So, off to the register I went to pay for them. The clerk looked at the first one and said this is $12.00. I corrected her and showed her the price tag of $3.49. She then said that if there is a code on the item, which in this case was a hand written 'LP' on the inside, then it's a different price. I told her that's not correct. The price tag says $3.49. I then asked to speak with a manager. The manager confirmed what the clerk said. I said how would I know as a shopper to look for codes that mean a different price? Then I asked didn't a Goodwill employee put the tag on it and both the manager and the clerk said no, it wasn't. So who did?? They never responded to that question.
