Recently I had purchased stuff online for store pickup. I had never been to this location before, so I shopped around before picking up my order. They had what seemed like endless racks of clothing. Lots of shoes in my size too. I was quite overwhelmed by the selection, especially with it being the season for Fall fashion, my favorite. This location feels bigger than the Chandler one, but it could just be the layout that makes it feel that way. The fitting rooms were pretty clean. The staff working in that area were very nice and friendly. I ended up not buying anything and just went up to the checkout counter to pick up my order. It was super quick because all of the online orders were stored right by the counter - love the efficiency. I will definitely be back here to shop some more! read more

Omg, I do love this store and I think the smell of this store will always bring me back to some of the best times of my life. Shopping with my oldest daughter, we always used to have so much fun going there when she was little. Today I was shopping for my youngest daughter. I purchased her a new swim suit for her party and some gifts. Customer service was amazing, check-out was a breeze, store is well stocked and ready for the summer season. Thank you! read more

Nordstrom Rack - Birthday shopping!! - Shoe Stores Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

Always the place to go. Especially when you are on a hunt without a particular list in mind. I love when I find gems here at Nordstrom Rack. read more

I've been to this Nordstrom a few times. There's a ton of stuff, many are brand names. However, it's somewhat unorganized. Prices are consistent with every other Nordstrom Rack. During my last visit, my husband and I wanted to get a few vacation outfits. My husband purchased three shirts and shoes and I only purchased one dress. While I was trying on one of the dresses, the zipper got stuck and I couldn't get it off. My husband attempted to help but he struggled as well. Getting stuck in a dress inside a public dressing room is literally one of my worst nightmares. Lol. My husband asked one of the staff members for help and this kind young lady came to my rescue. I was worried they would have to cut the dress off of me, but thank goodness, she was able to move the zipper. Five stars for the staff! read more

I had a $25 gift card from work and been wanting a new necklace. I love Kendra Scott but didn't want to pay full price, so was happy to find a pretty one on sale. I ordered it online and picked it up in the store- easy. The store was kinda of messy but that's to be expected. Just grateful for the gift card and a treat for myself. I'm glad to see this store is doing well! read more

I would like to say first of all I've been shopping at Nordstrom's over 20 years , who is the best customer service today, last week I ordered some cologne from Nordstrom's. Got it shipped to the rack here in Gilbert/Chandler can I go to return it because it wasn't very good as old or something had no smell to it lady at the register return it I said she says well because you sprayed it and I said I had to spray to make sure it was pure garbage and she would not return it so will never buy cologne from Nordstrom or the Nordstrom rack read more

Love shopping at this location, but there's something fishy going on with their gift card system. I received a gift card for my birthday on April 1. When I went to go check out and redeem the gift for a purse, the gift card was not scanning correctly so the cashier was told by the manager to call for support. Then I was given a printout saying that the gift card was actually purchased on March 31 and that I should wait for an email. One to two days later I received the email and they are stating that the card was never purchased, and there is no money on the card. I find that very strange when I was at the store they printed me something saying when it was purchased. Now I have zero dollars for my birthday gift from a coworker even though they spent $50 on the gift card. Makes me not want to go back to one of my favorite stores. read more

I went to this retail clothing store called Nordstrom Rack . This is my personal opinion and perhaps it's not like this on every occasion but it was messy . I couldn't find much because of the store's unorganized placement of items . It was difficult to pass / navigate through the store. Also , the store had An overload of many outdated styles that still had such high prices . I mean if the styles are outdated then the items should have been reduced long ago for sale. Nordstrom Rack has little bargains to say that it is a more discounted in its pricing but not really . I couldn't find anything priced right for items I rather liked . Marshall's has a better selection and priced better . That is my opinion. . The shoe department is a mess too -- based in my visual and my opinion. This location does not earn any distinction in the world of shopping for nice item and at reasonable price , and in an aesthetic environment which most of the main Nordstrom's are noted for . There's not much customer service . My opinion , my experience . LSI read more

Came here because we ate at shake shack and we wanted to walk off some of those calories. This venue is at a huge outlet mall. I came in here just to walk around. The place was crowded and had plenty of items. The checkout line is long but the cashiers move fast. read more

I like coming in here to check for shows. I usually find something I didn't know I needed. Today was no exception as I actually bought 2 pairs of shoes. And I got a pair of earrings to round out my shopping. This store is neatly kept us, easy to find items, and always a helpful staff. read more

I have shopped a couple of times at this location. They have a good variety of clothes, bags and accessories. But they have way too much going on and it's not organized. There's so much going on for the women section that I get lost. The pricing is a little on the higher side, even with the discount. The shoes are the good part which comes in good range. overall a good place to shop but take your time out coz finding the right one can be frustrating. read more

If your a man looking for a suit IQBAL is amazing. I just saved $400 on a Hugo Boss suit!

