I've been to this Nordstrom a few times. There's a ton of stuff, many are brand names. However, it's somewhat unorganized. Prices are consistent with every other Nordstrom Rack. During my last visit, my husband and I wanted to get a few vacation outfits. My husband purchased three shirts and shoes and I only purchased one dress. While I was trying on one of the dresses, the zipper got stuck and I couldn't get it off. My husband attempted to help but he struggled as well. Getting stuck in a dress inside a public dressing room is literally one of my worst nightmares. Lol. My husband asked one of the staff members for help and this kind young lady came to my rescue. I was worried they would have to cut the dress off of me, but thank goodness, she was able to move the zipper. Five stars for the staff! read more

Love shopping at this location, but there's something fishy going on with their gift card system. I received a gift card for my birthday on April 1. When I went to go check out and redeem the gift for a purse, the gift card was not scanning correctly so the cashier was told by the manager to call for support. Then I was given a printout saying that the gift card was actually purchased on March 31 and that I should wait for an email. One to two days later I received the email and they are stating that the card was never purchased, and there is no money on the card. I find that very strange when I was at the store they printed me something saying when it was purchased. Now I have zero dollars for my birthday gift from a coworker even though they spent $50 on the gift card. Makes me not want to go back to one of my favorite stores. read more

I went to this retail clothing store called Nordstrom Rack . This is my personal opinion and perhaps it's not like this on every occasion but it was messy . I couldn't find much because of the store's unorganized placement of items . It was difficult to pass / navigate through the store. Also , the store had An overload of many outdated styles that still had such high prices . I mean if the styles are outdated then the items should have been reduced long ago for sale. Nordstrom Rack has little bargains to say that it is a more discounted in its pricing but not really . I couldn't find anything priced right for items I rather liked . Marshall's has a better selection and priced better . That is my opinion. . The shoe department is a mess too -- based in my visual and my opinion. This location does not earn any distinction in the world of shopping for nice item and at reasonable price , and in an aesthetic environment which most of the main Nordstrom's are noted for . I had to take a few returns that I had ordered from Nordstroms online. I loved that I was able to do it all in one place which was the registers. I wasn't sent somewhere else to do the returns or anything like that... The service I received was definitely 10 out of 10. Both times that I've had to go in and do returns. The ladies were super helpful. As for getting the right size, the re-ordering process was again super simple. I love the items that I got. The prices were amazing... Oh HONEY NOOOOO!!! This place is a mess!!! Sheesh!!! If it's looking like this now, I can't imagine the messiness when it's Christmas shopping time. I really don't need anything but stopped here to look for a particular item for an event and I must say that, I'm not impressed at all! I ordered a pair of new balance shoes from their online store. I recieved them in a timely manner, however, the shoes weren't to my liking, and I wanted to initiate a return. That is when I learned that Nordstrom's will only return the subtotal amount (not the taxes and not the shipping). But that's not even the worst part, they try and charge you an additional $10 for restocking fee! HAHA! So on a $79 pair of shoes, I will get back $58! I contacted their so-called "customer care text messaging service", and that was literally pointless, because the person that I spoke with was one of the most brainless and unhelpful people that I've ever encountered. I will be calling in to their customer care line tomorrow to let them know what I think of their shady business practices. This is the first ever encounter with this low budget thieving company, and I assure you that it will be my last! read more

The fact that i was able to get in and get out with absolutely zero issues and was treated with kindness and respect in giving this place 5 stars! Complete opposite of my experience at Chandlers Nordstrom rack off of the 101 and Chandler blvd. Beyond sad that the store over there is only 5 minutes from my house and now i have to lug both my little tiny kids across town because one sales associate had to ruin my experience over there and be a complete witch because my mom forgot to send me the receipts for two separate items that were in our bag of returns she needed me to run for her. Just left this store. I told them multiple times I did not want to reapply for a credit card. Instead of listening to me at checkout and letting me run another card, they called a manager to the front to pressure me even more to sign up. I went through the entire process. Just for them to tell me I already had a card but they couldn't run it so I missed out on the points (1600) that they were pushing so hard. Would not recommend shopping here. read more

