After Easter, I had three balls that we turned out to not use so returned them. Had the receipt of purchase and the employee was pleasant and friendly as she processed everything. Thank you!

Like most locations, this store didn't disappoint with the graphic tees. But what mildly impressed me with this location was the selection of offbeat books you wouldn't expect to be interesting. I don't *need* the books, but I bought three anyway. They're only $5, so I basically got three for the price of one NYT best seller. The reusable bags are stocked near the register (you get charged for plastic bags, and a reusable bag is only 35 cents). Service is good. There's someone to greet you at the door and help at the registers. I'd recommend this location for people looking for thrift stores.

This review is for the shoe department and salesperson Roselia…read more I have wanted to buy a pair of Birkenstocks for quite a while, but every time I tried them on in the past, they felt so uncomfortable that I couldn't understand what all the hype was about. Today, Roselia completely changed my mind. As soon as she looked at my feet, she noticed how narrow they are and explained that the sandals simply needed to be adjusted properly. She took the time to carefully adjust every strap until they fit exactly as they should. The difference was incredible. Once everything was adjusted, they were as comfortable as everyone says they are. I ended up purchasing my first pair of Birkenstocks, and thanks to Roselia, I know they won't be my last. Roselia never made me feel rushed and genuinely wanted to make sure I found the right fit. She is knowledgeable, patient, and attentive--exactly the kind of employee every retailer hopes to have. Thank you for taking the time to help me have such a great first Birkenstock experience!

The only issue I have with the stores in general is the very small aisle room which leaves customers trying to shimmy around each other or dodging each other while also trying not to bump into anything fragile in the process. I was and am generally always happy with the prices as well, they're reasonable and much less than other stores. Going down the aisles I could see that they were still stocking things and there would be more to come, but there was enough to keep me interested and scouring the aisles for what I wanted this shopping trip. The aisles were clean and clear, and the employees were nice whether they were in the store on the floor or at the cash register, which made the experience very pleasant. We ended up leaving with a mantle decoration, but they already had everything from the giant skeletons and yard decorations to a few inflatables and plenty of indoor décor. The store was clean, easy to walk through, and the cashier was nice and friendly, which made for a pleasant checkout. Their prices are kind of a mixed bag. About half the time you find something and think, "That's a really good price," and the other half you're thinking it's a little more expensive than you expected. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because it seems like a lot of their larger decorations end up with some kind of damage. If you're buying one of the bigger items, it's worth taking a few minutes to dig through the stock and find the one in the best condition. Other than that, it's a fun place to browse, especially if you're ready to start decorating for Halloween way too early like we are.
