She went above and beyond by checking prices for us and helping us narrow down our options, which made the whole experience feel more personal and easy. Because of her, we ended up making a purchase--and that says a lot. Another nice bonus is that this location features a Toys "R" Us section, which adds a fun, nostalgic touch, along with a Macy's Backstage area where you can find a variety of items at additional discounted prices. All in all, it's a solid Macy's with standout service that makes the visit more enjoyable than expected.

I parked in one and called the number that was posted. No one answered, so after trying to call twice, I parked and went inside. The gentleman at the pick up counter was nice. He went to the back to get my package after scanning the code from my phone. Although I was glad that my new tops fit me, it would have been great of they actually made use of the drive up feature. The redesign was not needed IMO, but it does feel more open which is nice so you don't feel cramped walking around others. There's usually some good deals if you are patient. On one of my visits earlier in the year I found a newer modem for $60 that was marked down from $150. Amazon had for $160. On my most recent visit, Pillowfort brand items were 25% off. They make really cute decorations for kids' rooms. They also have a line of popular weighted stuffed animals (vary from 2-3lb). Full disclosure, our house has at least 8 different Pillowfort weighted animals sitting around. The kids and our cat loves them...and I enjoy the feeling of them on my legs or chest when relaxing. The grocery area has many of the items you will find at other supermarkets but you can find discounted chicken breasts and butcher items here within a few days of their pull date. If you get the Target card, you get 5% back on all of your Target purchases as well as help Target donate money to schools and charities.

It is brightly lit with florescent type of lighting so this makes me want to shop and then leave. The lights probably will save on Marshalls energy bills but so will customers. The prices are less here for everyday items if you have the time to physically go into a store and shop instead of ordering from an online retailer. It is nice to have shopping options.
