Sunday July 5th I went to Kohl's to return an Amazon package, this is the Kohl's off of signal Butte and baseline; after returning my item, I was walking over to the kitchen supplies to look around all of a sudden four kids, I say kids they were about 13 or 14 roaming the store as one comes up to me and told me that his phone died and would I mind giving him the time, I pulled out my phone from my pocket gave him the time which was 2:18 PM as I was holding my phone in my hand he takes his phone and connects it to mine and it made a noise which my first thought was oh no, I've just been scammed, thinking all my data information from my phone was transferred to his, I looked up at him and asked what did you just do ? and he replied. Oh I'm sorry Cash app I only needed $20. It took me totally by surprise looking at my phone pulling up my information to make sure nothing was transferred. I looked up and they were walking down the aisle as I looked up the kid looks at me and I started walking towards him and he knew he better run. All four of them saw me and ran out the store. I don't know what these parents are teaching these kids or keeping them under control for them to go around doing this to people, but it's horrifying to know these kids are learning this crap at this Young of age. I called my bank canceled my card or put my card on hold went back into the store told one of the clerks what happened and she paged the manager the manager came up to me and I explained to her what happened and I told her I needed help on this or what can I do.? Oh, I'm sorry ma'am as her reply we really can't do anything. I asked her if she can pull up the video to see who these kids were, and she was unwilling to do so, even though this was a horrible situation knowing these kids are gonna go out doing it to other people she was unwilling to help me Out, this manager, which I won't name names, but if she reads this she will know who she is, and that was unacceptable as a manager, not wanting to help one of her customers knowing these kids were trying to scam me and I'm sure they're going around to other stores doing it to other people keep a lookout people when you go to Kohl's if something like that happens, they will not help you management is horrible. Hopefully this will not happen or these kids will get caught and punished. Beware this man should be ashamed of herself. read more

I have been here many times over the years. The location of the store is towards the far backside of a very populated shopping center. Depending on the time and day it can be a bit hectic to get to the location, but there is a very large parking lot located in front of the entrances for Kohl's. There are two entrances with a Sephora in the middle of the store. In my most recent visit it appears they only have registers open near the right side entrance of the business (hopefully that makes sense). There were also self checkout kiosks available. Amazon returns are offered through the customer service area by the bathrooms (they have moved it toward the back right side of the store during holidays before). They have a rewards program along with a Kohl's credit card offering some amazing clearance discounts along with yearlong sales making it possible to go home for items less than $5! Even if you don't participate in their promotions, there are some great deals to be had. This store offers a large variety of items from clothing for everyone in the family (including pets!) to household items and furniture. They also have brands that are specific to Kohl's along with name bands. I feel like through the years sometimes the value of certain items are not as quality as I hoped (holes form, seams split, etc) but I also still have clothing items from here I bought over a decade ago. I feel that is more of a manufacturer issue rather than the store themselves as this seems to happen other places as well. I always make sure to check my items throughly before going home and typically don't have an issue. I am giving this store three stars based off 100s of visits over 10+ years. I have had bad visits, but also have had good visits depending on how busy store is, employee interactions, cleanliness, selection, etc. There is definitely something for everyone and worth a stop in! read more

