First time checking this place out and I went in knowing their whole thing is that they are selective about what they accept. No fast fashion, no brands that don't meet their standards. I actually think that concept is interesting and it does show in the quality of what's on the floor. That said, let's talk about the prices, because this is not your typical thrift store experience. The minimum I saw for a dress was $15, and Lululemon leggings were running anywhere from $30 to $45. Yes, that is cheaper than buying them new, but if you walk in expecting Goodwill prices you will be caught off guard. There were a lot of cute boutique brands throughout the store, just know you are paying for them accordingly. The sizing situation also stood out to me. There was a solid selection of extra small and small in basically every category, but the medium and up sections were noticeably smaller in comparison. Not impossible to shop if you are a larger size, just slimmer pickings. I saw plenty of cute stuff but nothing that I couldn't also find elsewhere for less, so I left empty handed. The clothes are genuinely nice, it just comes down to what you are looking for and what you are willing to spend. If you are hunting for higher end brands at a discount this is your spot. If you are looking for a classic thrift store haul on a budget, you might leave a little underwhelmed. I am a cheapskate with taste, but I guess I'm cheaper than this store allows. One highlight: the first song playing when we walked in was Fate of Ophelia by Taylor Swift, so I appreciated that immensely. read more

I walked in after having lunch next door. The store is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and they have cute stuff name brand at discounted prices. They have a good selection of clothes a little bit of everything. The prices are not bad at all for the condition and brand. I wasn't planning on spending anything as I just popped in but I will return when I have the funds for sure! I've come here very often in the last two years. I work nearby and would come by on my lunch breaks. After today I won't be returning. Usually I don't mind if the staff isn't paying attention to me and they don't even have to be friendly. However I am amazed that in the two years of me coming here there really isn't anyone pleasant that they have hired. We had a girls outing and stopped in, never been here before, but they had such a great selection and variety of designer items. The staff was super sweet and lucky for us. Blue tags that day were additional 50% off. However, one of my items there was an issue I called not expecting anything but just trying to give them a heads up and Alicia I'm probably spelling her name wrong. I believe she was a manager was super sweet apologetic told me to come in and she will take care of me. I was caught off guard because I didn't feel like anything could be done at this point so customer service and hospitality alone 10 out of 10. Once I came in, I received the same hospitality from another young lady who directed me to Alicia. It was one of the best customer service experiences I experienced in a while. This store is usually stocked with merchandise and everything is pretty organized. The register area always has the latest trinkets / accessories that you see popular on social media which is pretty convenient if you don't want to order it online. I have sold clothes / shoes here a few times and the employees are usually friendly. They normally purchase some of my items and after doing the math they pay out at about $2.50 per item. The clothes and shoes on the racks / stands are a hit or miss. Some times the inventory is good and sometimes you question who did the buying... Prices are bit on the higher side for certain items and at times I feel like its better off buying it new. read more

Came in a minute ago to sell a few things brought a bag in with about 3 shirts and some jeans . One shirt which was a designer jersey costed about $120 , another shirt paid $50 the other just a reg shirt and jeans. Waited for them to search through clothes and wandered the store as they did so. Came back to the register where my clothes were already put back in bag and lady told me $16 . I agreed not knowing which items they took and realized when i got back to my car that they took the most expensive shirt and the 2 other shirts and put the rest back in the bag so i didnt notice! definitely my fault on that end but watch out. I'm surprised by the low star reviews from this store. I'm here to write an honest review about how much I actually really enjoy reselling at this location & all my experiences being a seller/purchaser. I've resold my items a handful of times & I have never felt as if they "low balled me" on an offer. They give about 25% more cash value in trade. As a thriftie you have to keep in mind it's all about the brands/item's conditions/what's in trend when reselling. Most of the time when I do decide to sell- I come in with a tote or two of items that no longer fit me (but are still in style.) Staff has always been friendly, very accommodating, and truthful & I've always respected that. Now as a consumer- I've been coming here for years when I'm looking for a staple piece such as a jacket, a purse, shoes, or a dress for any upcoming events & 9/10's they have always held up in my little thrifted closet (because of the precision they have with picking up clothes from sellers) which I'm so grateful for! On a side note; they have the cutest accessories & I always cave at the check out counter for new croc charms/oil diffusers/wallets and hats. By far my favorite thrift store in the valley. read more

I don't understand the negative reviews for this place. Yes this store caters to a younger audience and buys more high end pieces, they don't hide this on their social media, website or just by looking around the store for the styles and brands they sell. In my opinion, they pay a lot more for higher end/name brand pieces than other similar stores. Want to set your own prices? There are plenty of online platforms out there, I use them too. I would reccomend calling and see what styles they are looking for and washing your clothes and checking them for holes/stains to save yourself the aggravation and dissapointment. Reviewed items in decent time, but most of my teams were brand name golf shirts, I had basically new ray bans, J. crew button downs unworn. Didn't want any items. Have sold here before and I think they only take men's designer stuff like Gucci and things because that's all that was on the shelf. And it was all pretty worn stuff that nobody will likely ever buy. I don't understand the buying process here with men's things. Nobody would want what they have in their tiny men's section, I bring them nice mens attire and they want none of it. They need someone else looking at their mens items because otherwise they're missing half the market. Men don't want the feminine looking things on their shelf. Then they asked if I want to donate it. Yes of course I want to donate the ray bans I paid $200 for and are basically brand new. Good question! This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! When management/ or a team lead HAS to ask the employee what color you are, to give a refund, it's sad. It's impossible for minorities to get anything of value, when trading here. Came in twice to trade in two designer bags. The first bag is worth $300, and she wanted to offer me $11, and it was a DKNY in mint condition. The second, a new Coach bag worth $500, and her offer was $40. Both times, they had some of the most absurd excuses. I used the websites they informed me of, that they use. None of the pricing are similar to what I found on there. They, then informed me of another site they use but a name was never mentioned. It's called not being truthful/ honest towards minorities. I use to love coming here until I came in today to donate to sunshine acres and use some credit on my account that I had previously had from selling my clothes. I had asked one of the employees to check how much credit I had left and she replied that I had none, which left me really confused because I know I had gotten some a few months before. So I asked her if the credit expires and she basically told me it doesn't and that I only came in once to cash out for my clothes which isn't fully true. This girl is taller, dirty blonde fair skin, I didn't catch her name but I'm not sure what her problem was, she had a really snooty attitude for no reason and made me uncomfortable because it seemed like she wanted me to go away already. So I ended buying a few things and when I was checking out with another girl, much shorter and very sweet, she asked me if I had wanted to use my store credit and I was like "I thought I didn't have any? and she showed me it was clearly on the screen so I ended up using it and thanked her because that was $35 I had on my account.
