I may have built this up in my head, but my kids left super happy with four items under $5. The store is super clean which was a pleasant surprise. The selection of books, toys and dresses (what we actually went for) was tremendously limited. Will shop here again though. read more

I'm very pissed off at the way I was treated. Manager with blond hair saw I was cut in line by a repeat Customer. I was very upset and they still let the lady pay even though I was very pissed off and in a rush, on top on top of all that the young Latina told me that the orange tag one was the wrong tag because it said $6.99. The tag was 75% off and they did not want to give me the discount. They ripped the tag off and said I had to pay full price and ripped the tag off. Very disappointed that the manager could not do anything because the young girl with blonde hair in the back said so. y'all lost a customer willing to pay over $100 weekly on clothing read more

"Adriana" at this location was incredibly rude. Apparently something I grabbed was marked incorrect when I came to pay & said she couldn't sell it to me. I don't understand how that became my problem when they are getting everything for free? So what if it should be marked "higher" then what it was. It wasn't even an expensive brand either, it was a pair of jeans...pricing is obviously an issue here & she made me embarrassed when I was trying to buy it. read more

I was disappointed to learn that Thrift360 requires a physical paper receipt for returns. I attempted to return an item purchased just two days prior and offered to show proof of the transaction from my bank statement, but this was not accepted. In today's digital age, it would be helpful if the store considered more modern and flexible verification methods for returns (like using the card it was charged on!). I will not shop here again. read more

Service was horrible. Cashier refused sale due to label. Cashier stated item should have been 22 bucks due to it being a brand while item was labeled at 4.99. Cashier checked to see if label had been switched (it was not) then declared it a workers error. In the end the price was not upheld and was told I could return for the item the next day once it was priced correctly. Item was a muscle shirt. read more

This is the nicest 360 I have been too!! Clean and organized!! Staff very friendly!!!

Senior Monday- 30% discount. In search for denim and sweater vests on a Monday afternoon. Clothes are sorted by size and color and prices are super reasonable. Success! Found three oversized vests for about $10 that I will definitely wear on cooler days. Be aware- no dressing rooms and only two full-length mirrors in a corner. Employees are friendly and seem happy to work here. I'll be back! read more

By far the best local thrift store in Mesa. Highly recommend. I find the best deals here. Nice people work there too.

360 Thrift was clean and had lots of great finds, and the discounts were amazing. The selection was very wide. So I suggest going if you want great deals. read more

Our cashier- blonde middle aged woman-accused my friend and I of stealing the pants we were WEARING even though we went up to pay for the one pair of pants. I even showed her a photo from earlier that day of us wearing OUR OWN PANTS and she brushed me off and was extremely rude about it. I told her that she could check the security footage to which she responded with, "Oh, I will" with attitude. She even told us that we were not allowed to shop there and we had to leave which we argued that we were literally buying one pair of pants. Another lady- middle aged hispanic woman- was the one informing her that we were stealing and was very adamant that we were not allowed to leave until we basically took off OUR pants. After going back and forth she finally let my friend buy the one pair of pants but gave no apology or remorse over accusing us. I wasn't going to write a review, but it's truly frustrating that both me and my friend were seemingly profiled and accused of something we did not do. This place is not worth it and is basically a copy of goodwill. read more

So, on my thrift binge I found myself at 360 thrift. I've been to several earlier in the morning. It's wide open enough and it's neat. Several employees were about doing their things and seemed to be willing to help me I needed anything. Yeah, they had clothes but not much else. Might have been my timing, housewares, electrical and small stuff was sparse. Last words... today it was average. read more

I feel so lucky to have stumbled across this thrift store. Very clean, well organized, and excellent options, prices, & discount color tags. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beyond white dove that supports hospice, it's hard to find solid thrift stores that aren't church related. Can't wait to come back!! :) read more

Was my daughter's favorite thrift store she took a couple of friends & were yelled at for wearing a hat into the store accusing them of bringing it from Savers... who the heck cares? also the lady made sure to say it had nothing to do with race... why would you say that? we will never go there again read more

The store is very clean, staff is friendly, prices are very good ,items are clean and quality.

