We were pleasantly surprised when he said it would be delivered the next day! The guys just delivered it. 2 nice guys took out the old and brought in the new. Had it set up in no time. Looking forward to a good night's sleep for once in a long time. We really like doing business with Kerby's. We're still fairly new to the area, but our son had bought furniture from Kerby's so we tried it and purchased a very long console with a heater which we love and went back for the mattress. We ordered a coffee table from them that had to be special ordered. We've had it less than two…read moremonths and noticed that the molding on the side of it was peeling away, so we attempted to file a warranty claim. First of all, you can only make claims via a web form, which we did, and included a picture of the issue. They stated they take up to 48 hours to reply, and they pretty much did that to the minute. They basically accused us of physically damaging it, mind you that was off a single picture we sent, and then informed us we would have to pay for the repair. Didn't offer to send anybody to check it out, or even offered to allow us to take her to the store for an assessment, they basically just tried to put the blame on us, when we did nothing to cause the damage. I've used other stores such as Bob's discount furniture, and when we had a warranty issue, they sent someone to our house, to not only verify the issue, but also make the repair. I could've purchased this table elsewhere, and based on this, I will in the future because they refused to stand behind the products they sell.

The store itself has an odd and musty smell. My partner and I also saw a lot of stains on the carpet, and it overall left a very unclean impression of the store. Not only that, I have discovered 3 bug bites in a row on my arm, which may indicate they have bed bugs living in their show furniture. I'm hoping it's not bed bugs and that they did not hitch a ride home with me :( We were helped immediately as soon as we walked in because we were the only customers there on a weekend. What a huge contrast to how busy it was at the furniture store we stopped by before this one! We were told some helpful things, but after we were promised to be left alone to look around, we were approached a few more times again. It felt rather awkward. Overall, it's really hard for me to recommend Mega Furniture to anyone unless you have a very specific style you're looking for because they do have some furniture pieces that are not what's currently trending. From the time you enter you're flooded with beautiful decor all around you. Right now there are Fall and Christmas decor around every corner. The slight negative is how damaged decor items were or inoperable decor on the tables for sale. I think those items should have been moved, highly discounted, or flagged somehow. The positives are customer service from the cashiers and one person in particular who I flagged on the floor to help me get an item that was too far to reach on the table.