Oh HONEY NOOOOO!!! This place is a mess!!! Sheesh!!! If it's looking like this now, I can't imagine the messiness when it's Christmas shopping time. I really don't need anything but stopped here to look for a particular item for an event and I must say that, I'm not impressed at all! Like, I've already only bought 2-4 things from a Nordstrom Rack in the past in which, I got lucky to find those items back then, years ago... but this time, I couldn't get past the messiness of the store. Everything is just everywhere in such a tight fit. You're literally squeezing between things to walk by. Idk, perhaps they gave up and decided to just put things out without having a marketing team set it up to be more presentable. I don't remember this store looking this way in the past. ‍‍‍ Anyway, the dresses looked worse than what you see in Goodwill... just hotness! The pants were all pushed and squished in there, on its own rack...anxiety kicked in and I literally walked out after attempting to have patience. I can't! There's plenty of parking but do you even wanna go here? Ew! You're better off at Goodwill...js‍‍ Nope probably won't return at least to this location... I think I'll stick to Macy's for special event items. read more

The fact that i was able to get in and get out with absolutely zero issues and was treated with kindness and respect in giving this place 5 stars! Complete opposite of my experience at Chandlers Nordstrom rack off of the 101 and Chandler blvd. Beyond sad that the store over there is only 5 minutes from my house and now i have to lug both my little tiny kids across town because one sales associate had to ruin my experience over there and be a complete witch because my mom forgot to send me the receipts for two separate items that were in our bag of returns she needed me to run for her. So if you want great service come to the Gilbert store. Zero issues! read more

I had to take a few returns that I had ordered from Nordstroms online. I loved that I was able to do it all in one place which was the registers. I wasn't sent somewhere else to do the returns or anything like that... The service I received was definitely 10 out of 10. Both times that I've had to go in and do returns. The ladies were super helpful. As for getting the right size, the re-ordering process was again super simple. I love the items that I got. The prices were amazing... Definitely can't be great quality and good prices. Again, I also really like that regardless if it's from Nordstrom, or Nordstrom rack, you can still go into a Nordstrom rack and return your Nordstrom return read more

I ordered a pair of new balance shoes from their online store. I recieved them in a timely manner, however, the shoes weren't to my liking, and I wanted to initiate a return. That is when I learned that Nordstrom's will only return the subtotal amount (not the taxes and not the shipping). But that's not even the worst part, they try and charge you an additional $10 for restocking fee! HAHA! So on a $79 pair of shoes, I will get back $58! I contacted their so-called "customer care text messaging service", and that was literally pointless, because the person that I spoke with was one of the most brainless and unhelpful people that I've ever encountered. I will be calling in to their customer care line tomorrow to let them know what I think of their shady business practices. This is the first ever encounter with this low budget thieving company, and I assure you that it will be my last! read more

I have been a Nordstrom customer for over 40 years. I receive Nordstrom notes as a reward for my purchases. Imagine my surprise when I was informed at checkout that they are no longer accepted by Nordstrom Rack. There was no notice of this change. Shame on you Nordstrom! read more

It's really easy to get overwhelmed because of the sheer volume of stuff and I always make sure I have at least three hours to spare, but I love shopping here. I've never been able to come in here & leave without buying something. read more

Just left this store. I told them multiple times I did not want to reapply for a credit card. Instead of listening to me at checkout and letting me run another card, they called a manager to the front to pressure me even more to sign up. I went through the entire process. Just for them to tell me I already had a card but they couldn't run it so I missed out on the points (1600) that they were pushing so hard. Would not recommend shopping here. read more

Nicely organized and kept up. Employees were friendly and helpful. More washable clothing higher end with lower pricing.

im sorry but there's nothing good in this store/location. what you see here are all so basic (name brands and all), just might as well go to target. the vibe and atmosphere is dead soon you get in. and in regard to customer service, others been telling me yes its bad. read more

Stay away from Tamara! worst cashier with an attitude! She must hate her job! Clearance is final sale! Too crowded!

Nice selection of men's clothing, socks, underwear and tees for my hubby. I think they have good quality and value for what I was looking for. I was not able to browse the women's clothing as I was in a made rush. Will go back soon. Staff were extremely polite. read more

In general I love Nordstrom's Rack. I've been to worse but most are better than this one. Selection was meh.... I was looking for men's active wear, joggers/sweats they literally had about 10 things my size ( med/large) just a poor selection overall. I'd go back as the deals and prices are still good for the money.... But it's like a box of chocolates... you never know what you'll get read more

Absolutely terrible service and refused to help when I produced my medical card and explained my needs to them. Have spent a grip of money over the years with this company. Horrible store. Won't ever go back. Manager could care less about customers. I was just outside of return window because i bought something for Easter. It did not fit. I expected high end clothing here, unfortunately all I saw was a bunch of low end clothing quality wise. Everything I picked up was made of polyester. This store is a step below TJ Maxx. They have women's clothing, shoes, accessories, luggage, perfume. There also is a kids and men's section. They had a Christmas tree up (it's October). I won't be back. Not impressed. Not what you would expect with the name Nordstrom in it. read more