SEPHORA Worse customer service ever the First Lady told me I could return my heat protector even with out a receipt I went in and she had another lady come help her who worked at Kohl's not even Sephora who smelt like poop and pee. She said she couldn't return the unused item because I didn't have a receipt. She tried looking it up with the card I used and she said she couldn't find anything I showed bank statements and she said it doesn't show what I bought she was just overall rude. And she said it didn't pull up with my phone number or my Sephora account. I went onto my account and there it was bought two days ago at their location. Pretty sad. Got me some new kicks and activewear today and earned myself $20 in Kohl's Cash. I love this store for reasons like that, plus all the amazing deals they offer time and time again. Plus the fact this location is close to home, I won't have to go to Queen Creek to shop, unless I happen to be at their marketplace again and need something from their Kohl's location. My card declined because I accidentally used the wrong card and the cashier looked at me with pure disgust and said "you sure you can afford that you big butterball" or something along those lines. It's tough to review this place, but I have to do so and give it four stars as the selection and prices can't be beat. The caveat of course being A) I can't take my wife there because it's disorganized ALL of the time, and B) I have to keep in mind in advance that just checking out is a total PITA. They never have enough registers open it seems. Still, I had to get my shop on because I haven't bought any new clothes in about two years, and in the end I found everything I needed. This Kohl's is really standard. The setup is standard. The stuff is standard. The prices are standard. And you guess it, the staff...is pretty standard. I don't like that my clothing section of choice is quite small, and has nothing for my "in between" age group. I'm not a kid, but I'm also not a "mom jeans" lady nor a grandma. Here, there really is no middle of the road as far as style goes. I also dread having to look for something in the back linen and kitchen area. This area is under-merchandised, and is usually a hot mess. The shelves are mixed up, there are things on the floor, and the walking areas are very small. Not that I'm a big retail store shopper, but this Khol's stresses me out. The lines are usually pretty long as well. Oh, and a HUGE sad face to their lack of signal repeaters throughout the store. The cell and net coverage is non-existent. Try pulling up your Kohl's account or a coupon with the shoddy service. Nearly impossible. read more

Sandy is the reason for this review. I hardly ever shop at Kohl's. This was one of the rare occasions that I actually found a few things to purchase. Went to the checkout and encountered Sandy, the cashier. I placed my items on the counter and Sandy immediately began badgering me about applying for a Kohl's credit card. I told her no, I did not want to open up a Kohl's card, and she just kept going. She repeatedly told me to open up a Kohl's card. After saying no the fourth time, I told her to please stop pushing the Kohl's card as I was NOT going to open one up. Instead of listening to me, the customer, what did Sandy do? She asked me again to open up a Kohl's card! After this I told her I've said no five times, and to please stop! She then got a terrible attitude towards me and was arguing with me! She said, "We always ask to sign you up for the Kohl's card to save you money. You should sign up for the Kohl's card." UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! At this point I felt like she was completely harassing me! When I was finally finished with this horrifying checkout/arguing match over a Kohl's credit card, Sandy had the audacity to ask me to take the Kohl's store survey, even writing her name right on the bottom of the receipt. Did she really think I'd have anything positive to say after this experience?!?! I would never open up a Kohl's credit card at ANY Kohl's location after this experience! read more

Make sure you're up to date on your tetanus shot prior to coming in. While trying in a pair of Nike sweatpants the security tag fell off into the pant leg and before I noticed I stepped right down on to the inch long pin. When I brought it to the attention of an associate so they could put a new security tag on it I was basically just shrugged off with little to no empathy. read more

This store is in need of some more employees. Long lines at both check outs as well as returns area. Even with this coupon I will not sift through the poorly organized bedding section. Jenny in returns is rude and makes snotty comments to her co-worker, "bet your glad you came to work today." I went to the self check out with a whole bunch of clearance towels and some clearance clothes because self check out is what you're supposed to use right when there's lines for everything else? A young kid was helping me who was super nice and the manager decided to walk over and I hear her say "make sure she rings all that stuff in!" and I told the young kid you're standing here. I rate this Kohls 1 star for one specifically reason the harassment that me and my family receive every time we enter the store is beyond disrespectful for starters the lost prevention man (heavy set) red orange toned hair with the hat always targets me and my my family when we're shopping we do shopping in Sephora and we ask Sephora if it's fine if we take the items and make one purchase because we have other shopping to do in Kohl's and they say it's fine and then we have this guy that confronts us with fast paced walking and his keys rattling to tell us he well take our things back to Sephora and that we aren't allowed to pay for the items in Kohls and which made our shopping experience i pleasant seeing as he made a scene in front of the other customers acting like we were trying to steal which me and my family do not partake in such crime it makes us not want to go back to this Khols inpreticular because this is the second time he has done this to us so we end up leaving with nothing we shouldn't have to leave a store we are shopping in because we feel uncomfortable to be there by being targeted for no reason. read more

On Friday, March 31st I returned a package to the Amazon return desk at our Kohls store. Valentino was working alone when we got in line. Valentino was efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable. He is definitely an asset to Kohls. He handled a difficult customer and a long line with a smile and positive helpful attitude. read more

