I took in maybe 15 items. They took three. I understand most of the tops were long sleeve. It's a 100 degrees here so that makes sense. I will take more it's S in but will make sure they are for the right season. The girls are friendly and the place is well Organised. As of right now I probably wouldn't return. The in store stye is not appealing vs a Plato's or Buffalo exchange vibe. The clothes aren't cute but there's lots of country stuff and shoes so if that's your shop vibe / selling items could work but accepting store credit is not a win. I'd say use this location last but go to Buffalo , name brand and Plato closet first to sell. Better options if you're buying again. And forcing buyers into text notifications. Decided to check this out during some free time after a movie. Cute shop with a large selection and great prices. It was well organized with signs noting items (ie Women's tops) and size category. I appreciate this as I'm not super patient about digging through stuff. I found a pair of Hudson jeans in good condition that with the day's sale came to around $18. Lower end brands of jeans like Old Navy were around $10. They have a lot of Lulu items that seemed high prices for thrift, but the stuff is wildly expensive new so I guess people into that are willing. Who knows! read more

This store certainly lives up to its name, "Cheapskate," but not in a positive way! I visited the store and do not recommend it. I brought in about five brand-new pairs of shoes, including ones from Jessica Simpson and Aldo, along with four beautiful unworn purses. However, they offered me only $40 for all my items, which I believe is a scam. One of my pairs of shoes alone could have sold for over $100. I also noticed a pair of Jessica Simpson shoes that were similar to mine, but they were dirty on the bottom and looked old and worn. Despite this, they were being sold for $40. My shoes were brand new, still in the box, and had price tags attached. It's just ridiculous! If you're looking to sell your items, I suggest you avoid this place. I went there on a Wednesday at around 12. There were three people working, but only one person was accepting sales. read more

Disappointing experience at this store. I was told it would take 45 minutes, but I've been waiting over an hour and 20 minutes. Maybe you need to implement a timer system and an actual waiting area with chairs if you're going to have people wait this long. The staff seems more focused on personal conversations than attending to customers. Talking about hookups, sleeping around and that one of their coworkers has bad energy. This was on 6/5 in the morning. With a limited selection of shoes I brought in to be looked at, I expect better service. I always find good stuff here and I usually will walk out with a few items for reasonable prices. Good customer service is a hit or miss. I've encountered some friendly and helpful employees and also some that act like they don't see you. I've had a good experience selling clothes here as they have always bought stuff from me. I want so say I get about $2.50 or so per item. The inside is at times very crammed with stuff and it's hard to walk by. Racks are also very full, but hey that just means more stuff for us to purchase! They seem to only have one checkout line so there has been a few times where I have waited about 10 minutes to pay. Overall, this store is a lot of fun. You can spend most of the day looking through stuff and find some brand name pieces. read more

Honestly, this place is just a glorified Goodwill. The prices are ridiculous for secondhand clothing, there is barely any selection, and the staff and customers are much snottier than Goodwill. You can get cheaper clothes that are new at most stores. read more

DONT RESELL CLOTHES HERE Came in on Sunday (only drop offs which they do not advertise) and they took my info. Three days later I call wondering where they are at with looking through my bin. A 5 gallon tub full. They told me that they had found 5 items for $24 and they donated the rest. WTH DONATED THE REST! Told me they had text me but looking through my phone logs I did not receive any text message. I had brand new Princess Polly dress inside which I had recently bought from their location and ended up forgetting to return NWT. yet they "donated" my bin. I have other siblings I was going to have go through my bin before I personally donated the rest (idc for them to have a tax return on my items) I am extremely upset. Beyond mad. I want camera footage to prove they did not take items without my knowledge because I don't believe it for a second. read more

I saw clothes in there that were torn and loose threads, and ugly 80s work out clothes. They said my clothes were too worn?! Half the stuff I brought in I maybe wore a couple times and were in perfect condition, even MK heels and they wouldn't take it. Spent 40 mins for that. I find better stuff at goodwill than here. This place is TERRIBLE. Been a constant issue with them but this time was the absolute worst. They STOLE from me. I allowed for messages and emails but I didn't get any messages so they kept all my stuff that I was going to donate to a non profit. They claim they messaged me multiple times, but I have nothing. I don't get any of my stuff back and although it was THEIR PROBLEM, they refused to do anything. I'm so upset that this was an issue on their end but would refuse to do anything about it. They didn't even care. They kept MULTIPLE bags of things that could have been used to help people in need. Management is the worst, they care more about making a profit than customer support. Don't buy or sell here. They will take from you. You barely get any money for those clothes they purchase anyways. Not worth it. read more

This place is great! The staff are welcoming and friendly always. I have come to sell my clothes here a few times and have gotten paid well for them (Free People, American Eagle, 7 for All Mankind, Levi's, etc). They seem to have a good range of sizes, brands, and styles to choose from. I have gotten very good quality heels/boots/sandals from here numerous times. The only reason I am knocking one star off is because they seem to accept a lot of clothes from places like Shein that just take up space and are very poor quality. They should reject those items since they are receiving more than they can sell at the moment. This would then make more room to accept better quality items :) I am definitely coming back to sell bags and shoes so I can get some of those boots I saw read more

Went to chandler Mall for school clothes shopping and we struck out. Overwhelmed by the crowds and lack of variety we found Uptown while looking for "thrift shop" and had to check it out. Sooo glad we did! You won't be disappointed such a cute boutique style shop with so much style and size variety my kids were happy to hunt through the racks on their own. Reasonably priced and the customer service is great, so helpful and no one's rushing you around and trying to land a sale.