Nordstrom's I gave you many chances because I've always been a Nordy girl... but today did it for me. With the mask mandates lifted and I'm not one of those mean nasty scream about I don't want to wear a diaper on my face people. I just needed a couple of things and ran in. This kid that works for you chases me down in the store and yelled at me. 1st no no...then I was standing in a long line to purchase my items.. I had the dang mask on under my nose because I was getting shaky and weak. She didn't care. It's very sad that you are doing this. This to me is discrimination and we are joining forces with other lawmakers to stop this madness and total discrimination for people that can't wear masks due to health issues. I will be naming you in the suit. We are getting thousands of signatures from many of your previous customers. I know many who cut up their Nordy card wayyy before I wanted to. You just lost a very big spender I'm sad about this....truly! But I'm standing for my Constitutional rights. read more

I love this Nordstrom Rack location so much! No matter how busy they are, especially now during the holidays, everyone is so kind and so helpful. I cannot say that I've experienced this at every Rack location here in Az. This location must really be managed well because employees are so friendly regardless of your transaction, including returns. I will shop here more often in person rather than just online!! Thank you SanTan! read more

Finally made my first Nordstrom Rack purchases! I've visited other Rack locations and always feel overwhelmed by the layout and sheer number of items displayed. Despite recommendations from friends, I've never been able to find anything I've wanted or needed there. Until now. This new location doesn't feel as cluttered or crazy (yet?!). I was able to find a cute blouse and dress that I liked. The employees managing the dressing rooms were nice and helpful, and checking out was quick and easy. Two thumbs up! read more

Worst shopping experience I have ever had. All was well my entire time in the store. The girl that checked us out ruined our entire experience and I will never be back again. This is a typical Nordstrom Rack. Unless the item has a Nordstrom return sticker on the tag, you will find nothing of high quality here. I browsed and found absolutely nothing you'd expect from Nordstrom. Lots of low end brands here. I was not impressed. This location was a total bust. read more

This was my first visit to this location and I don't know whether it is seasonal or usual but this store was PACKED with product!!! If we were not in the middle of a pandemic I think this would be amazing however we are and this amount of "stuff" made me feel all too closed in with my fellow browsers. Customers seemed to be doing their best to self distance but in many cases the store has challenged our ability to do so. I went, I bought and got the heck out. read more

This was my first time at this location. And my last. This has to be the most disastrous Nordstrom Rack location. Clothes , hangers all over the floors. Shoe department, shoes everywhere on the floor. The cosmetics were the worst, opened boxes , empty fragrance boxes. Seems like there's no management anywhere on the floor. I usually shop at the Chandler, Tempe marketplace stores, which are very clean and organized. read more

I had a huge online order to return, and I purchased it through PayPal. I didn't realize that would cause so much trouble when returning, but the manager was SO helpful and took a lot of time to get to the bottom of it. She ultimately figured it out and also apologized to me for the trouble. I felt bad because now I know to not go through PayPal if I plan to return in store. Thank you Rack for being awesome! read more

Oh the love (and hate) for the Rack! If you have never been to Nordy Rack, you simply must go to check it out. Its like going to an expensive consignment store. You can find very expensive stuff marked down to $10! You never know what you'll find. I subscribe to the Rack's emails and they have stock they clearance out regularly. Nordy Rack is the clearing house for Nordstroms. Whatever overstock or seasonal closeouts, you'll find them here. This location is closest to my house in Chandler. When you purchase something from the website you have the option to have it delivered to your home or do in-store pick up. I don't take mail at home so I do in-store pick up...for 2 reasons...one is if the item I ordered is too large or small I can immediately return it instead of driving it around in my car until I can no longer return it. Two is that its an excuse for me to go SHOPPING! Not that I NEED an excuse but it's okay, you get it. So they sent out an email for a shoe show, big name shoes at big discount prices but you gotta act fast or it will sell out. I bought some gaia and burberry and had them shipped to store. I went over and picked them up the other night. Sizes were good and since my daughter needed some summer church shoes we shopped. We got her some cute ballet flats for $12 regular $39 and I found some funky tory burch slip ons that were regular $250 marked down to $112. That was a bargain! The front retail staff is a bit distracted and its hit or miss as to how pleasant or attentive they are. The store is reasonably clean. You'll find strange items transported to different areas of the store (buzz lightyear toy in the shoe dept) but that happens anywhere. I have had decent experiences at this location in the SanTan Marketplace. I say, go shopping but bring a snack or you'll leave weary. read more

Shaheeba P. was extremely rude. She was the cashier who checked me out. She immediately accused me of switching price stickers. (Which I did Not) She insisted on double checking the price. So I gladly said "okay." When she returned and realized in fact that I did Not switch the price tags she continued to be rude and let me know if I didn't have the sticker with the shoes I couldn't return them. Thanks Shaheeba now I know lol. I will not be returning the shoes or to the San Tan Gilbert location. read more

This is a great Rack location! Neat and tidy with friendly employees. Stopped in after I couldn't find the size I wanted at the Tucson location. I knew that I was taking a chance but it paid off!