I really like the quality of clothes at Kohl's and they are always having sales. They also send me those $10 gift cards in the mail all the time. I like to go and look for shirts that are originally around $30 but are on sale for 50% off and then with the gift card, I walk away with it for $5! I always have a receipt where the savings total is higher than the payment total. They also have great trendy clothes for teen girls and nice clothes for men and boys. read more

Wanted a pair of dress pants/slacks that could be worn with either a blazer/sport coat, and/or a dress shirt, polo, or sweater. Purchased a pair of Haggar men's casual which was the best they had. Not work pants but the kind that often say "office or weekend." So, not jeans, and not regular Khaki wash-and-wear. The pants were $55 which is the regular price. Being Labor Day weekend I was surprised how so little was on sale, and how empty the store was of customers. Had to iron them, and after ironing them I could still see the "staple like" holes exposed by a rear pocket. The holes were made by the plastic tabs they use for inordinate amount of tags these things have attached. They look cheap, they are cheap. The following day I went to another store at Superstition Spring where I expected the prices to be higher but also I could buy a more serious pair of dress slacks in a pre-cut inseam. Not only did I find much better quality but the prices were cheaper than at Kohls, and the more expensive pants were just a tad bit more money but superior in every respect. Also, less holes, and they were ready to wear from the store. Having been a clothing store enthusiast I should have known better. Not too many years ago, Kohl's had a good selection of dress slacks. Now, it's golf and very casual with most items being things you buy online for half the price with next day delivery. I will never go there again nor would I recommend the store to anyone looking for items for me unless they need some sporty t-shirts or seat shirts, and you have to have them the same day. read more

Let me start by saying I tried to post a review on Kohl's website after I purchased some Levis online for my husband, which they sent me a link to do so. I was very happy with the Levis but, I put in the review that I never received my Kohl's cash and they would not post it on their website said it doesn't meet their standards, really they have standards. Here it is: "I got mine on sale online and love the jeans/deal but, when I went to pick them up never received my cash back coupon for $10. I wish I would have remembered when I was there but, didn't so I guess you snooze you lose." Being new to Kohl's on line shopping and using a Visa card to make purchases, I found out how difficult it was to return merchandise and not getting full credit back for the amount I had paid. I did not understand there Kohl's Cash, and how they did with it when items are returned. I made purchases of $432.79 of 2 Bedspreads and 2 Chair Covers, and had to return the items because of defects , and when they returned back to my Visa card only $359.01, I was shocked as they said I had to take a $70.00 in Kohl's Cash and they would not credit the whole amount so that left me paying the $70.00 to Visa. I do not feel this is right, I told them to keep the Kohl's Cash and just credit me even, but that did no happen even after I called there Corporate office which they advised me to do. Corporate just said to talk to a Manager and I told them that I had already dealt with the Manager of the Store. I will never shop again at Kohl's, I felt that I was forced to spend that $70.00 in there store. I do not think this policy is right. They did not lose the $ Kohl's Cash if they would have just credited my Visa Card back with the amount I paid, and not giving me the Kohl's Credit! read more

This is not directed at this store, however I do have a problem with corporate. As a result they have lost a customer. Recently I made a purchase and charged it on my Kohl's account. When the bill came due, I paid the entire amount. Unfortunately for me, I miscalculated the due date, even though it was paid two days early. Needless to say, they charged me a $27 late fee. I paid this today, but will NEVER be a Kohl's customer again. I don't care if they give me the entire store. If that is how they treat a customer that pays their bills, I would hate to see how they treat a deadbeat. read more

This store is always busy and it stays really organized for the most part and I always see the workers cleaning and being positive. I go here like 2-4 times a month and always have a nice cashier, friendly and genuine :) I've never had a bad experience at this store. They are wonderful. read more

In true Kohl's fashion- the racks are always a mess, the shoes usually have 2 different sizes in the boxes, stuff is usually all over the floors, the checkout takes FOREVER, and the price at checkout is usually different than advertised. But I will continue to deal with it because I get sucked in with Kohl's cash and discounts. read more

I was able to return an item bought over 2000 miles from here. I so appreciated the kind lady assisting me with my return. I lifted a few items on my way to the doors and the beautiful cashiering lady was just as sweet. The only reason I am not giving up 5 stars is the state of the racks. Very messy and disorganized.
