The dressing room doors were wide open when I went in and I didn't see the sign on the inside of the door until I had already undressed. Employee rapped on the door to ask how many items I had. I told her a dozen, she said only 6! and asked me to give her the ones I didn't want. So on the spot, I re-dressed to open the door and hand her items. Later, I was on the other side of the store when she yelled MAM, are these your clothes in the dressing room? They weren't. I had mine in a cart or had hung any leftovers on the return rack. When I went back to the dressing room a 2nd time, she told me to put my cart in a certain spot, then she moved it further after I went in the dressing room! When I checked out at the register, she approached the counter and turned attendants attention to her, as a result he had his back to me and carried on a conversation about items left on the back shelf ; a yellow ticket and employee purchase. I stood there waiting for him to continue ringing up my items and then as it turned out, he forgot to ring up my 2 pairs of shoes after I had already paid and needed to do another transaction, (because he had been distracted). When I left she called out, Bye mam, thanks for coming in, have a nice day! I just felt harassed by this employee. I spent $200 there today but I won't shop there again if I see that she's on duty.

I have asked her to to put it up each time & said we are not protected if she doesn't wear it right & thats why the store asks that masks be worn. Carrie says "I have one on & I'm 6 feet away from you.' I don't agree!!!!! Customers wear masks, employees wear a mask. What is it with Carrie that she can't wear a mask properly??? I will no longer shop there when she is working.

Neat, organized, clean and the friendly staff is always there to assist. Plenty of parking, unless in the boutique most items are very reasonably priced. They do have special events like this weekend was fill a bag for $25 where you rummage through bins and fill a 13g garbage bag and pay 1 price. Lots of buns to go through, after half an hour we left empty handed as we weren't lucky to find anything in our sizes we liked. In the store inventory is not overwhelming you can get through the store rather quickly. Smaller sizes have more options then in the larger sizes. Sometimes I luck out on shoes more than clothes. Hit or miss but for the chance of scoring name brand for low price, worth the visit.

What a joke of a business. While they have a decent inventory and fair pricing, staff and rules…read moreare ridiculous. Staff is extremely standoffish and not helpful in any way with no apologies. Train your staff better. First off, wanted to purchase a $20 curling iron but they didn't let me test it to see if it works. Stated they don't have any available outlets. Why not verify that a product works before putting out on shelf. Really?? SMH. If it was cheaper I would have taken the risk but wasn't going to take the chance and potentially throw away $20 due to their no return policy. So I attempted to purchase a $5 pair of slacks only to find it was cash only for purchases under $10. I just had $3 cash in my wallet and told them I'd go to my car to see if I had more. I came back with my $3 bills and $2 in quarters that I was able to scrounge up only to be told they won't take quarters. Are you kidding me!!! Where is the logic? I easily could have found more items to purchase and use my cc but why would I give them the satisfaction when I was treated so rudely? I will never come back to this establishment and neither should you. Management and staff need to do better for their cause.

Stunning pieces of western artwork that Eddie Basha acquired. The collection consists of bronze art, paintings, baskets, kachina carvings, pottery wood and stone sculptures, jewelry and old handguns on display. There are around 3000 pieces! Staff is friendly but it is self guided. The museum is much larger than I had imagined. There are complementary walkers and wheelchairs if needed. Don't forget to pickup a map and brochure which tells you some family history. Free admission, but remember to leave a donation.

Best of all, admission is free. Yes, the Basha family not only collected all of these beautiful pieces, but they curated them into an extremely well-done museum space and decided to share this wonderful western history with the Arizona community. It's a small museum but they have done a great job of labeling each piece and making the space inviting. How generous and kind of Eddie Basha and his family! To know that Eddie had a close relationship with many of the artists makes it even more special.

My husband wanted to stop in to take a look at what they had in jewelry as he was buying me an anniversary gift. We were also going to check out their gold and coin purchasing program as I had inherited a coin collection from my father .It said online that they opened at 10 AM. We were sitting out in the parking lot area and saw what we believe to be one of the owners showing up AT 10 AM. In my personal opinion if you're open hours start at 10 AM then you should be open and ready to do business at that time. We walked in about 10:05 AM as we wanted to let her get in the door (and someone followed her in). We had to buzz to get in. She was already saying something through the speaker at us, but we went ahead and walked in the door. Without any greeting she said I won't be ready for 10 to 15 minutes ! Why don't you go over to Starbucks and get a coffee! And then said "Do you have an appointment?!" We immediately turned around and left! Her tone was rude, she could've addressed it so much differently like could you please give me a couple of minutes? Everything seemed abrupt. Like we were putting her out because we wanted to come spend money at her store. I have not needed an appointment to look at jewelry for a possible purchase anywhere before. Needless to say... I will not be walking through their doors again. We already had another jeweler that we use on Alma school and Queen Creek Road area that we've been more than happy with for purchases and repairs! The only reason I gave two stars is because of the previous gentleman who took care of my watch issues.
