They let me know each piece is very unique and they only get in 6 of each item, they're the only one in the valley. They had such cute and great quality items through out the store, which everything was extremely fairly priced, especially for such a curated and unique boutique. I tried on quite a few things and ended up getting a beautiful linen like dress. It was so soft. They also have a generous clearance and sale section. They offer a reasonable return period of 14 days. I honestly saw so many prices and I would definitely consider frequenting them to add some lovely pieces to my wardrobe, when the occasion arrives!

They will help you open your online order and you can try on, right then if you want, they're great with making suggestions if you're looking for something else to go with what you ordered. They will do returns with no guilt involved if it's not working for you. I'm saying all this because the store and the people there are great, i find Torrid as a brand to be hit or miss usually a miss so to still enjoy the store experience is saying something.

Items that clip or say a flashlight can carry well clipped on the edge of the front or rear pockets. The clothes here are noted to be extremely durable and from what we've come to understand; is that they lasts for YEARS, so ultimately it's worth the high end price point. The store carries much more than just clothes here. Features footwear, accessories and tons of tactical equipment. He has been working for them for 4 years and his knowledge of the brands and customer service was excellent. My son seems extremely happy with his purchase and is excited at what's to come. Then the next day I was completely blown away because I opened up my email & found that one of the Coach store associates, Ciselly wrote me to thank me for our visit to their store! I've never received such an email ever from Coach & I used to shop @ the main Coach @ The Falls in Miami not the outlet!
