I use a mix of road and trail shoes and I need "stability" shoes due to my amazing ankles. The young lady who helped me noticed that as soon as I took off my boots, so I figured she'd be helpful. I'm not terribly picky about colors or brands, though I've got some favorites and generally know what I need. I tried on a couple of pairs and purchased some new road shoes during this visit. Simple and fast! (At least one of those describes me.) Can I get shoes cheaper online? Sure. Would I get the same level of service and instant Q&A/ feedback with the opportunity to actually try them on? Not a chance. Should I support a local business? Is that even a question?!? Plus, they have a box where you can donate your old race medals and they get recycled to for a good cause: "Medals4Mettle (M4M) awards medals to kids and adults fighting debilitating diseases and illnesses to spread love, kindness and encouragement. He had a crap pair of old Walmart shoes and was not able to get his feet on the sliding shoe due to pain. His only complaint was the price. I drove down from Vegas wearing brand new shoes that did not fit, even though they were sized higher than what I normally wear. My toe pain overtook my apprehension and I dragged my formally slender body inside. Monika came up to me and helped put my mind at ease. She spent time checking out what was wrong with my current shoes then took me over to scan my feet. Turns out my left foot is longer than my right. She started pulling out boxes of shoes to find the right fit for me, then we went through what colors I liked. What shoe companies I liked. I came in looking for a pair of shoes that would actually fit me properly...I ended up buying two pairs. One pair was not her store, so we arranged for the shoes to be shipped to my home. I was so relieved, I went back the next day, on our way out of town and bought another pair that I really wanted and my wife came in and bought herself a pair and sliders. Service was great. Friendly staff that love what they do. Prices were very reasonable, even considering shipping. Just go. Go now. You will not be disappointed.

I knew about this store for awhile but didn't get to check it out until today…read more I accidentally flushed my shoe laces to a pair of my running shoes down the drain today and needed to find replacement shoelaces. Who knew that finding shoelaces would be so difficult? I guess I should have just gone online to buy them! I first went to REI and then Road Runners and they both didn't have any in stock, so I then tried this store out and they had a good selection of shoe laces, but also many other items too besides running shoes. I liked some of their apparel and checked out some of the hydration packs they have in stock. Three or 4 staff members helped me out and everyone was so nice and really attentive. One guy even tried looking up a hose I needed for my Osprey 3L hydration pack, but they didnt have any in stock or online. But, I did find a pair of shoe laces and I will definitely be back again for my running needs!

I was able to visit this store and found a large selection of wide and extra-wide width shoes for men and women in quality, name brand shoes. Stylish and traditional styles. They are pricey but compared to other shoe stores that do not carry extra wide width shoes, I was fine with the pricing. After all, quality and well constructed shoes are always a better value and your feet will thank you. The Owner helped me on one of the hottest days of the year to date and I'm sure I tired her out with all the shoe try-ons but hopefully, she appreciated my purchase of not one, but two pairs of higher priced shoes.

Quick "in & out" of the dressing room. The style of pant was a slim comfortable fit. The narrow pocket on the left will work well for carrying things. Items that clip or say a flashlight can carry well clipped on the edge of the front or rear pockets. The clothes here are noted to be extremely durable and from what we've come to understand; is that they lasts for YEARS, so ultimately it's worth the high end price point. The store carries much more than just clothes here. Features footwear, accessories and tons of tactical equipment. The employee (Eli?) that assisted us was very helpful and informative about the products we purchased. He has been working for them for 4 years and his knowledge of the brands and customer service was excellent. My son seems extremely happy with his purchase and is excited at what's to come. I wish I could give negative star!!!…read more I just purchased shoes here and walked out with a terrible feeling because of the rude attitude from the older lady working there. Spending money on a Friday night and leaving upset is not acceptable. I had a very disappointing experience at this store. When I came in with my daughter to try on jazz shoes, the older lady working there was rude from the very beginning. I asked her to bring both styles for my daughter to try, and she responded with a negative attitude like it was a problem. She didn't want to let her to try both styles. . Instead of simply bringing both pairs, the older lady refused, saying one "wouldn't fit." That decision is not hers to make it's the customer's choice to try and compare. Today was my first time visiting, and I was shocked by how unwelcoming this employee was. A sales representative should be helpful and friendly, but instead she made me feel like I wanted to walk out immediately. While my daughter was trying both pairs, I asked my daughter questions to make sure the shoes fit well (since there is no return policy). Instead of letting us focus, the lady kept interrupting by negative talking and being rude and It made the entire process uncomfortable. There are so many other stores that sell dance shoes, and I wish I hadn't wasted my time here. If this store wants to keep customers, they need staff who actually want to help, not drive people away.