I expected high end clothing here, unfortunately all I saw was a bunch of low end clothing quality wise. Everything I picked up was made of polyester. This store is a step below TJ Maxx. With the mask mandates lifted and I'm not one of those mean nasty scream about I don't want to wear a diaper on my face people. I just needed a couple of things and ran in. Finally made my first Nordstrom Rack purchases! I've visited other Rack locations and always feel overwhelmed by the layout and sheer number of items displayed. Despite recommendations from friends, I've never been able to find anything I've wanted or needed there. Until now. This new location doesn't feel as cluttered or crazy (yet?!). I was able to find a cute blouse and dress that I liked. The employees managing the dressing rooms were nice and helpful, and checking out was quick and easy. Two thumbs up! read more

If we were not in the middle of a pandemic I think this would be amazing however we are and this amount of "stuff" made me feel all too closed in with my fellow browsers. Shoe department, shoes everywhere on the floor. The cosmetics were the worst, opened boxes , empty fragrance boxes. Seems like there's no management anywhere on the floor. I didn't realize that would cause so much trouble when returning, but the manager was SO helpful and took a lot of time to get to the bottom of it. She ultimately figured it out and also apologized to me for the trouble. I felt bad because now I know to not go through PayPal if I plan to return in store. Oh the love (and hate) for the Rack! If you have never been to Nordy Rack, you simply must go to check it out. Its like going to an expensive consignment store. You can find very expensive stuff marked down to $10! You never know what you'll find. I subscribe to the Rack's emails and they have stock they clearance out regularly. Nordy Rack is the clearing house for Nordstroms. Whatever overstock or seasonal closeouts, you'll find them here. This location is closest to my house in Chandler. When you purchase something from the website you have the option to have it delivered to your home or do in-store pick up. I don't take mail at home so I do in-store pick up...for 2 reasons...one is if the item I ordered is too large or small I can immediately return it instead of driving it around in my car until I can no longer return it. Two is that its an excuse for me to go SHOPPING! Not that I NEED an excuse but it's okay, you get it. So they sent out an email for a shoe show, big name shoes at big discount prices but you gotta act fast or it will sell out. I bought some gaia and burberry and had them shipped to store. I went over and picked them up the other night. Sizes were good and since my daughter needed some summer church shoes we shopped. We got her some cute ballet flats for $12 regular $39 and I found some funky tory burch slip ons that were regular $250 marked down to $112. That was a bargain! The front retail staff is a bit distracted and its hit or miss as to how pleasant or attentive they are. The store is reasonably clean. You'll find strange items transported to different areas of the store (buzz lightyear toy in the shoe dept) but that happens anywhere. I have had decent experiences at this location in the SanTan Marketplace. I say, go shopping but bring a snack or you'll leave weary. read more

Shaheeba P. was extremely rude. She was the cashier who checked me out. She immediately accused me of switching price stickers. (Which I did Not) She insisted on double checking the price. So I gladly said "okay." When she returned and realized in fact that I did Not switch the price tags she continued to be rude and let me know if I didn't have the sticker with the shoes I couldn't return them. This is a great Rack location! Neat and tidy with friendly employees. Stopped in after I couldn't find the size I wanted at the Tucson location. I knew that I was taking a chance but it paid off! Found what I wanted right away then browsed around for a bit to check out the rest of the store. Had a good selection of Paige denim. The merchandise here leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. I really don't get the big pull here or the ladies that look like they're hurriedly trying to go through racks in hopes of getting to some great treasure before someone else does. They have some nice purses and bags, designer and brand name at a better price. they have plenty of shoes, although some are decent prices, i haven't found anything to be excited about. but they do have plenty, so i think some will love that section. they sometimes have some better brand makeup, like Lancome, but most of it is really nothing great. but wow this section is SO messy; broken lipsticks, etc, you can see many have just torn into some of these products, perhaps unattended kids. i know I'm not buying anything that looks like someone's fingers have been in it or it's been smeared across the shelf! Some assistance is clearly needed in this section to deter that. Otherwise, the makeup/hair product section is small and limited with mostly mediocre stuff, and the rare decent find, which is usually in the trial sizes bins. The clothing is mostly stuff you can find in ross/marshalls/tj's, not Nordstrom quality, as one would expect. There are a few good finds in clothing of course, like Joe's and some other good brands. But it is 'mostly' what appears to be filler products and low quality. The dressing rooms and attendants are decent. The checkout lanes need some help; it can get crazy, but again I don't understand why. I think people may be confused that every product here is actual Nordstrom quality, and it's not. You just have to look that up to know that. I've been here a handful+ times, each time hoping it would be better, but its just not for me I guess. read more
