing that I wouldn't give up, she called over her supervisor. She was explaining the situation to him and kept saying that she was right, they can't price adjust or price match Target.com. The supervisor was no help either. Seeing he didn't want to argue (he was busy doing other things before she paged him over) he told me that they cannot do price adjustments based on their website. I didn't want to deal with their uneducatedness of their own policies, so I told Becky to just return everything altogether. She was so rude and continued to give me attitude about it saying, "Gosh, what a waste. Now I have to throw this out and there's nothing even wrong with it." Once my return was complete, she slammed my change and receipts on the counter, grabbed all the candy, and just walked away. No eye contact, no thank you, no nothing. I was the one who said "Thank you" to her. She didn't reply or even turn around, so I grabbed my change and walked away. My son and I ended up re-buying all his christmas candy and the kind lady at checkout gladly price adjusted them for us. She told me that yes, they are able to price match their own website and she apologized for Becky's rude behavior. Considering that it's the holidays, I would have expected Becky to act more professional and respectful. I'm writing this long review to inform you about Becky's unprofessionalism and I am hoping that something can be done about it; this way, nobody has to experience her rude customer service the way I did. We are huge Target fans but this Target takes the cake! It is much cleaner than other Targets and has a wider selection.

The store is always clean and bright and everything is easy to find. I wish I could do all my grocery shopping here but some of the prices are just a little high and the produce selection isn't always the freshest. I am hoping that as it gets busier and more people realize how nice it is, these problems will sort themselves out! I would much rather do all my shopping here. I am a big fan of target! read more

Let me start by saying I live in Las Vegas but after shoping here several different occations, my wife and I would KILL for a SuperTarget back home, especially this one! The team members are super friendly here. Asked about a particular muffin over at the bakery and even though they did not carry that kind anymore, I wasn't even upset after having a nice conversation with the woman in that area. She struck up conversation and threw in some facts and asked how our drive was over the new Hoover Dam bridge. She could have just said "no" and moved along, but she went the extra mile that makes shopping at Target an always pleasant experience. Aside from that, SuperTarget is always clean, well stocked, brightly lit, and never too crowded, but doesn't feel like an errie ghost town either. And even though I don't care and would grocery shop here no matter what, I went across the street to the Walmart Supercenter one day to price compare a few things to shut up my friends, and SuperTarget more times than was actually cheaper than walmart. So let's see.... at SuperTarget people are friendlier, it is cleaner, there are not 900 carts and screaming children in your way, it is always stocked full, AND it's cheaper than walmart! Why would anyone ever consider going to poomart when they have a SUPER Target right there?! Not to mention the store has really fresh produce that always looks as if it were just placed out for you alone to see and look in awe. This location has a Photo Lab, Target Optical, a Pharmacy, Starbucks, Pizza Hut Express, full service deli and bakery, and 28 lanes to speed you on your way, literally! I've never waited in line more than like 35 seconds! Even found fresh oregano that my mother-in-law couldn't find at Frys or walmart. Do yourself a favor and GO HERE! Check it out! All SuperTarget stores are awesome, but this one has that extra little bit that makes the trip more than just a chore or errand. I love the Gilbert SE SuperTarget and promise you will too! read more

sat at the pharmacy for 5 minutes no one acknowledged my presence at all, when I went to leave they asked me if I needed help, I ignored that, and went and shopped when I came back the same thing happened they ignored me again, a young lady came up to the front register not to help me but to work on something else, I hate to say it was my the color of my skin but I see no other reason why they would ignore me totally not even a hello we will be right with you! Love Super Target. Didn't even know it existed until recently. I wandered over to the bakery and deli Omg. They have a nice selection of sandwiches and salads. The bakery is amazing. One of the best places to get a slice of double layer buttercream cake for only $1.99. Its a nice size slice so it'll take more than a day to eat unless you want a nice sugar rush. I prefer Super Target over the regular Target. So much better than Walmart. The Prices of the items are pretty good read more

So target has an item online cheaper than in store. I waste my time driving all the way to this target to pick it up because online it says has to pick up in-store only. I get here and purchase it and they will not honor their own pricing. The customer service lady tells me that I have to purchase the item online but still waste my time coming in to pick it up to get that price. So I return the item and get online to purchase the item and now it's not available because it was the last one. I have to wait a day for their computer to put the item back in the system before I can waste my time to come back here again and pick it up. Talk about annoying and what crappy customer service. read more

I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service at this location on Power and Ray Rd. I found an item online on Target's website, not a price match but Targets own advertised price. The online website says only sold in stores, it then gives you the option to search stores in your area for pick up. I drove all the way over to this Target location after stopping at one prior and the item was sold out. Power and Ray had one item left on the shelf, which was on sale at the store for $33 and some change, the online ad shows it for $19 and change. I get up to the cashier and she says "this happens all the time, please go to customer service and they will correct". I proceed to customer service and the customer service "manager" says they do not honor the price online. She also proceeds to tell me that they will not price match, even though this is advertised on Target.com for this price. This is not a item that I can purchase online it specifically said in store only, and I do not feel this is good business practice. I have wasted my time and gas driving around to stores to pick up an item for an advertised price. You can believe that I am very upset to come home, and spend additional time writing this complaint. read more

If you can't find it at Walmart you can find it at Target. They have a good selection of family games and baby accessories. Their true advantage is in their clothing departments. I went to the one on power and southern, I believe, to get the Taylor Swift CD for me and my daughter. the young girl in electronics was super helpful. she actually walked me up front to where they were displayed and everything. This Target location is my favorite. It is always super clean, organized and efficient. The Starbucks in the store is also wonderful. There are always people to help you and they help guide you to open registers. They actually have more than one open! I just came from another Target North of this one and I stood at the Starbucks for quite some time with no recognition or associate in sight. I saw a girl at a far register working but she just stood and gazed into the sun like she wasn't too interested in customers in the store. I know it is more difficult to run slower stores. People are spread thinner and those people better be able to work. I ended up leaving the Starbucks in that Target to come here. I am so happy to be here. Customer service is very important to me. The pharmacy was very helpful with my prescription. I ran into a problem with a coupon from my doctor. The prescription is very expensive with out it. The pharmacist was willing and able to go the extra mile and help me get my prescription filled. I found them to be courteous, and professional. I will always use this Target pharmacy. read more

Love the store, NOT HAPPY with the new pharmacy system. Used to get all our prescriptions here at great prices. If a medicine costs less than my copay, they used to charge the actual, lower price. Not any more. Yesterday I had to pay my full $20 copay on a generic medicine that only costs $8. That's just not right. They will not be getting my pharmacy business any more! read more
