My husband's birthday is tomorrow, and I was looking to get him a new pair of RSQ pants. I was wanting to order them for curbside pickup, as this location is out of the way for me and I didn't want to stay long. I found what I needed online, and proceeded to select this location to pickup from. I entered an online coupon code I had been emailed for 20% off, and proceeded through the whole song and dance of online check out. Upon getting to the part where you click "submit" I received an error message at the top, prompting me to re-enter my billing and card info. So I did. Multiple times. Checked my card account, and I see multiple charges and refunds... okay. I call my card company to make sure everything is okay, and nothing is wrong on my end. Information is correct, card is good, so I am thinking this just simply be a webpage issue. I am hopeful that when I stop by in person and explain what had happened, the 20% will still be honored, since, ya know, this seems to be Tilly's issue. I get to the store and easily find what I need (which is surprising considering how big the store is and how unfamiliar I am with it). Shortly after I find what I was looking for, a woman approaches me and asks if I had found everything okay. This was great! (My reason for the 2nd star... had it not been for this, there would only be 1). After telling her I had, I proceeded to explain my issue with the webpage and how I originally had planned on doing curbside pickup for this item. I asked if they could still honor the 20% off coupon I was not able to use and offered to show her the picture I took of the error message I had been receiving. She told me "I don't know because normally we cannot honor online discounts" okay.... I then ask to speak with the manager who may know the answer to my question and she proceeds to tell me that she is the manager. I asked her if she was absolutely sure there was nothing she could do for me since this was such an inconvenience. She said "I don't know sorry" and proceeded to walk away. Of course I ended up buying the jeans for $49 since this was the one thing I really wanted to get for my husband, but if this had not been the case, I would have just walked out! What happened to "the customer is always right?" This experience was SO disappointing. Customer service should be a top priority, however, it doesn't seem to be at this location. Too bad. read more

Customer service is terrible. Called over the phone to speak to them in regards to my order and absolutely no help there either. Their email for customer service is a complete joke. Awful experience today. Walked into the store with my eleven year old, preparing to buy her birthday gift. Upon entering I greeted the guy at the front register. He looked directly at me and didn't say a word. Okay. Maybe he didn't hear me? I repeated myself and again he looked directly at me, smirked and ignored me. We immediately walked out of the store and will never return. I refuse to spend money in places where I'm treated rudely. I went to this store 2 days ago to go shopping with my sister, and there were 5 employees standing at the front of the store, and not one of them acknowledged us or even said hi to us. Very, very rude. much much later, a couple of the girls started talking to us and interacting with us, but the 2 boys that were working the registers never once said hi to us, even when we came up to pay for our items. they are very, very rude. I will not shop at a store where people treat me like this. it's uncalled for. I will never ever come back to this location. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Horrible experience yesterday, at this location. I had purchased a pair of shorts, the day before. Tried them on for my wife and she didn't like the fit. So back I went yesterday with shorts, tags, and receipt in hand.. What happened next was beyond ridiculous! As I entered the store, the young gal up front politely greeted me...Thats where the positive abruptly ended unfortunately. After telling her I'd like to return the shorts she wanted to push an "in store credit". I told her I'd just like my money back. She says "I'm not able to do that. I need to get the manager". Up comes "Mr Attitude". Chest puffed out and all...He again asks "Can we get you an in store credit?". I again say...."No, Id just like my money back". After some chicken pecking on the keyboard, like I'm stealing his lunch money. He proceeds to tell me he's issuing a $32.00 credit, of the shorts I payed $35.00 plus tax for day before. I tell him "that can be right". At this point he elevates the negativity to a level Ive only seen of steroid abusers. This "manager" needs his little attitude seriously adjusted. Typically Id take him up on it, but honestly...All this over $4.07. Its obvious to me that Tillys as a corporate structure, doesn't like employees to give cash refunds. To the point their teenage employees get almost combative. Their online reviews tell the story. One after another. If upper management ever reads reviews, Id suggest watching yesterday's tapes. I was in the store about noon. For the record, my wife was spending about $600.00 to $800.00 in this store on my 3 teenage boys. That will stop, as of today. We will shop elsewhere after this unexcuseable experience. If suggest getting that manager of yours some anger management classes...Or just fire his butt!! Not acceptable behavior!!! read more

I saw at least three to four employees throughout the store and while not busy at all I have to say not one approached asking if we needed help finding anything. *Experience 1/1 Star, I love Tilly's so I always enjoy going here and I love the fact that this store is not in a mall and actually its own store! *Shopping 1/1 Star, They have a really good selection of clothes and the fabric is of quality but the price will show you that. *Would I Recommend 1/1 Star, Yes I would, one of the reasons being it's not in a mall and you don't have to deal with crowds. I love this Tillys! Not only do they have a great selection of clothing but the manager Megan went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. She was patient and kind. She helped check me out at the register and found a couple of items in different sizes online for me and my daughter. I felt like she cared and took the time to help me and meet my needs as a customer. The other workers there were great too and helped me as well! Fantastic experience! Walked in and was immediately greeted. Great selection of products and amazing store layout. Great deals if you know where to find them. Costumer service was impeccable. They always made sure I was doing great, got me a fitting room right away, and assisted with shoes even tho I tired on 3 pairs and only got one. Not a single complained from them or me. Great use of small talk and relating on a personal level with me. They even pointed out when there was a mishap in the shoe that I didn't notice and offered to get another one for me. Terrible return policy! Thirty days, no if's and's or butt's. I will never patronize this store again. They refused a $27 return with a receipt, on an item that is still full price on the rack, in exchange for thousands of dollars in future purchases. Horrible experience was ignored when I walked in the door, but had every associate staring at me as I walked to the counter. As I stood in line and cashiers took people that came up into the line AFTER ME. By my own stupidity I stood there for about 10minutes until someone FINALLY OFFERED assistance. My intention was to EXCHANGE pants that I purchased online for my son that were too small. Instead my EXCHANGE was REFUSED. How does an online purchase get refused? All I wanted was to get pants that fit my son and probably would have spent MORE even after the exchange amount. Yet I call Tillys but clearly I made the purchase online and they will return them? This store has EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. But I guess that's what you get when you have a bunch of teenagers running the store. Visited the store yesterday and had the worst customer service. Three customer service reps and had to beg just to see a sticker. The only sales rep that was halfway decent was the lady that was showing me Nixon watches. And if you knew me at all I would have guaranteed you a new sell. The staff here is always super helpful and today was no exception! Came in looking for pants and found two pair that worked out perfectly. It was quick and easy getting into a changing room which was nice I ended up going a size smaller on one of the pairs. Dakota was very helpful two separate times and another staff member that just came on the clock helped me finish up my selection. read more
