Recently I had purchased stuff online for store pickup. I had never been to this location before,…read moreso I shopped around before picking up my order. They had what seemed like endless racks of clothing. Lots of shoes in my size too. I was quite overwhelmed by the selection, especially with it being the season for Fall fashion, my favorite. This location feels bigger than the Chandler one, but it could just be the layout that makes it feel that way. The fitting rooms were pretty clean. The staff working in that area were very nice and friendly. I ended up not buying anything and just went up to the checkout counter to pick up my order. It was super quick because all of the online orders were stored right by the counter - love the efficiency. I will definitely be back here to shop some more!

I visited this store for my very first time after seeing it blow up on Tik Tok! For the holidays…read morethey were offering bundle bags on Black Friday. The videos I saw showed the strip mall being so packed with vehicles & people that there was actually a police presence just to help manage with crowd control. I recently moved closer, so I took the first opportunity I could to take a look at their goods in person yesterday...I was a little taken aback at how small the space is. From the moment I walked up to the front door- I was shocked to see that, that many people could have been waiting in line for hours and that the store would have enough merchandise to accommodate ALL those customers?! That said, I found the shop inside decorated in that retro style very suitable & quaint, but also only about 8 racks spread out openly throughout the store. The prices in my opinion were ridiculously high except for the $10 clearance rack by the front entrance. Even at that, many shirts I found stained, logos cracking/fading, with holes, or paint marks and overall just not in great condition for the cost! Additionally, they do have some pants, jackets and hoodies as well. Employees never welcomed us in. Too busy eating sandwiches. Find it very unprofessional to eat your food on the floor and at the registers counter to boot! They buy daily for vintage. You'll receive cash or credit. Generally, you will get more in store credit than in cash. Currently, they're accepting winter items and are being very "picky" ( as the two employees told me) about t-shirts. Odd since that's mainly what they carry & with that Tik Tok craze you'd think they would have needed a heck of a lot more merchandise unless it didn't fair well? Yet, again it's a small space with not a lot to offer, so wondering if they have things in storage and they rotate often or seasonally? Doubtful this will be a place I'd return. Think you can get more money by selling your goods on-line thru numerous apps. Or, going to a thrift store and finding vintage gems!

What used to be a cute, organized, and friendly place to shop has become unkept and never has the selection that it used to. The service aspect has changed so much under this new manager, it seems they do not understand what it means to run a business. The last few times I have been in here, there has only been one employee working! Today I finally asked what is going on because she was running around trying to help five different customers at once! Apparently, their manager is only scheduling one person to run the store because she doesn't want to pay anyone, and the manager can't be bothered to show up and run her own store! I feel so bad for these employees who obviously get zero help from their manager and are expected to run the store by themselves. It is really sad to see a great boutique turned into a mess because of one manager who is incredibly selfish and careless. Really unfortunate, and I will never shop here in the future ever again.
