I was disappointed to learn that Thrift360 requires a physical paper receipt for returns. I attempted to return an item purchased just two days prior and offered to show proof of the transaction from my bank statement, but this was not accepted. In today's digital age, it would be helpful if the store considered more modern and flexible verification methods for returns (like using the card it was charged on!). Service was horrible. Cashier refused sale due to label. Cashier stated item should have been 22 bucks due to it being a brand while item was labeled at 4.99. Cashier checked to see if label had been switched (it was not) then declared it a workers error. Senior Monday- 30% discount. In search for denim and sweater vests on a Monday afternoon. Clothes are sorted by size and color and prices are super reasonable. Success! Found three oversized vests for about $10 that I will definitely wear on cooler days. Be aware- no dressing rooms and only two full-length mirrors in a corner. Im visiting in Arizona & found this thrift store in Yelp. I have to say, I was STOKED to see the $2 Yellow Tags sign outside & couldn't wait to go in!! Well I was even more EXCITED when they told me that it's ALL yellow tags & not just the clothes like at Goodwill. There was SOOOO much to look at. And I was very happy that the store was clean, neat & organized. The employees were very nice & helpful as well! So bummed I had my kids with me or else I would have spent a good 3 hours in there looking through every single item lol. Next time I'm out here I will definitely be going again!!! read more

This thrift store use to be my favorite thrift store.... But not anymore. No public restrooms or fitting rooms!!! We aren't in COVID crisis anymore!! I will not be coming back!!!!! Women need fitting rooms for clothes!!! It's Sexist to not allow women to go into a fitting room and try on tighter clothing ( sports clothes). They allow you to try on clothes near the fitting rooms but in plain view. Ridiculous!!! I will be telling my community to not support this business anymore!! read more

I've donated items here several times, and this past time was particularly noteworthy as there was one cashier dealing with a line of people and she was able to assist me with my donations, wrap up some delicate items, give me a receipt and continue to check out customers, all while being efficient and friendly with a smile. Even the customers who were waiting did not seem to mind, and who could disagree when the service is so good and the store is so clean and well-organized. I hope business is thriving, because the employees seem to take pride in their work and the community seems to benefit with having this place around. Other stores, thrift and otherwise, should get some training from this 360 ;-) read more

Prices were great!!! Super affordable. It seems everyday one color tag is $1, and another colored tag is 50% off. Makes shopping more fun. Selection (and prices) typical of a goodwill, not curated like a buffalo exchange. I would recommend if you're looking mainly for clothes. Employees were very helpful and busy keeping the store organized and clean. Easy to navigate the sizes. -1 star because fitting rooms were not open!! I think that's a real shame; I'm sure more folks like myself would be willing to buy more pieces if they could try them on to make sure they fit! I believe they allow returns within 10 days but only for store credit (and the $1 pieces & xmas items are final sale). read more

I would say the store is about 3/4 clothing. They also had shoes and a few housewares and a few books. The clothing was a lot of Forever 21 target brand Croft and Barrow, Walmart brand. Not only did I find everything I was looking for but the associates were very kind and patient, the store was tidy including the changing rooms, and the prices were very reasonable. I've found so many amazing finds here, such as Adidas sweatpants for $6, running shorts for $2, bomber jackets for $7, a Banana Republic skirt for $4, and my most amazing find - Aldo heels for $3. First of all, this is a thrift store and employees probably make minimum wage so have that in mind when you go in (for those of you complaining about the customer service). I found about six different outfits for work in under 10 minutes for 50 dollars. All name brand clothing. The clothes are exceptionally well priced (at other thrift stores they go for at least twice as much). This is and will continue to be my go to thrift shop. 360 Thrift on Higley used to be my favorite Thrift store - until today. I would recommend it to shoppers whenever I was at another Thrift Store or Good Will. I was a regular shopper going there first whenever I had a little extra $ and some time to spend looking. I'd hang up clothes that had fallen that I didn't even knock off and I'd complement the staff on what a good job they did and how good whoever picked the merchandise for resale was. I meant it! I stopped in today. A nice staff member that I've been with before greeted me. I asked what the special was and she let me know no colors today but 30% off for Seniors. I asked what was considered Senior, she said 55. I'm going to be 55 this Thursday, she said it wouldn't be a problem for me to have the discount. I shopped around for a couple hours finding good stuff like always and the young woman that greeted me wasn't there when I went to check out. I had mentioned to this new person that the other staff member had offered me the discount. She said that's not our policy, let her get the manager. The manager said she would give me the discount if I were Kind. I said excuse me, then - Are you saying I'm a Karen? She said loudly YES YOU ARE A KAREN! Turned her back and walked away. I was stunned. I wasn't rude to anyone. I had been there for a couple hours so I bought my merchandise - didn't want to waste my time. As I left I saw the manager and couldn't resist to say to her, I'm a kind person - because I AM! She said, No you're not, get out of my store and you are not welcome back! I have never in my life been banned from anything ever. Left the store shaking. You know, money isn't easy, why else would I shop at Thrift Stores? I've been in sales on and off over the last 30 years. I would have never treated my customers like she did me today. This made me really sad today. SHOPPERS BEWARE!!! I WAS a long-time and frequent customer of this location. Today, as I reached into my backpack-purse to check my phone, I was accused of stealing. When I offered to allow the staff to check my bag, I was told "NO, I just want you to leave!" After leaving, quite in shock, my husband and I tried calling to speak with a manager and we were denied. I have never been treated quite so disrespectfully. Based on what I have read in the other reviews, driving good, paying customers away has become the theme for, not only the staff but, the owners as well. Very unprofessional, rude and accusing. I was disappointed that I went here to get myself something to wear for my birthday. I have three kids and never do anything for myself. Prices are high for things they get for free. There were pairs of louis vuitton flats for $200 that are cheaper new. That's not very for the people of them. The reason I'm so disappointed though isn't necessarily that. I found a pair of shoes I wanted to buy and they weren't marked with a tag. The lady refused to sell them to me and just took them and put them up. So I tried to ask when could they be priced and I can buy them because I want them. She just said everything is supposed to be priced and there's no manager. They should have a protocol to handle this situation better. Now I won't ever get these shoes that are a style I've been searching for for a long time but could never find in my size/price range. We always find great deals here.. My boys and I can easily go in, find all three of us a cool outfits, a pair of shoes or accessories and throw in a few books under 20 bucks. I have only been to the location in Mesa but from regularly shopping at this store I can tell the store is well managed. Not only is the store very organized and clean the employees are all really kind and genuinely enjoy work there. As a bonus, I noticed a few times while shopping, that 360 supports a local program who assist young adults with learning differences by allowing them to work at the store. To some, no big deal. But to those students and families .. they're learning a skill, socializing with others and gaining confidence. I love it! We will definitely continue to support this local store. read more
