As we entered the store you could see the salespeople huddling waiting to be the first one to pounce. Not a great sight to see as a buyer, however, once we said we were just looking to see what was available they left us alone. Occasionally as we were walking around someone would ask if we needed help but for the most part they left us alone. This allowed my wife and I to look and discuss our needs and budget. The pricing was pretty good and we were convinced that when we were ready we were going to go back and make our purchases.

We are now being told the furniture is on backorder and the ETA has been pushed to the 4th week of July. I understand that backorders happen. What I do not understand is the complete lack of communication. We have received no proactive updates, no phone calls, no emails, and no effort to keep us informed about the status of a purchase worth several thousand dollars. Every update has come only because we contacted the store ourselves. When we called to discuss the delay and ask about our options, the conversation was frustrating. Rather than listening to our concerns, the representative repeatedly talked over me and immediately took a hard-line stance regarding the cancellation policy and potential 40% fee. At no point did I feel like anyone was trying to help find a solution or even acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the delay. The issue is not simply that the furniture is backordered. The issue is the lack of customer service, lack of communication, and unwillingness to work with customers when problems arise. As of today, we are still waiting for our furniture and hoping the latest delivery estimate is accurate. I will update this review if the situation improves, but so far the experience has been disappointing

From the time you enter you're flooded with beautiful decor all around you. Right now there are Fall and Christmas decor around every corner. The slight negative is how damaged decor items were or inoperable decor on the tables for sale. I think those items should have been moved, highly discounted, or flagged somehow. The positives are customer service from the cashiers and one person in particular who I flagged on the floor to help me get an item that was too far to reach on the table.

I called the number on the order and they basically they would cancel the order so I saId OK. About an hour later the stand arrived via Uber. I told them to take it back and they said they could not and they had to leave it here. I called the number again and they said I would have to bring it back personally or order something to go with it. I tried to order a few things and they kept saying out of stock and also would have charged me another delivery charge. The person on the phone said I had to order on line or go in the store as they could not help. I was upset and they told me that kept telling me I had to stop my attitude.