Amazing thrift shop. I love their Monday specials for seniors and the discount on all the clothes very nice store to shop in. You'll always find something for yourself or for someone else. read more

Im visiting in Arizona & found this thrift store in Yelp. I have to say, I was STOKED to see the $2 Yellow Tags sign outside & couldn't wait to go in!! Well I was even more EXCITED when they told me that it's ALL yellow tags & not just the clothes like at Goodwill. There was SOOOO much to look at. And I was very happy that the store was clean, neat & organized. The employees were very nice & helpful as well! So bummed I had my kids with me or else I would have spent a good 3 hours in there looking through every single item lol. Next time I'm out here I will definitely be going again!!! read more

Limited selection of men's clothes, who's is to be expected when thrifting. It was quite surmising the higher prices compared to the 360 on Power. Sure this location is 'Gilbert' but a bit pricey. read more

Bought a 50$ electrical item Cashier reminded me that I had 3 days to return as she had on an earlier purchase that same day Item that originally seemed good was defective Returned it only to be told it was a final sale item Told the story to the manager who refused to refund the item Manager stated that the employee was new and was not responsible for her mistakes Apparently the manager is not responsible either Really liked the store but won't be back read more

No rest room for customers. I know you have a bathroom. I will not shop somewhere that doesn't provide this basic necessity.

Everything went smoothly. We plan to continue to shop and donate to 360 thrift. The staff was extremely helpful.

This thrift store use to be my favorite thrift store.... But not anymore. No public restrooms or fitting rooms!!! We aren't in COVID crisis anymore!! I will not be coming back!!!!! Women need fitting rooms for clothes!!! It's Sexist to not allow women to go into a fitting room and try on tighter clothing ( sports clothes). They allow you to try on clothes near the fitting rooms but in plain view. Ridiculous!!! I will be telling my community to not support this business anymore!! read more

The selection is always changing and I usually find something I didn't realize I needed. Monday is 30% off for seniors. The store is always clean and neat. I shop here often. read more

Great service and friendly at the til. Great selection and fabulous prices. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality

Prices were great!!! Super affordable. It seems everyday one color tag is $1, and another colored tag is 50% off. Makes shopping more fun. Selection (and prices) typical of a goodwill, not curated like a buffalo exchange. I would recommend if you're looking mainly for clothes. Employees were very helpful and busy keeping the store organized and clean. Easy to navigate the sizes. -1 star because fitting rooms were not open!! I think that's a real shame; I'm sure more folks like myself would be willing to buy more pieces if they could try them on to make sure they fit! I believe they allow returns within 10 days but only for store credit (and the $1 pieces & xmas items are final sale). read more

I've donated items here several times, and this past time was particularly noteworthy as there was one cashier dealing with a line of people and she was able to assist me with my donations, wrap up some delicate items, give me a receipt and continue to check out customers, all while being efficient and friendly with a smile. Even the customers who were waiting did not seem to mind, and who could disagree when the service is so good and the store is so clean and well-organized. I hope business is thriving, because the employees seem to take pride in their work and the community seems to benefit with having this place around. Other stores, thrift and otherwise, should get some training from this 360 ;-) read more

I would say the store is about 3/4 clothing. They also had shoes and a few housewares and a few books. The clothing was a lot of Forever 21 target brand Croft and Barrow, Walmart brand. I liked that it was organized by size and by color and by genre, yoga pants, shorts, longsleeved shirts, etc. it was clean and well organized. read more

Not only did I find everything I was looking for but the associates were very kind and patient, the store was tidy including the changing rooms, and the prices were very reasonable. I've found so many amazing finds here, such as Adidas sweatpants for $6, running shorts for $2, bomber jackets for $7, a Banana Republic skirt for $4, and my most amazing find - Aldo heels for $3. I asked if they had other locations but they said this was the only one in the valley. Also, I asked if everything was donations and they said no, some are purchased from other stores. read more

I've been a retail manager & sales rep my whole professional career. At times I recruited amazing people from other businesses because they were extraordinary and naturals as customer service/sales people. Today I met one of those in your store. Colin was by far the best of the best in his customer service attitude, sales, etc. This guy has great potential to excel in whatever way he chooses. Great choice with this one 360 Thrift. Amazing prices and clothing that is in decent shape! Highly recommend for career attire. Everything I got was between $1-$3 each. I am a thrift store junkie and this place is a definite 10 out of 10. The best thrift store in the valley. First of all, this is a thrift store and employees probably make minimum wage so have that in mind when you go in (for those of you complaining about the customer service). I found about six different outfits for work in under 10 minutes for 50 dollars. All name brand clothing. The clothes are exceptionally well priced (at other thrift stores they go for at least twice as much). This is and will continue to be my go to thrift shop. Also, the nice lady that checked me out, Lynda, was super friendly and courteous! read more

Wonderful store! All the shoppers are having fun shopping because they are finding so many bargains. Everything is super clean and well organized. It's my "go to" store a couple times a week. And a big shout out to the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Thank you 360. :-) read more
