The only issue I have with the stores in general is the very small aisle room which leaves customers trying to shimmy around each other or dodging each other while also trying not to bump into anything fragile in the process. I was and am generally always happy with the prices as well, they're reasonable and much less than other stores. The cashier was nice and engaging during the checkout process which made the experience nice right before leaving.

It is brightly lit with florescent type of lighting so this makes me want to shop and then leave. The lights probably will save on Marshalls energy bills but so will customers. The prices are less here for everyday items if you have the time to physically go into a store and shop instead of ordering from an online retailer. It is nice to have shopping options.

Overall, Chandler Fashion Center is one of my favorite malls in the Valley. I was talking to one of the managers at a store I was in and she said the mall turns its AC off from 9pm-9am. So by the time the mall opens, it's sweltering inside and takes all day to cool off. I think this might be a new policy or something they started this summer. I don't come very often but it's always usually really nice / borderline chilly inside. Was there around 12-130pm. Stay hydrated everyone; it's easy to underestimate the heat!

Once I looked at the other brands readily available on the sales rack and didn't see any I was interested in I walked up to the glass case area....I asked JODI the area manager on duty if she could help me I noticed in the glass case all the cologne boxes are just crammed in there and was rather hard to see what was in the case..when I asked her if she could remove some of the boxes...she immediately became almost irritated that I asked her and she asked me what I was looking for I said I didn't know what I wanted until she could remove some of the boxes so I could see what was there Again jodi because upset and almost put out from doing it and started removing a few of the boxes slamming them on the counter I felt like I was bothering her and I just said it's ok I don't need to look anymore.....I think for a manager that's very poor customer service.....won't be coming back to this store....jodi has a bad attitude and I can't be bothered with her...just like apparently she can't be bothered giving customer service
